Decided to grab a salad lunch here and found out they have a nice Cobb salad.

I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered here. I love Wendy's food, but not every location is as good as another. This is one of the best.

I usually don't give reviews on fast food. But Wendy's is my fav

If you haven't been to Wendy's in a while, do yourself a favor and go try it. They are doing something differently with their fries and nuggets and they are extra delicious and always hot. Of course they use the best mayonnaise on their burgers which makes them the best fast food burgers around. Don't forget to get a frosty. They are the only place that I know of that have baked potatoes and chilli..also a great option!

My granddaughter loves Wendy's. If I need to bribe her this is the answer. She loves the chicken nuggets, and has to have a frosty. I enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich.

Service has improved since my last visit, wait time was exceptionally fast! Food orders were correct and gave us plenty of napkins. Staff was friendly.

Friendly customer service and consistently good Fast food and snacks on the go, frugal prices and all is good as long as we don’t eat it every day. The French fries are salty but you can ask for no salt added and the staff always does that for us.

We ordered the four for one and it was very delicious. The place was pretty quiet and clean and it's pretty close to the highway so it's a pretty decent place to stop by on a road trip for a quick bite.

The burgers are ok, value for money is good. It is fast food so don't expect it to win any awards. I prefer it to most other fast food places and like the service. We often stop off here as it is convenient and we don't normally have to wait.

This place hasn't been remodeled in probably 25 years so it's got an old school vibe. Food is fine. Service good.

The apple pecan chicken salad w. Pomegranate dressing is great..and only 6.99...get the app..it's only 4.99 alot of times...a $10 salad...the lemonade is good too

I don't do fast food very often but had gone through drive thru a few months ago two times in a row with my son and ordered frosties. Both times they forgot to include napkins. I think this is a pretty basic thing when you're ordering drive thru food, especially any type of ice cream. I mean, is there a napkin shortage?? So the 3rd time it happened, I called and asked for a manager. She was shocked to hear this and gave me a combo meal and two frosties for free on my next visit. She promised to correct the situation and when I went there a couple of days ago, I was given 3 napkins with my frosty. I was very happy with the way she handled this and will continue to go occasionally for my frosty! And now that we're in "somewhat" colder weather, some chili! 😁

The Price is Right, the food was hot and great. The drive-through did take quite a bit more time than it should or was necessary but I've only been there twice they could have been having an off days.

Better than McDonald's. Double hamburger, single cheeseburger, well-done fries, and Berry Frosty. All very good.

You like Wendy's? Good, you'll like this Wendy's. Far above other fast food unless you're having a specific craving like In-N-Out. But if you're craving Wendy's then why would you go to In-N-Out? It doesn't make any sense. None of the letters even match, except the N, but it's not even in the right syllable.

Wendy's is one of the few fast food chains I visit, and that is not too often. This location hasn't been renovated in awhile, but the service has been good when I visited. I haven't been in awhile though since the only times I ever went was when I would visit my chiropractor, and now he moved down the street at Innate Health and Healing so I can't attest to what things are like in the last year or so. But I will say that their spicy chicken sandwich is in the top choices out there, and in my opinion for the longest time was hands down the absolute best.

The employees couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. The manager was very pleasant and came by to make sure everything was okay. This place is perfect for my mother who doesn't eat much and likes to have a hamburger every once in awhile.

Not real thrilled this time, I did my usual order, and when I got my meal before I pulled away I was.looking for my sauce thier was none, so I asked for my sauce his reply was "there is one in there but will give you another" than o didnt also ge my ketchup, than!!! My sandwich wasnt even wrapped even half way right. Fell on my lap. He was very rude, I smiled and was polite the entire time. I didnt get a receipt for proff of my purchase otherwise I would have complained directly.

A staple of Encinitas. Currently, the 4 for $4 deal is pretty good value. Interior is dated and could be cleaner. Soft drinks are behind the register so getting refills on busy days will take some waiting. Don't expect the cashiers to be familiar with the Wendy's app so you might get push back when using coupons off your smart phone.

Went through the drive through with EBT..they took the card and the order and asked us to pull to the front..waited and waited and no buddy brought the food out and numerous people came and went ..they forgot about us and we waited for around 20 minutes

Nothing particularly special about this place. Smells like years of grease, like most fast food burger places. Makes me wonder how innout prevents that. Anyway, at least there are frostys.

