I’ve only gone to subway once before, but the employees were extremely kind, patient, and the food was great.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The service was excellent from start to finish. I made sure to ask for the staff member’s name because he stood out—his name was Ivan, and he truly provided great customer service. He was polite, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. When I was leaving, he even thanked me and invited me to come again, which you don’t see very often anymore. Thank you for the great service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Subway for lunch from now on!

I've recently been finding myself at this location more than any other. I love the environment here. The energy of the very hardworking sandwich artists is amazing. I'd like to give a personal shout out to Eric. Great service always, this Subway is always clean. 5 Stars earned and 100% deserved.

It’s not much different than any other Subway EXCEPT you can’t use ONLINE COUPONS. Wanted to avoid getting down and wanted to utilize drive thru. It’s a convenience thing to be able to order online and be able to use monthly mailed coupons, so I’ll be going to other locations.

Hit up the drive thru and ordered a steak and cheese sub double meat. Wanted it toasted because well - how else would you eat a steak and cheese sub - cold? No way not me. Got to the house which is just down the street and it was cold and I’m pretty sure it didn’t have the double meat.

This was my second time coming here, and the first time I ordered a sub online and I get there just for them to tell me they’re out of roast beef and I had to pick a chicken sandwich. THIS TIME however I got into the drive-thru line around 6:18 pm and it was 6:40 pm when I was still waiting in line with 2 cars ahead of me to pick up my online order. I don’t know if they’re low-staff or poorly managed, maybe both but I wouldn’t be surprised if they close down soon. Next time I’ll go to the university location. What a waste of time and gas.

How is it that at 9:20pm the restaurant is going to have their Doors LOCKED, when they close at 10pm. Don’t be falsely stating a certain time to close when clearly they don’t want to be making sandwiches for people

New subway is already off to a bad start. Website says they are open until 10:00 pm but in person the door says until 9:00 pm. However, there's a worker inside who appears to be making a sandwich didn't even looky way. You guys just opened and are already messing up.

The food was delicious but the staff has ugly attitude I only got 1 napkin for my footlong and we asked for more and the lady in the front said there was a limit for napkins wth it’s not like it’s coming out of her , never come here.

Take a 9.99 coupon for a footlong combo and made sure I ordered a sandwich that was NOT on the excluded list. Well once it’s time to pay they decided to add my sandwich to the list of excluded sandwiches even though the coupon said otherwise. I brought it to her attention and the employee working stated that she knows it’s not on the excluded list but that it varies by location even though that same coupon has been used there before previously. So from a $10 combo deal it now was a $14 combo. That will be my last visit at this location and I will tell family and friends as well so they can visit other locations and not be surprised at the register when using a coupon.
