Mannnnn… the people here are rude and always messing up my order. Terrible.

Almost no meat in my supreme tacos and the nuggets were all breading.

Taco Bell is always a good quick meal option, usually prepared well with little to no issues. However this Taco Bell really needs to step up their game with service. I stopped on on Saturday evening around 6:40, and went in to place an order. I was not greeted or even acknowledged by staff for 10 minutes, even though multiple employees looked over at me waiting and made eye contact. I was not even told that I'd be helped shortly, just watched the employees mess around and barely do their jobs. A manager even passed by TWICE. I was about to walk out of the store and go through the drive thru by the time someone came over to me to actually take my order. I understand being busy taking both Drive Thru and Counter Orders, but the store wasn't, even busy with only 2 cars in the Drive Thru and only me inside, and about 7-9 employees. It is not a good look to leave a customer standing there waiting for service while your employees just joke and mess around, and take their sweet time to provide any type of service.

If your restroom is out of order where is the signage. Using the restroom should not be a hassle.

My husband was treated awfully at Taco Bell 031641 at 5300 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904. We are active duty military and have been going to Taco Bell more frequently when they began to offer their military discount. This isn’t our first negative experience here, however, it will be our last. On 12/09/2025 at 11:51 AM (Order 26199b) my husband ordered his birthday lunch to the cashier Perla A. He was in his active duty military uniform & had his military ID present, asked for the military discount on his order that was under the max $15 ($11.65). Perla A. rudely told him that they didn’t do military discounts anymore with an attitude and shoved him his order and slammed the window very fast so he couldn’t even ask when it was discontinued, since we were honored it yesterday. My husband’s feelings were hurt because he is a very kind man and called me to tell me his experience and was really hurt, he explained he didn’t know what he did to receive that type of attitude and horrible service. I immediately called the store and talked to the store manager to ask if they still offered their discount and he said they do and informed him of how his window worker was treating their loyal customers/military members. I have worked in food all my life (grew up in my best friend family’s restaurant) and worked fast food for the past 10 years. Customer service is key, essential and will honestly make the food taste better in my opinion. Usually we only have horrible service at this location at night, but what else do you expect from kids in High School and/or working at night sucks so we try to give them grace and understanding due to their lack of understanding on how to treat people and/or value a job. This is not a good Taco Bell. The food is sometimes spoiled, other times like today, they screw up your order. Pic related is a breakfast quesadilla that was supposed to have no meat. It also smells like it might have gone bad. Customer service has gone downhill recently, the line moves slower and staff are much less friendly than they once were. I always go drive thru because the dining area is always dirty and homeless people come in causing problems. If you want Taco Bell out here, the one on Rutherford is really good! So is the one off Woodrow Bean Transmountain.

Just ordered 3 crunchy tacos with no tomatoes but they came with extra tomatoes?? 80% of this order is inedible due to a tomato allergy. Usually things are good with previous orders here but not this time... disappointed..

Tried to order at drive-thru at around 10:30pm and was asked what I wanted, I started to give my order and was told that they were only taking orders through mobile app. Parked car and tried to order through the app to two different locations and was repeatedly given prompt of "Order not able to be processed". Went through drive-thru again and this time they were willing to take my order and I asked the reason for not being able to take my order at drive-thru thru earlier and workers stayed quiet and gave no response. No workers were in view at cashier/drive-thru window or lobby. So decided to leave.

My orders always wrong and cold each time, I've done Uber eats as well and they'll have you waiting wasting your time, don't accept any Uber eats from here, you'll lose a whole hr

9-6-25 @ 6:20pm very rude young lady in the drive thru. She was bothered that I asked what the cost was because I couldn't hear her and when my food was ready opened the window and handed me my bag and said nothing. You need to have more customer friendly personnel working the drive thru window.

I just went through the drive through and the woman working the window kept interrupting when I was trying to order with “anything else?” While I’m still ordering. Then when I got to the window they forgot my drink I waited for them to get it. While waiting there she proceeded to ask me “um… why are you still sitting there?” Which I replied with “ma'am I was just waiting on my drink” then she huffed and went and got it. The door was then abruptly slammed and I left. I understand that people forget things or sometimes don’t have great customer service but that was excessive. I hope my future visits are not like this. In the mean time do better.

Horrible customer service in the drive-thru the last even refused to give me her name she has glasses and a bad attitude. I'm sure they know who she is because she's always in a bad mood. Hands you the food your card with attitude like your bothering her. No respect no customer service.

This taco bell sucks. They messed up my order this evening with the receipt on the side of the bag. Another time I stopped at this location and the drive thru system wasn't working. Instead of telling me to order online or use the inside system the person working the drive thru said that the weren't taking orders tonight. The staff is more interested in socializing than earning a wage.

Updating my review because this particular taco bell has gotten BAD. Once I had gotten a burrito with a plastic wrap inside, thankfully they were able to give me a refund. But then a few weeks ago I bought a chicken taco and it came with a cockroach in it. I appreciate the refund and the vouchers that were given to me but that experience has made me permanently no longer want Taco Bell. Also when I pulled up to the drive thru and explained the situation the manager asked "Is it black?" So they definitely knew they were putting out food with a bug in it.
