App needs attention/updates. Very frustrating and forced me to enter the restaurant to place my order/wait for order. The staff were friendly and helpful, I was able to redeem my coupon code for a delicious 8 piece family meal for $20! I wasn't expecting a salad and churros but they were also included with the meal (bonus!) They unfortunately forgot to include the utensils which I had to specifically request.

It was late. It was ok. I've had better flavorful, juicier at other locations in Arizona and it wasn't late night. Went to drive thru ordered 8 pc chicken only thigh and legs with tortillas and small side of rice. spent about $24 can't attest to a few question because I went through drive through after 9pm

For some reason it seems like a Pollo Loco used you taste better. Their chicken pieces are extremely tiny. I understand that’s not their fault how big the chicken is but dang can I get a decent size piece of meat every now and then. Also they should teach their employees how to use the drive up and go system. After waiting 25 minutes for them to come out to my car to bring my order, I had to go on and go through the drive-through to pick it up. Lol

Ordered three chickenless burritos. Originally got one due to speaker error. After waiting ten mins for the other two and my receipt, I got four sauces for three burritos and this is what it looked like when I opened it. I am told by the other two burrito eaters that it tastes good despite the appearance.

Ordered three pieces of chicken legs for two days in a row they’ve been putting the chicken in a paper bag for the oil is leaking through the paper bag. Very not cool.

OK, so you know How like when you make guacamole and if you leave it out for too long, the avocado turns brown and spoils really fast? Every time I go to this specific, El Pollo Loco location on broadway election , the avocadohot guac salsa Tastes spoiled. It’s almost like they are too lazy to make fresh avocado guac salsa every day.

Service is terrible. The chicken wasn’t ready and was lied to the staff that it would be ready in 15 minutes and that was a complete lie. The manager told me this just so that I wouldn’t ask for my refund and offered me 2 free sodas on the house, with the promise that my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. This of course did not happen and I waited for over 45 minutes for my food. Never good to this “food” establishment ever in your life if you value your time or expect “fast” food.