Bathroom stinks didn't look real dirty but pls put some deodorants to take out smell. Food was ok too.

First, the food is incredible. However.... Beeep boop beep beeeeeep.. how about you stop the audio torture, yeah Wendys? those machines are irritating as heck. Stop torturing your employees and customers with those obnoxious beeps and alarms. Pay your employees more too, this is Encinitas, all your employees are homeless or gonna be homeless.

My sandwich was good (and the way I ordered it). But the fries were as soggy as McDonald's usually are, and I'm told the chicken nuggets we ordered were bleh.

At Wendy's. What do you want to know? It's a 3 at Best. It's a three hamburger. Do you want to eat three star hamburger go here if you want to eat a 5-star hamburger go to the rooster Burger in Oceanside. Besides that right now at this very moment it is completely shut down in the roof is off don't know what they're doing but there's not serving food for a while.

Busy shopping area. Parking and traffic is competitive! Great fast food if your looking to eat close to the beach. Oh about 4 blocks from the beach and there is a park close by to enjoy what you order!

Ordered the Homestyle chicken sandwich combo. Service was good and fairly fast. The only gripe is that the chicken had a fishy after taste. Probably fry the fish and chicken in sane oil? Do they have fish??😯

I live nearby and have been coming to this location for ages, and after years of the same problem I figured I'd say something on behalf of everyone I know who has the same problem on a regular basis. I went through the Drive-Thru and was helped by someone who seemed really angry. I got my order and drove home and realize that they gave me no straws for my drinks, and I ordered a frosty, and they never gave it to me. Regularly, even when eating in, the food is cold. Usually the nuggets and fries. Granted: I should have checked when I was leaving the drive thru, that was my bad. But I think the order should have been right in the first place. It isn't the customers job to fix the order, it should be correct the first time. I'm not all up-in-arms angry about it, it's a fast food place, I'm not expecting the service of champions, but it's a lot of little inconvenient things on a repeated basis that make this really disappointing.

I have always liked Wendy's. And I would give it a higher rating, IF the place were cleaner. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. Standard fare. Usually one of my go-to places for either (a) a quick, cheap bite, or (b) post-party event. Thanks, Wendys...now consider hiring a cleaning crew to put a friendly touch of clean on the place.

I decided to order Dave's triple with bacon which tasted really good and comparable with pen In and Out 3 by 3 but the fries or a little bit on a soggy side and half of them were actually cold. The order was accurate in the food did come out very fast

The food was just okay, my double bacon jalapeno burger was cold but the meat was still pretty good which surprised me. Nuggets were cold and they made another batch, that were very good.

About six visits. The food seems pretty consistent. The actual opening hours are unpredictable (always after 9, sometimes after 930, but no sign posted, just a locked door). Breakfast hours are not consistent either, there's about a half hour window (945-1015) that seems to work reliably

Didn't like the service, no ketchup or any sauce or napkin added, they misunderstood the order putting bacon when asked no bacon and chocolate frosting given instead of vanilla, although they changed it for the correct one, also the woman in the drive trhough window showed an annoyed attitude... About the food, it was plain bad, different from other Wendy's I've visited.

Food was not as hot and The drive through took over 30 minutes just to order and receive my order. Did not have my order correct. The soda had a lot of ice and a little watered down.

Did not get my apple pecan salad I paid for in the drive through. My paper straw disintegrated before my drink was a quarter done. Not good.

Well several times they got my order wrong, but weeks ago was the worst. They got it wrong, then they fixed but the chicken was undercooked, I asked to fix it again, and meanwhile, my fries were getting cold, and no one offered me another fries. So, in the end i did not enjoy that meal, and I will not take risks again. I don't recommend this location in Encinitas, CA and I will not return there!

The manager woman was very dry and unenthusiastic but I politely told her I just bought this from the drive thru and it's cold. She asked if I wanted something else but I just requested a refund. No Straws, no ketchup, no napkins, not even a restroom open. And it’s not even busy enough to warrant being out of everything. This place sucks :(

Got 2 combos to go. One with coke and the other with rootbeer. Something was wrong with their machines. Both drinks tasted terrible. Ended up throwing the drinks away and buying drinks from a cafe that was in the same building.

