Pollo Goyo restaurant in Ciudad Valles is an exceptional place for chicken lovers. From fried chicken to delicious chicken enchiladas, there's a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The chicken is always juicy, tender, and full of flavor, and pairs perfectly with their homemade sides, such as rice, beans, and fresh salads. In terms of prices, Pollo Goyo offers excellent value. The prices are fair and proportional to the quality and quantity of food served.
I gave it 4 stars for service because the waiters don't have a good vibe, but the chicken is some of the best in Ciudad Valles. I also gave it 5 stars because the place is air-conditioned and the prices are reasonable.
A delicious place to eat chicken. The place is small. The chicken is standard fare, but the other dishes are a bit overpriced. The place doesn't offer many amenities, but the waiter service is good. A family-friendly place to have a nice, quiet time.
A very comfortable place to eat, since they have air conditioning, and if you don't want chicken you can order arrachera (prepared on the spot) which comes with charro beans as a side. The only anecdotal situation was that since the soda wasn't that cold, we asked for a glass with ice and they charged us for the ice hahahahahaha... Other than that, everything was fine.
The product is very well seasoned, however, no side dishes are included. The only thing included is a sauce that sometimes has too many spices to compensate for its blandness, and a half-burnt onion.

The food is delicious, the place is very nice and cozy, but please talk to your waitresses because they serve you in a very bad way, they don't even clean the tables and they act stupid when you ask for soda or water and say there's none. Please pay attention there.
They're not serving the food like they used to. It's sad that they're neglecting their menu...they don't put blueberries, apples, or yogurt dressing in the salad anymore...the chicken is undercooked, they don't even separate the tortillas...and now it turns out they don't even provide cutlery...just a tiny dessert spoon.
