Great spot for quick healthy lunch or dinner when in a hurry! Javier and Jesus are both great.

The food is always very clean and fulfilling. The staff is warm and inviting. You can dine in or take out. The fact that the food is fresh prepared and heated in a real oven not microwave is a definite plus.

Renee makes the best coffee!!! Give her a raise!!

thank goodness for this very reasonablely priced (dont forget where u are), solid, well-made breakfast/lunch spot. and special shout-out for Alexa and Renee (and the rest of the gang too, for that matter) who actually remember customers names — and pets’ names too — and are helpful and keep a smile on midtowners faces. a pleasure to be there. thanks.

Having a grab and go place for real whole healthy foods that also accommodates gluten free people is amazing! The staff was very friendly too. Also - the gluten free apple cheddar scone is so delicious.

Lunch on MealPal today was seriously upgraded by the Chimichurri Hanger Steak from Proper Food. Juicy steak, zesty chimichurri, and crisp kale packed some major fresh flavors—plus parmesan and Brussel sprouts were a perfect combo!

I had the seasonal grain bowl with chicken. It was perfect for having to delay my lunch and having a race in 2 hours. Very flavorful and glad I had it warmed. I’m not usually in midtown and wish I had an option like this at MetroTech in Brooklyn where I work. I ate in and watched the staff greet every single person and they were more than happy to help anyone that needed it. They also seemed to like each other. I’ll have to come back for breakfast sometime when I have another nearby doctor appointment.

Very delicious and clean food ! The staff at this store are very professional and friendly. It's always a pleasure coming here, as I do on a regular business, and the quality of food and service is always consistent.

Food is ok…dont love the process of picking out my food in the side fridge and having it reheated. Food tastes fine but not rushing to go back.

The portions are too big for lunch and there are too many competitors in this nabe that serve better food and have a better attitude. Train your staff!

I was racially profiled at the store and instead of owning accountability, the store manager and the employee refused to take accountability for the incident; the employee simply told me that she’s Puertorican-Dominican, instead of apologizing for treating me like I was a delivery person instead of a client. I came in smiling and being very kind and was met with blatant racism. This is a blatant violation of NYC Human Rights Law. The people in question are in the photo that I posted below.
