When we arrive, it is almost the end time. However, the staff is polite.
This is my go to store for coffee. The store is always clean with seating inside & out, not too crowded. The Baristas Dianne & Nicole are always very friendly and professional.
I came here on a Saturday coming from up north to visit my family early for the holiday. This is the only store that made my Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken drink correct just the way I wanted it. The guy on the drive through that took my order, he was tall bearded guy seemed like he was a supervisor or manager or something was very nice. It was a bit of a line but it moved pretty seemlessly. I asked about a matcha drink since I came back from a travel to japan this year, he said to try the banana cold foam. I guess its a new thing they have, almost got perusaded to try it but maybe next time. Overall it was a good experience. I wanted to get them a good review since they are ones who got the drink almost the same as the store I go to regularly back home. Good experience overall.
Went there this week to study, the space was clean and they got my order right because I always ask without caffeine and sometimes other stores have gotten my order wrong, but this staff greeted me with a smile and they were quick even with a lot of customers. My drink was delicious. I think this is a great spot to study, with a lot of table options and spots to charge your phone.
My favorite Starbucks around the area by far. This is not the closest one around me, but I will definitely come back a lot. I usually order matcha latte with few extra scoop of matcha powder, and 1 pump syrup because I don’t like it too sweet. Surprisingly only this store can make it bitter and great. Other stores often make it too sweet I don’t know why😂 thanks for the baristas here🍵💕

I asked for a recommendation and they dialed it right in: a hot espresso drink (my go-to late is a caramel macchiato), plus a Tomato & Mozzarella panini and a slice of Banana Nut Loaf. Order out fast, everything hot and fresh. Total came to about $19—fair for dinner-lite and a solid cup. Service was the headline. They repeated the restroom code (twice, without me asking), and when I mentioned I wanted to sit outside, they actually re-set the patio after they’d already stacked the chairs. That “we’ve got you” energy is rare and it matters. Ambiance? Clean, modern, and calm. Emerald-tile backsplash, warm lighting, and a tidy pastry case that doesn’t look picked over at night. Plenty of seating inside, spotless restrooms with code access, and a mellow playlist that makes it easy to focus. It’s tucked in an easy-to-reach spot with straightforward parking and a steady neighborhood flow—no chaos, just comfortable. Pro tip: if you like a quieter scene, this early-evening window is perfect. Grab a warm panini, claim a patio table, and let the night wind down the right way. Five stars for the people, the pacing, and the way small gestures turned a quick stop into a genuinely good end to the day. I’ll be back.
One of my favorite places, they are very nice people and very friendly helpful and everything I can say about this place… all of you are amazing team! Keep your amazing staff as it is right now !
Today 14 Nov 2024 are the red cup day only on starbuck, means whenever you order 1 of 3 holiday favorites drinks are : pepermint mocha, caramel brule latte or chestnut proline latte, they will give you 1 red cup for FREE!!! I Have been to Las Tunas and Arcadia store but they all runout or the red cup. As you see on my pictures, here at Garvey store they still have a lots of stock the red cup! So guys, who still hunting for it. COME and Get it Now, and ONLY on 14 Nov 2024!!

Tasty chai. Relatively Clean, gender neutral bathroom. You have to get a code number. This location is kind of small. Has a parking lot.
This place is clutch when your auto mechanic doesn’t have AC. Nice ten minute walk from there. This place is generally clean. They have a drive thru. They have a parking lot. Typical star bucks place.
Small parking lot and drive thru access, but fast service and good drinks. It's by several stores. The area is called five points, each corner has different stores to choose from. (CVS, Starbucks, teriyaki food place & etc. The area has a lot a Mexican food restaurants, lots of taco selection's. I don't really know the area safe wise, but if it's just to get it and go, it's fine. The Starbucks itself is clean, parking is always packed, drive thru is always packed. But the service is quick. Customer service is ok.
Garbage set of employees caramel frappe tasted like black coffee couldn't follow clear instructions. Terrible service.
On Christmas morning, I ordered a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with non dairy cold foam, a drink I get very often. Yes! I know this is drink is already super inconsistent but this time it came out extremely light, almost like milk, which seemed off. I politely asked the girl on drive-thru if an extra shot could be added since I didn’t want the drink remade and wasted. I was fully prepared to pay the extra $1.25 since I was the one requesting it. She then asked if I want her to remake it or add an extra shot. Since she offered to remake it I said if would be fine to remake it without the extra shot. Her response was very passive-aggressive and caught me off guard when she said that if she remade it, it would look exactly the same. Which I know isn’t true since I’ve ordered this drink a lot and have never received one that looked like that. When I again asked for the remake without the extra shot, she insisted that I had asked for one, even though the drink hadn’t been remade yet, she has not even turned around yet to tell the baristas. I hadn’t paid for the extra shot yet. This made the interaction uncomfortable for both me and my dad, and it felt like she was forcing me to pay for a shot I no longer wanted. I ended up just paying for the shot, to get the interaction over with. I work in customer service as well and understand it can be tiring and frustrating but really ? I wasn’t even being rude, worker got an attitude problem for real….
I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this visit was disappointing. I came in during the night shift and the experience was really disappointing. The worker had a lot of attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping customers at all. My drinks were also poorly made — definitely not the quality I expect from Starbucks. I hope the night shift team improves their customer service and attention to detail.
Horrible customer service. Placed a mobile order and showed the drink will be available for pick up in 8 minutes. Arrived at the store and all the staff just ignored me standing at the pick up counter for 5 minutes. Guess what? Turned out that nobody had made my drink. And the worst part is my pumpkin cream chai tea tasted like sugar water! Totally different than what I tasted in another store. Horrible experience on a Sunday.
I usually don't speak up about receiving bad service often because I can understand most circumstances working in the food industry, but the store was not busy. I received my vanilla cold foam like this. The foam didn't even reach the edges, and to my best judgment, it was maybe a teaspoon of foam for an additional fee. I hope this feedback helps improve attention to detail in the future.
Ugh!! I wanted to use my points!! i have over 130 and the girl only used 25. Why? Then the straw, wrong size !! So much money for a f#&€£@ coffee just to get this kind of service. 0 stars
One of the worst Starbucksin L.A. !!! Parking smaller than the building occupancy limit. This store closes one hour before the announced hours in the door Not working wifi. No wireless chargers on tables. Counter top from windows dirty. Even light ice is too much ice!, next time Inwill try - No ice -
