Great place to get some delicious Aguas Frescas on a Hot El Paso day. They have one of the best Aguas De Melon I've had here on the Eastside, and believe me. I've been around when it comes to Aguas De Melon 🍈

Eating ice cream makes me happy. It’s a mouth-watering dessert for everyone. They many flavors in La Michoacana that offers ice creams in form of cone, cup, popsicles, aguas frescas and a great variety of Mexican Snacks, etc.

I had been craving a creamy strawberry paleta. Well, here, they cover it in chocolate and pecans!! They also have papas locas, nachos and a whole lot more. We will definitely be coming back!

Their delicious mango ice cream actually more like a sherbet; it's water based. They make all their ice creams in house. U recommend an esquimal and the baby paletas if you just want a light dessert. If you are in the mood for something really filling, try the Dori-nachos.

They have a drive-thru which is pretty cool. The only down side was that there was only one employee working the front. Therefore, the wait was a bit long since they had to take care of both in store and drive-thru orders.

Loved it! The gansito paleta is spot on in terms of flavor, and the mini paletas are perfect if you want to try a few different flavors or just need a small sweet fix! Employees were super friendly

It needs to be more hygienic. The last time I went there, there was this young man who touched his hair and continued to handle the products and to top that off he put some smoothie that was falling off the side of the cup back into the cup with his finger. Other than that the service was good as well as the ice cream and well just everything in general.

My popsicle had the texture of Laffy taffy.

I arrived asked for fresas con crema Congeladas, and they didn’t have any. I then asked for a shake, and they didn’t have milk. I then asked for a banana split and they didn’t have bananas! At this point I didn’t want to go wait in line elsewhere so I literally took whatever they had... which was tosti nachos only to find out when I got home that they no longer serve the original tostitos chip, but a cheap nasty tasting brand. Might I suggest you close when you can’t offer your clients what they want? Terrible. Will not be back.

I usually don’t like coming here because they always have a non-welcoming attitude in this store. They should be grateful for people are buying their ice cream but this last time will be the last. I witnessed a small girl eating straight from the ice cream big gallons, dipping her spoon straight to her mouth. That was the last time I ate there.

Icecrem is very soft and I had two very different flavors but both taste the same, just the difference on nuts or chocolate. I would not waste my money there again.

We came in an hour before closing time but they acted bothered as if we were arriving 5 minutes before closing, and they were not at all apologetic about not having about half the items of the menu available. We forgot one of our items and they made no attempt to catch up to us or let us know until we went back in and asked for it.

The prices on the menu here on the website are completely incorrect. The fresas con crema was over $7 and they’re advertising at $3.75. It is very misleading. Most likely to attract people and then surprise them once they’ve ordered. I visited the new location on John Hayes. The guy said it was due to ‘inflation’. Well then, update your website to keep up with proper business practices.

IAfter reading decent reviews, I see many people have extremely low expectations. For one, some Anglo looking girl at the window has poor customer service skills. She seems bothered and in a rush to respond vaguely to any questions. Secondly, she has no common sense. I was by myself and taking 5 items in cups plus a bag of ice pops. She hands me item by item until I asked if they had carriers. She continues to give me the rest of the individual cups and then the cup holder. Big DUH! Aside from this, the minute small, cheap, ice cream cups don't hold in the cup holder. Talk about cheaping out on the supplies! I hate to say it, but this Mexican ice cream parlor is what you'd call "Naco." Come on! If you're going to represent, do it with quality products and by hiring the type of welcoming and courteous people we SHOULD expect.

Don’t know why you have hours if your not even gonna follow them. Just went thru drive thru it was 9:45 as I was driving up two workers were walking out there was also a young girl who I believe was a customer I saw the closed sign was on asked one of the workers if they were closed he was a tan complexion with glasses. He said yes we are closing early today since we haven’t had any customers for about an hour and a half. I said ok thank I will contact management they laughed and said ok. From the reviews I am not the only one having this problem and management doesn’t even have the courtesy to respond.

Single ice cream was 3.24. When I asked about the Dubai ice cream for a small cup $13.99. Maybe that's just me, but that's Expensive for a small cup of ice cream.

Not only that but he got the order wrong and when asked again he closed the door on me. They young lady was nice enough to apologize for him and fixed my order. Never coming here again!!
