In my humble opinion Little Caesars Pizza has come along way in the past 5 years. Not only are the pizzas low price the Quality is actually good. And with their new pizza portal device via the Little Caesars app, you no longer have to wait to get your pizza. You just order your pizza on the app & simply go inside and enter your code and take your pizza. It's look me less than 2 minutes to get my order and that includes parking.

ordered it online and the pickup process was so convenient and easy and it was kept hot in their high tech little pickup storage locker!! it was actually so delicious especially for the price i was so surprised and elated!! love little caesar!!!!!! thank you for the yummy pizza!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

For low income folks, the pizza here is actually not bad...I actually developed a serious addiction to their cheesy bread...under $5, ridiculously fatty, but fricken amazing

It's a Little Cesar's. When I go they are usually slammed. I had to comfort one of the nice women who worked there because she was having a bad night. Overall, ok pizza. You go there because you're hungry.

Great staff, good pizza, funny banter and communication only draw back was visibly could see staff sitting in the back eating while 2 people did all the work

The right place if you want fast pizza. Hit or miss some times they don't put enough cheese on to keep the topping from falling off. The cheese bread is life

They prepared 15 boxes of pizza fast for my company. Quality not good at all though. Taste very bready and doughy. Very little toppings. Okay customer service.

Great food but the customer service is awful. Gave an attitude the whole time and were being rude. If you don’t like talking with people then don’t get a job where you need to associate with them 24/7.

Often had patronizing or impatient servers. We stopped going to this store awhile ago and have chosen the Alameda store instead. The employees and management there are outstanding.

Not so great as it once was cheaper ingredients affect the quality. Another one bites the dust for me as products continue to decline in quality! The counter service was very good.

This is the 4th time I’ve come here and they still seem to be either understaffed or just slow. I’m always waiting about 20 minutes from start to finish. My break is only 30 minutes so that’s pretty frustrating. Most likely won’t be back.

Definitely not hot and ready. Order 30-45 minutes before online if you can. Need more workers especially between 4-8p!

Service terrible completely ignored when trying to get help then when I do get help they act like they don't want to help food edible but not great and the machine to pick up pizza didn't work right when entering code had to bang on it to get it to open probably why they had a sign saying don't bang on it

Standard mass process pizza served out a cramped tight space that only holds about eight patrons. The ordering system adds to customer confusion. Staff is nice and there is plenty of parking but not much else stands out.

If it says open for delivery then assume you'll go through the entire process of picking what to order before it says "store isn't available right now"

If you guys are going to be doing pizza deliveries you guys should be doing it by phone as well instead of doing it online and you'll have to understand that there are people who cannot walk too Little Caesars or drive to Little Caesars due to actually doing business or if not trying to get errands done or if not doing job interviews or if not no one doesn't have the capability of driving or if not having a vehicle nor being able to walk I just got done calling you guys and I'm taking a rain check on your online orders unless you guys can fix this

what's the use of scheduling a pick up time if all my items aren't ready? 😡 then not to have your mask on during covid while making someone's food WOW

Found a hair in our pizza… IT WAS UNDER THE CHEESE BROOOO

The pizza looked undercooked and rushed, probably the worst little caesars I've been to.

Had an Awful experience at this branch multiple times. Last time, I ordered a deep dish and they literally gave me two round pizzas in the deep dish box. When I told the customer service rep, he brought out the manager who argued ‘it’s not supposed to be picture perfect’. I told her I’ve ordered a deep dish plethora of times before, especially at this same branch, and know the difference in crust, shape, and thickness of a deep dish. She told me to wait saying she’ll make a new one for me. Came back 15 minutes later with a new pizza that looked exactly like the old one with burnt edges and hardened crust. She promised it was new but I’m 80% sure they reheated the old one. Didn’t argue, left with it and will not go back there.

The fact that she argues with employees and has them working while she is sitting around doing nothing. As a customer that came in and someone else from the back help is very unprofessional. I like when the guy manager is in he is very professional. Sorry but if u don't change your management your store will not get any better.

My hat goes off to the manager who actually was very apologetic to the customer who’s order was wrong! But nevertheless, the customer service received by the cashier with the purple hair was horrible! I don’t care for Little Caesars Pizza, but I had a 3.00 Pizza offer from T-Mobile. I guess you get what you pay for! At best I might have received 1.00 worth of customer service! Thanks Little Caesars for the wrong order and bad customer service! Next time I’ll keep my 3.32!

Instead they try to profit with the leftover pizzas leaving them in the warmer until the following lunch rush where they try to sell the old food to unsuspecting customers. (Over 12 hours old is unacceptable) As if this place wasnt cheap enough, this is a reaaally cheap move by the owners or whoever made that call. Give back to the community with what you can. I believe everyone should help those around them. Especially a very successful pizza spot that pays next to nothing for their ingredients. The fact that instead of donating the food, they try to profit from it makes me sick! No longer supporting this business. Goodbye to corporate greed.
