Avoid this KFC if you are hungry, just ordered food and it took 34 minutes to get 8pc original with mash potatoes and coleslaw. Then after 25 minutes when we asked for the status they were extremely rude to us.

Ordered the Tuesday special.. was told to wait 20 min and offered thighs for waiting then after the 20 min was given wrong order & manager did not wanna correct it nor give me her name. I was not the only car that needed to wait excessively for an order. This establishment is absolutely disgraceful.

They are horrible there. I waited 30 minutes seeing cars that were behind me go with their food and I told him that I want my money back. I just want a refund. They told me they could not give me my money back. That is the last time I go to that location

It was smelling a lot a lot of propane and the door were close. Started to feel dizzy and weak. Child were inside of the location and they did not wanted to close at least for 1 hour to ventilated the facility. Really dangerous.

Horrible service 20 min to get my order. They're like the slowest KFC in the city. They never have chicken ready 😕! Will never go again to that location.

Unfortunately I went to have lunch, bought 3 pcs chicken tenders. 2 of them were hard to bite into it so there are RAW ! I go to the counter and ANGIE "manager" says we'll we go by a timer, i reply Yes but still raw, she took my food, makes a sign to me 'she could not even say a word' I go get my food and is just ONE tender I said there were 2 ma'am and she said we'll one is a size of 2 NO I paid for 3 gave 2 back SHE literally holding a second one with the thongs in her hand ! She is arguing! I said ma'am I'm not going to argue for a piece of chicken you have on your hand, keep your piece and I walked back with my ONE piece! Horrible service, Horrible etiquette Horrible leadership and really, really bad lunch experience. I am expecting a call from HER supervisor.is not the piece of chicken that upset me is her attitude, her demeanor of not caring her what ever attitude is my store and I decide what to give you kind of attitude. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to that location I will not spend my hard earned money to be treated so badly

The staff in this location is very inefficient, it's been more than once that I have gone to this location they don't have chicken ready, how do you not have chicken ready in a place that specializes in selling fried chicken, and it has not even been close to their closing time. You all need employees that are on top of everything not waiting last minute to do things. I just ended up leaving and going to churches.

Last night, I tried this particular KFC again after several issues that I had in the past with the service from its employees, unfortunately, they failed again by not having the food that they should provide to the customer on hand second of all the chicken was half cooked and grease running through the box so bad that it was leaking through the container. I have had enough of problems with KFC to where I’m done wasting my money!

Avoid this location. I have been here 3 time in one month -- 2 of the 3 times the chicken was dry and luke warm. I was here today 1 hour before closing and the staff had put everything away. The food prep counters were sparkling clean. The floor was being moped. The chicken in the warmers was 45 minutes old. I asked if they could make me some fresh chicken and the lady reluctantly said yes, but that it would talk 30 to 45 minutes. She made a sour face at me. Yeah. I got the memo! The staff does not care to proide quality food nor do they care about the brand. Never come within 2 hours of closing - The staff will run you out. Obviously, this lack of service comes from the top. No sure if this is a franchise or corporate, but there is no hotline to report this sinking ship. So sad to see this brand go by the waste side. Avoid this KFC. As you can see from the picture, this place is empty. Hear the crickets?
