My son and I had lunch. I chose the mushroom truffle burger and he chose the wagyu burger. They were both excellent. The fries were cooked perfectly and salted, exactly what you would expect out of a burger place.

BurgerIM is a wonderful addition to Tracy. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The various options are a little overwhelming - but very helpful with family members that are on special diets. The food was so tasty! I'm looking forward to returning to try other variations. There's so many choices you could always try something new.

Quality food, clean, great customer service with friendly staff, the choices are endless. Well worth the price, especially for the quality. I had their special today which is a choice of type of burger, which are several types of meat, French fries or onion rings or an half potato and onion rings, four wings choice of BBQ, buffalo, or sweet chili, and a beer(I had a soda because I was driving) for $11.99. Better come get some, well worth it. Choice of meat are, 3 types of beef all Angus, salmon, falafel, grilled chicken or crispy deep fried, or lamb. Plus all the condiments they have, including sunnyside up egg. No pork though, totally Halal. So you know the meat is clean, and wholesome.

It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. Add this place to your favorites. Perfection cook to order!

This is a great burger place that we happened upon while in Tracy,CA. We live 45 minutes away and travel weekly for a great burger and fries! They have gluten free options so I can enjoy dinner with my family and friends! The people are always kind and patient! Thank you BurgerIM for being our favorite burger joint!

I really like Burgerim, and this new location was no different. It has a bunch of burger options (more than Pleasanton actually), and it has a solid beer menu to boot! Employees were nice and did pretty good given that I was there on their 3rd day open lol. It's probably my new favorite Burger Place in town.

I thought they were crazy to open in such a burger rich environment. Not so, they are quite different. I love both the burgers and chicken. Get a Duo and try both!

I gave this place 5 stars for the food and hospitality but it would have been 3 stars for the space inside. As first time customers we had the deer in headlights look on our faces as we tried to figure out what to do. My 7 year old daughter was super excited they were open and she made us go and have burgers last night. She proved daddy that she's a foodie too. You should definitely check out the menu before you go in or get a to-go menu and study it over because there is a lot that you can do there without having to order the same thing over and over. We ordered the family meal which had 8 burgers 8 wings fries and onion rings. There are tons of combos but we stayed with the basics. 4 aged beef and 4 Merguez burgers which were yummy. As a fat guy I like to wrap my fat hands around a big burger and make all attempts of not getting messy and failing in the end. These burgers seemed more like sliders to me but a perfect size for my daughter. In all actuality it was a perfect size even though I ate 2 myself. 1 burger, couple wings with fries and onion rings was good enough for everyone in my family which made the family pack a perfect size for $35. There is a nice little beer selection with 2 size preferences of the original 16oz or the tall boy of 22oz. Fresh and super cold beer was just the thing to wash the food down. The staff were super duper awesome. Very kind and patient with us and helpful when we needed things. They were also accommodating when it looked like we were running out of space on our table. This place would have been the most perfect sports bar in tracy if the space was bigger. The place was tiny and a bit cramped. I wish they had a couple of stand-up tables without chairs so that people would stand around and eat like some of the small places in Chicago. All in all I give this place a definite must experience.

This place was great. I like how you can select your patty and then the style of burger. It was a little expensive but worth it. It will cost you about $10 per meal. The service was really good especially for a place that just opened. I ordered the beef and falafel burgers and they were both good. I am definitely coming here again.

Their burgers and their fries are the best anywhere. The truffle burger is my favorite. The owners are really nice and even remember my order preferences. I'm kind of a regular there. At least once a week. Highly recommend the Tracy location.

Talk about options! This place is great for people who like to try lots of different things. Can get 3 different sliders, different sides and go to their incredible soda machine and select from more drink options than you've ever seen. They also have a very satisfying keto bun which is a nice change up from ordering lettuce wrapped all the time.

Ordered the BurgerIM trio combo, the sliders were absolutely delicious, I had grilled chicken, lamb, and Wagyu beef, all were cooked perfectly. The only issues I had, which is why they get 4 stars instead of 5, is that they did take a bit longer than expected and they gave me House Fries instead of the Sweet Potato Fries I wanted. Luckily I wasn't charged for the sweet potato fries so more than likely it was just a communication issue because of my mask. Still highly recommended, you should at least try it once to say you have.

