The food here is consistently on point. Always hot and fresh, weather its a carne asada burrito or the wings. Their service is awesome as well. We eat here at least a few times a month.

I love their food and service! I prefer them over other places! Breakfast burritos are excellent and so are the ribs and wings!

I absolutely love this spot! The staff is so incredibly friendly, I am always greeted by my first name even when calling in. The staff remembers my family members and always asks how everyone is doing etc. It’s very sweet to be remembered like that. And the FOOD! Top notch. I’m obsessed with the fish tacos, father-n-law loves the beef tacos, the kids love the wings, and my husband is obsessed with the Cali. No menus items have disappointed us as of yet.

This small, family-owned restaurant has an inviting ambiance that makes you feel like you're right at home. I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the carnitas tacos and the lemon pepper chicken wings. I must say, I was blown away by the taste and quality of the food. The carnitas tacos were packed with flavor and incredibly tender. Each bite was an explosion of different flavors that left me wanting more. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The toppings on the taco were fresh and complemented the carnitas beautifully. The tortillas were soft and warm, adding an extra layer of texture to the dish. The portion size was generous, and I felt that I got great value for my money. Now, let's talk about the lemon pepper chicken wings. They were simply the best wings I've ever had. Called in two carne asada burritos. Side of beans and side of rice. DELICIOUS. Burritos were huge. Not soggy at all, no grease dripping out of our food and meat was on point. Very impressed. With it being my first visit there, the lady gave me all different kinds of salsas to try so next time I know what I want. She was very welcoming and seemed genuinely happy I came in. Friendly customer service. There will definitely be a next time. Give it a try, you won't be dissapointed.

We just ordered here for the first time. One of the best taco shops I've had in a long time, if not THE best! Customer service was exceptional, and the food was better than could be expected. The carne asada fries were perfect in every way. Guacamole was better than any taco shop, and the California burrito was so good! We are only coming back here from now on!

The BEST Mexican food (taco shop) restaurant in East County by far!! Everything on the menu is delicious! The Chipotle Fries are my kid's favorite, along with their Carne Asada Fries. The carnitas are amazing and done right! And if you're looking for breakfast, the machaca plate or burrito is the way to go. I'm so glad to have found this hidden gem!! Oh, and the mango habanero sauce on for the wings is out of of this world delicious!!

Good quality and good quantity 😊 real Mexican food. The lady was so nice! We got the carne asada mini tacos and it came with avocado. The meat was cooked perfect and marinated perfect. My boyfriend got the mango habanero wings and the sauce was delicious and she added more then we ordered. Thank you!

WOW High quality food and super friendly service. The family owns it and they all work there so they care about you coming back. The lady there always calls me beautiful. Everything I have tried is delicious. I finally tried the chicken wings today and I am hooked! I go there everyday. Very affordable and the quantity is huge.

Got the asada burrito (it is HUGE over 1.25 lbs!) and liked that meat was cut in smal pieces and easy to chew cause we're older. Great flavor size and tender. Not fancy but super friendly and they have a drive through and place to dine in if you desire. A hidden gem in Lakeside and food was better than most of the local chains.

Decided to come here after getting my windows tinted because all saw the great reviews. I must say, this place did NOT disappoint. I got the 4 tender combo and was amazed at not only how good it was, but how good the price was- I paid $14 for the entire meal which came with 4 tenders, fresh fries, carrots/celery, and a can soda. Wish I lived closer because this blows away the more ‘popular’ wing places within SD. If you’re hungry and feeling like wings, this is your spot.

Coworker recommended the place, was surprised to see a breakfast burrito on the menu but I had to try it! Let me tell you how it was probably in my top 10 breakfast burritos of all time. The potato's were fresh and bordering between breakfast potatoes and hash brown almost. The eggs were diner style so lots of butter and absolutely delicious! What a great breakfast burrito 🙌

Even though the place isn't as fancy as others, they make up with their food and service. Their fries are to die for, Absolutely delicious!

I go there every month 4 times a month. And I enjoy feeding everything they have to offer. I spent a lot of money in there and it's well worth it for the portions they give you.

Place was ok… not as good as the reviews… I came in with super high expectations due to almost being 5 stars but this place fell short with me… food was good but not that good…. Lady at the front was extremely friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. Ranch was good but the blue cheese was a little off.

Second time I came here I got food poisoning. Nothing to do with wingstop, this is basically a mexican food spot with burritos and such. Pretty tasty and nicely toasted tortilla. I think they should upgrade their salsa bar
