Pasamos una tarde muy agradable, buena música, buen vino y excelente comida. La vista es muy linda y el ambiente es muy bueno.

Muy buen servicio, muy limpio, nos atendieron de inmediato, el personal conoce bien sus platos y te puede sugerir al respecto, el vino se lleva muy bien con los alimentos si preguntas cual le quedaría bien, siempre nos preguntaron si necesitábamos algo y la comida tiene un gran sabor y es hecha al momento, los 3 tiempos combinan perfecto y los postres son muy ricos, gran experiencia para venir todos los domingos

I see people complaining about price,I would advise you to think twice when you make a bad review over a business, which is almost 100% original and try to use much possible regional and in-house product , beside the hard work and the hole experience. The food is like Santa Elena... more so every day... At just 19 years old, Vinicola Santa Elena is mostly run by women who know wine and the land. The Sophie tasting was the prelude to an extraordinary four-course menu, with the octopus, plum, and other dishes taking the prize! The restaurant is located within the Sta. Elena winery, but it's not part of it. There's ample parking, and the road to get there is paved. Even if you only go to the restaurant, you can walk through the vineyards and take beautiful photos. The wine featured on the menu is from the Sta. Elena winery. The food is very good, worthy of a Michelin star. The flavor, presentation, and quality are exceptional. While the price is a bit high, it's 100% worth it. The service and attention are also top-notch. 💯 Recommended. We will definitely return. A huge thank you to the chef, who even came out to greet us.

A pitty we can t give a 6star review. We went for their brunchformula on sunday, and perfection is the only way to describe it. Great variety, everything freshly made (the scones were still hot, straight out of the oven), and the view is like always: beautiful. And all of this with very friendly staff. I higly recommend this place!!!

The restaurant experience with the four-course menu is the most spectacular I've ever had, from the presentation of the dishes, the explanation of each dish, the unique flavor, and the combination of ingredients. It's an experience I highly recommend, whether for a meal with your partner in the afternoon or even with the family. It's very important to make a reservation in advance, as they're usually packed. The staff is attentive, the place is clean, and the portions are also well-sized. The background music was well-chosen, and then a saxophonist arrived, adding the finishing touch. They accept cash and credit cards. I will definitely return again.

The best restaurant in Aguascalientes. What could be better than enjoying great food here on a beautiful afternoon. Plus wine, which is gradually becoming famous throughout Mexico. And all of this far away from the city, in the middle of nature with a great view. We really enjoy being here :)

Charming place. The food is always excellent, the portions relatively reasonable for the price. The service is impeccable. And the atmosphere is very nice, although it depends on the day and time of year (since it's covered but open). Highly recommended and an excellent choice for a visit in Aguascalientes.

The wine on the terrace was amazing! I was recommended the four-course meal, so I chose that. I think it would suit Japanese tastes. I recommend it for anniversaries or when you want to treat yourself a little.

The place is super nice, however the menu is very basic and this time we went they didn't have two of the chef's specialties, the charcuterie board is 80% nuts and the marrows are very bad and little in quantity. The service was bad, since we arrived they did not have our reservation registered, the service was flabby and very slow. I hope they improve, because the place is beautiful and pleasant.

The managers are always terrible, the waiters are friendly, the food is so-so but well-presented, the wine is overpriced but tasty. Nice place. Value for money: there are better places to spend your money with better service. It feels like all the tables are bad except for the three in the center. Nice live music.

I JUST SEE THE ANSWER, and I confirm: WE WERE TREATED WITH YELLS and very rudely by that blonde woman. It's unfortunate that far from accepting it, she says "it wasn't like that." There were many witnesses, including diners, waiters, and other workers who obviously felt very embarrassed and apologized for her. She made a big scene... and I'm not the only one who feels that way about this person. I hope they can fix it; she's clearly someone who requires emotional treatment. Instead of that woman, there should be someone more polite and with good manners. We didn't know the place wasn't pet-friendly. They told us to keep her on our lap, and that's what we did. However, there was a moment when she got away, and we immediately went to get her, BUT the manager approached us *hysterically* and scolded us very rudely, shouting and her face red with anger... she told us that she had to be on her lap (I agree with her rules, but not with the way she treated us as customers. I think the person in charge should be someone more polite and with better manners). A simple warning, politely and without getting angry, would have been enough. Also, I found it inconsistent since they have three very large dogs running loose, who approach the tables asking for food and are not on anyone's lap. 🤷🏻‍♀️ One of them covered my legs with drool, then put his head on the table, and I did NOT complain to him like she did to us. Because of this rudeness we received, it is the reason I will not return or recommend the place. 😔.

Terrible service from the restaurant manager. A woman named Alma, quite rude and calling herself "the owner of the vineyard," made us have a terrible time. In the end, the real owner of the vineyard apologized for the terrible behavior of the person who rented the restaurant. I 100% recommend the vineyard and the tour. The wine was very good. RESTAURANT 0/100 The waiters are good, as is the music. It's the only good thing about the restaurant.

We were assigned a table with sun practically the entire time, with no support from the staff who argued about other reservations when other smaller tables had more umbrellas; poor service, I do not recommend the experience at the place.
