I'm been going to the one in Eastvale by Jack in the box, that lady that works there never ever told me anything any scanning my receipts to Earn points. She was keeping our receipts of course. So now I went to a different place Limomonite space 230 who was very helpful with a smile 😃

I don’t understand why people are leaving negative reviews. We don’t claim those ppl as customers😊 This smoothie shop is the love of my life. I pass by it on my way to work and I always stop by. My whole paycheck goes to Juice It Up. The workers are so kind and they are the reason I am still here today. Thank you Juice It Up employees and company for all that you do❤️

Hi , I visited your store this evening around 6:45/6:50 , I had a great experience however I fear I may have left my wallet at the counter where the smoothies are placed . I tried calling but no one answered , as you can imagine I'm fearing the worst if a wallet was found please contact me . I will try calling again in the morning .

Smoothies here are never consistent. We just got a large chili lime mango smoothie it tastes like all that's in it is orange sherbert, nothing else 😕 it doesn't even look the same. Sometimes they make the smoothies really great & other times, it's really bad. The ingredients should be measured out so they're the same every time & taste like they're supposed to. Really a bummer.

Waited too long! 2 customers in back of me received their order first before me! On top of that, the acai bowl that I ordered was not fully blended...still pieces of Ice in it! Other than that, fresh quality fruit, and great taste. Service takes a while ):

Do not buy add on's. The staff steals your money. I paid for a medium specialty drink with a 20 cent upcharge for a large cup which I was not provided and not refunded either. When I questioned the staff about the add on's they were dismissive. Stating they took out ice so that the add on could fit. I add protein, kale/spinach and chia seeds which would not fit in the same cup. The cup was dirty and wet. And the drink was chalky. A waste of money. And I was ripped off. Also the countertops were dirty.

For starters, the young ladies in the establishment aren't very welcoming. They come across annoyed that they have to provide service. The establishment has closed earlier on numerous occasions with no sign on the door or anything indicating they have new business hours. The fruit (strawberries) do not seem ripe. My favorite location is the one in Fontana off of Sierra Parkway. The owner is very nice, his staff are nice and pleasant and very helpful when trying to make a selection. The fruit (strawberries) at this location always look picture perfect and taste ripe. I wish this Eastvale location was traded for the one in Fontana, I would probably be there everyday.

Way too much yogurt compared to most juice it ups. Even after telling the woman who works about it she still continues. Sucks because it’s such a nice area.

Great service but as a customer if you’re buying the Zone protein shake! You’re not getting the 32g of protein it claims. I notice the employee used a measuring cup like a table spoon when scooping the protein into the shaker. I asked him to show me the package of protein they use and it says 24g per scoop, now the scoop in the protein bag was the big regular one you see every where else which I’m sure is the recommended serving to get the 32g of protein. The one they use is about 1/5 of the normal size scoop. Meaning you’re really getting a 8g protein shake for 9$. Also they’re very wasteful, they topically make a full shaker of the shake, easily they can get 2 shakes out of it. So in this case what exactly are you getting of the protein you’re paying for? 5g? Plz address this.. peanut butter and yogurt does not add up to 32g Thank you

This place needs work on how to make smoothies properly. Also, their customer service sucks here! If you don’t want to work with the public go find a office job!
