The firecracker shrimp was not spicy but still yummy.

I went through the drive through just before noon, good service, food was hot and fresh.

Good service and one of the employees lucero was especially kind and even stopped to ask how our food was and if we needed anything else!

Great store. Clean and social distances were in affect at tables. Food was also great and service was excellent.

Every time we have been there we had excellent service and food,we eternal there at least once a week.

From my personal experiences as a Chinese and with Panda Express chain restaurants all these years, I think this one is good.

On this location they have white steam rice ready but in the Manor location when you ask they never have this ready in the early hours I don't know why.

The new chili crisp shrimp is REALLY good. Got the beef and broccoli as well. Panda Express is pretty amazing. I took a star off in Atmosphere because the men's bathroom had pee all over the floor.

Food was alright but the pepolr there where really nice

The taste was excellent and speed was very fast. However, the portion size was slightly underwhelming. I do love the sizes of the cups however.

Good food but kinda sad dine in experience. Drive through must be better. Even the counter help was suffering to serve dine in. Not so good but drive through would be much better.

We got steamed brown steam Rice was so hard could barely eat it. Other entrees were good and the place was very clean.

Its sad that they're short staffed there fore you have to wait for over 5 mins for an employee to take your order.

I will give them 3 stars only because the drive-thru server was very nice and polite -JAYLA S- ontherwise they will get 1star. We been waiting for our food more than twenty minutes (there's is a reason why we used the drive-thru, to drive and go!) anyways, JAYLA service was exceptional, but there is no excuse for time that we waited for the food at the parking lot! They could not understand what we wanted. Had to tell her 4 times and our order was still wrong. I usually love Panda but not in Elgin. Never have enough of the food ready and it was cold.

As you know, eating healthy on the road is very hard to do. Tried to get a healthy snack on my way to Houston so I got the fried rice chow mein and super greens. The super greens were not good…. Im in Elgin and have been in line for literally 10 minutes and just now was able to place my order. Now I have to wait even more just to get my order. Not to mention they never have anything made that I want. I always have to wait.

Sweet fire chicken was too dry, asked for more sauce but the whole serving tray has no extra sauce to give me. Also the white steam rice is always not cook enough or too dry.

They never seem to have Black Pepper Chicken available. Just called before wasting a trip into town and they still don't have any available. Cooking to order is not the way to run a food line that is styled like a buffet with a drive thru.

Out of all the locations I've been to from Virginia to California & all in between this was the WORST! When placing my order, I was told to wait for String Bean Chicken, which I had gotten used to. After receiving my order I discovered only 2 pieces of chicken in my whole serving. Food was fresh, service was decent but I didn’t pay for 85-90% for just veggies.

The food was good. Customer service could be better. I had to wait for the chow mein, which wasn't a problem, so they asked me to pull around the front and would bring it out to me. A couple other cars were given their orders after some time. My order was apparently given to another customer. I had to go inside to ask about my food after waiting and noticing no more customers were left. The girls just looked at me in confusion and I had to show them my receipt to get my order. It was just an annoying encounter and I don't plan on returning.

The building was very clean and tidy. The building was stroller and wheel chair accessible. The condiment bar was very clean and well stocked. We waited a very long time for our food. The staff was not satisfactory, they did not move very fast even though there was a very large line. When we finally got our food they apologized halfheartedly and that was it. I would suggest going through the drive through.

Hello I’m a costumer that goes to panda a lot with my bf anyways we been there plenty of times and they are always out of somethings and they never take cash which sometimes sucks..

I've been waiting here since 10:30 when they are supposed to open. It's now 11:10 and they say it will be another 10 min before they have any food. Probably not the best way to run a business.

They sold me a rice plate with a side of protein for $10. Still got half a plate rice left and no more meat. Must be a food shortage

I normally enjoy getting the Panda Express Beijing Beef for take out, but this evening it was so spicy I could'nt eat it. Sweating, Runny nose, Mouth and Throat burning up, Stomach Cramps, and Diarrhea after just a few bites. I normally enjoy a good spicy meal, but this was more like someone had accidentally dumped a whole bottle of Hot Chili Oil in the pan. I tried several times to call the restaurant so I could give the Manager a heads up, but after ringing several times it would roll over to a message asking for a code.

If i could do a 0 star i would they don't deserve any stars at all. Very rude workers and very slow workers I had 4 plates and she would only do one at a time while everyone else go's pass me not cool at all and portions are getting smaller and smaller everytime i go in. I am a regular customer that is in there about 2 to 3 time a month and i don't like it at all when y'alls staff talks about us on there headsets when I've even asked if they could put more on the plates and she just gave me a dirty look and roll her eyes. And also on one of my plates i couldn't get what i even wanted. I never had any problems when Adelina was running this place she needs to come back.

This place is always messing up my orders always but today my husband went and got me the same for me the bigger plate with chow main, double string bean and grill teriyaki but my teriyaki was only 2 slices my husband got cheese rangoons and they didnt put them in they only put the sauces

Food was not up to Panda EXpress standards and every table and easy was horribly dirty. We had to ask to get a table clean and they even clean things starts and only cleaned one table. Lazy staff and we will not be coming back ever!