I was doing some errands on my day off, and decided to try Burger IM since I was nearby. I'm so happy I did. I got 2 of their sliders, and you can choose what meat you'd like for each. I got fried chicken and turkey, with the standard toppings of tomato and lettuce. The sliders were actually bigger than I expected! I could probably have eaten one, but I just paced myself and was able to eat both. I also got half/half of onion rings and sweet potato fries. So it was a large meal for me. If my mom was there, we probably could've shared and been satisfied. Both sliders were yummy. The fried chicken had good flavor, and wasn't over salted. And that goes with the turkey patty as well. They have a vegetarian option as well, which is a falafal burger. So I'm curious to try that next time. There is a few tables outside, and there is ample seating inside. I was there in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday, so I got my food very quickly. And the employee was nice enough to grab the ketchup for me, in which there are plenty of bottles for customers to pick up when they get their drinks. Friendly and quick service, and good food with good portions. I'm definitely coming back here again.

This is a good place but the food is not worth the price, felt like they used frozen food and just put it in the fryer.

Food used to be so much better. Burger patty is thin and bland now. Hardly any fries now and after paying extra for onion rings, we only got 5-6 rings. Greek burger had no flavor. I'm really not sure what has happened. I used to love coming here but those days are gone.

We rarely eat out. We pick a restaurant a month to eat it. Our experience has always been a 5, even when they served me raw chicken. We were eating in and they not only apologized but went above and beyond to make up for it. So beware of raw chicken can kill you. Moving forward to today, I had surgery on Wednesday. My first real meal choice was IM Buffalo style chicken strips with extra ranch sauce. My husband picked it up bc I can't drive right now. The strips were not tossed in sauce: I was given a very small container of wing sauce. The IM chicken strips are a generous amount of chicken so there wasn't enough to cover my chicken. My husband ordered extra ranch- the employee didn't ask how many. And, my husband didn't think to check the order. When my food arrived it was still hot which is nice. But, there wasn't near enough sauce to ensure their generous portion of chicken could be covered by the amount sauce provided. I think we may have to remove this from our list of a handful of restaurants we eat from once a month. I'd have been better off having my non-cooking husband cook them for me..

We got the family box. It was pretty good. It had wings 8 sliders fry chip onion rings. It was reasonably price. Service was good too and friendly. Would go back👍

Was not impressed with the food for the cost they are charging for it. The burger felt like my old dorm food where they were cooked in the morning and left in hot water all day to stay warm, and the meat proportion does not seem right between their 1/3 and 1/4 patties. Onion rings were good, but the in house fries/potato chips need to be cooked longer.

We are a bit sad to write this review. We have been coming to Burger IM since the very beginning. We were always impressed with the quality of the food and we loved the special circle frys they had. We live out of town, but Burger IM is one of the restaurants that we frequent when we come to town. It has been a while since we've been in, but we were so sad when they brought out our food. The circle fries were gone, when asked about them, we were told that they had them but now you had to ask for them. We thought they were the standard french fry and had been every time we had gone so how would we know we had to ask for them? He did not offer to get us any. On top of that the third pound dry aged beef burger that I get every time was definitely not the same. It literally could have been a McDonald's Patty. This is the first time we have had a bad experience here, but sadly will not be returning until they go back to the old ways that kept us coming in the first place.

I went there and it’s halal, but the cashier told me that they sell pork Bacon. And I got shocked because it say halal in the menu then how come you sell pork Bacon. I left because I can’t trust now if for real they sell halal food. Heads up to all my Muslim people be careful. I did leave without food.

Gross! The Angus burger patty was raw in the middle (not just a little pink) , unseasoned and smelled of old ground beef. The falafel burger was ok but not something I'd order again (and I love falafel). The food is wildly overpriced and I'd even go as far to say that Mcdonalds burger taste way better than this. Never again.

I’m really disappointed with my order today. I usually order from you and it’s always good, but this time the food tasted old and not fresh at all. The chicken burger patties tasted like they were straight from frozen and very processed. Not the usual quality I’m used to.