Don't eat here! They play with your food in the drive thru. I ordered a plate of double orange and fried rice. When I got home it was one side of orange chicken and double rice. When I took it back the girl had a smirk. Long story short Don't eat where ppl play with your food.

At drive thru was told only 2 entrees were available mushroom chicken or Beijing chicken. Orange chicken would be a 15 to 20 min wait. Waited along with 6 other cars, the amount of food is less and prices are MUCH higher even fried rice. Food was terrible, everything was cold, the rice dried out ,crab Rangoon greasy and also cold. Very disappointed in the quality.

This past weekend I ordered food through the drive thru and drove to the window. My order was $9.74, I gave the young lady a $20 bill. She in return gave me a $10 bill. I drove off and immediately thought oh I didnt get all my change. So I circled back around through the drive thru and told them in the intercom that I didn't get all my change. Pulled forward and asked why? There was another young lady behind the one at the window. She was laughing. I didnt find anything funny. The lady at the window said she had problems with the register and thats why I didnt get all the change. So the the lady behind her hands her the rest of my change. I get it in my hands and didnt count it but as I turned the corner its short by 10 cents. First of all, I save all my change for my new grandchild that I have. I throw it in a jar. So for someone to steal .26 cents I will question how much more are you stealing. I immediately parked my car and went inside. As I walk in the young lady sees me and still laughing. I walk to the manager and tell her whats going on and that her employee thinks all this is funny. Also it is just 26 cents but it's the principle. I save my change for a reason not for someone to keep for themselves. They never have to worry about me coming there again. If you will steal what else will you do? Are you doing something to the food?? The manager did express to me that she would have a talk with her employee and she did give me what was owed to me. Its just wrong and its not funny! I work hard for every cent I make.

I really don’t want to give a star at all. Have gone there about once every two weeks and always run into same issues. Never have entrees available. If they cook chicken it never takes more than a couple of minutes. Scary as health dept would cringe at their cooking times. The staff is rude, never have a manager on staff, they always say they just had a “rush” of people is why they don’t have fresh entrees. Depends on who you are and if you complain as to how much they serve you. They don’t have contact info for the manager. What happens if an emergency comes up, who do they contact? Thugs location is left in the hands of irresponsible teenagers that don’t give a &$/“about customer service. I ask if they ever read reviews about their Resturant sand was told they were not allowed to read reviews by management. REALLY. I bet corporate would be interested in that remark. That is my next avenue. Hope to see this establishment closed down due to health issues and lack of management issues. Can’t say enough about how inadequate this place is run and managed. But these kids didn’t even know who management was.

Update 12/17: really….management needs to do something about this place and the teenagers that work here and can’t process orders correctly…still a pathetic place but what can ya do besides complain right?! Nobody takes pride anymore…. Open your doors up so people can sit down, everyone else is AND so you can have orders fixed on the spot when you screw them up!! 3 times now with all this Covid junk, we have gotten to-go orders....ALL 3 had major screw ups. It’s a 10 minute drive one way for me to the store... the first 2 screw ups, I didn’t go back, we just dealt with it. The last one really ticked me off so I drove back and made them fix it all. That essentially cost me 40 mins worth of driving alone, for us to have dinner. Won’t go here again...they have lost my business for good. Rude people and not paying attention to orders has done me in. If you really want panda, drive to Bastrop...they do a great job over there!!

I normally eat here every other day. I came in today and there was barely a selection. What they did have was basically a scoop of each entree. When I asked the lady serving was she cooking fresh food(she was the new manager) she said not at this time.because it was slow. So I guess she wanted me to pay for food that had been sitting there and looked old. She did tell me I could tell her what I wanted and she would cook it for me. Who has that kind of time on a 30 min break?? I didn't think panda express was a made to order kind of place.

Horrible service. I should never be asked to wait five minutes on just a side order before they serve my 2 main courses. Especially when one or both of the main courses are not well stocked on the line. I was dinning in ,so anyone ordering the same dinning in or driving through line could easily order the rest of that under stock item then my 5 minute wait becomes a 10 or 15 with only a I am so sorry excuse. I am 48 years old and was taught since a boy that customarily first come first served. Both young ladies held an empty plate while conversing with me. One young lady held my empty plate in her hand while she directed me to the cash register. Mind you this was at 11:00am when they should be prepared already.

Place is full of teenage workers which explains the terrible service. Wasn’t any string bean chicken left so they said it would take 5-6 minutes to make more understandably I said okay that’s fine but waited way more than 5-6 minutes went up to tell them to make my string bean chicken to go sense I was already done eating only to see the fresh string bean was already brought out just sitting there! My boyfriend and I were the only one in the restaurant so how could they possibly forget the whole reason they made fresh string bean is for THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER in the restaurant. Not even a sorry from the girl just a “oh here” 🙄 Never going back.