The menu sign said that my drink was $2.29. I was charged $3.29. The woman at the window just told me the sign was wrong. Then when I asked for the manager, she told me that she was the manager and so refused to give me a correction. Bad service!!

Maria wendy's #3364; working on Feb 2 2021 poor attitude and service no sauce or salt and pepper as requested. Asked for no mayo on order and still got mayo. Overall dissatisfied with a simple order but the poor attitude topped it off.

I never leave reviews but this Wendy’s has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Cashier had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I walked out calmly without ordering. Not worth my time or money.

They just wont let you come inside in the morning some body in there might think it’s more convenient that way but they make it hard for others also if they won’t let no body in they should put a notice or something, personal opinion they take covid 19 as an excuse to not le people inside and not worry about cleaning etc.. This place is gross!! Toilet paper is left on the ground instead of in the toilet paper dispenser. Stuff all over the floor both in the bathroom and the eating area. The toilet looks like it's never been cleaned. I could have sworn there were living things in that bowl. Employee came out of the bathroom right after flushing so I know they didn't wash their hands. Yuck! Drink machine was moldy!! I threw my food and drink away I was so disgusted by the whole experience.

#3835 I ordered an avocado salad.. it tasted old and dry. With and frostyccino iced that had more water than coffee in it. Tasted nothing like a frosty or coffee. I love wendys and drove by several McDonald's to come to this one and be absolutely disappointed. $11 down the drain.

Horrible burger, fries weren't crispy like I order them and patty of meat is so small you have to get three of them just to equate normal size Burger! I used to enjoy Wendy's now I probably won't go back at least the one in Encinitas!

I've watched this wendys steady decline over the course of two years I've been a customer. The service gets worse regularly and they seem to be understaffed to say the least. Hours are not posted and whenever one of the lobby cashiers takes a break they lock the front door and don't have a sign of when they'll return.

I wish you would update your hours..i drove all the way to Encinitas because your website said your open at 630 am and you have a sign on your building your dinning room opens at 7 am well I've been waiting for an hour for you to open. Just found out you don't open till ten! I don't want to go thru a drive thru. And eat my food in the car please post accurate hours so people don't waste their time driving there!

I was told to go around in line again after the cashier named Maria wouldn't take my order after waiting at the screen for 10 minutes. I moved up in line instead of waiting, due to the line behind me, and the line was moving in front of me too. When I got to the window, I told her I haven't ordered yet. She said "You didn't want to order at the screen?" And I told her "I did, but it was taking very long, so I moved up"(thought it was broken since it took so long). Next, she said "Well I have a long line behind you so...". I then asked her if she wanted me to go around the line again & she said "yeah cause my manager". So, I did exactly that. And the next time I got to the screen, she spoke on the speaker instantly and actually took my order. I spent 30 minutes at this Wendy's. Not coming back to this place.

If I could give them no stars I would. I was picking up an order and when I got there the dining area was closed. I was told to go through the drive thru. They told me it wasn't ready yet to park out front. I sat there and watched 4 cars pull up and leave through the drive thru. I guess ordering ahead orders aren't on their list of orders that matter.

I give reviews rarely. But I decided to bring the family here because In n Out drive through is busy. I have been here 4 separate times since COVID-19 started. Each time I’ve ordered they’ve given my order incorrectly. Now I can’t even return my burgers to be prepared correctly because the door is closed, they ignored my knocking and they won’t answer phone. There is also a line in the drive through now!!! Frustrating customer service each time. I will not come to this location again!! I would rather spend the 30mins waiting at In n Out.

Stopped by a little before 7 AM this morning after a long night of working the graveyard shift. Lights and drive thru are on and the hours say their open but no answer at the drive thru. Drove up to the window and noticed a few people quickly hide out of sight. If ur not ready to open just say that. This is sadly not the first time this has happened. Might be one of the worst Wendy’s in town customer service wise. Definitely won’t bother stopping here again.

It's not about the food, it's about the amount of trash out and around the property coming from Wendy's. Sunday, I couldn't take it anymore and cleaned up the majoriity of the mess but there's still alot to do. Being a good business is taking responsibility of the community your in and this doesn't seem like a big ask. Could you prioriize the regular cleaning of the property around you?

Inaccurate opening hours!!! In the entrance, it says it opens until 11pm on Sunday! I’m an Ubereats driver and I’m picking up orders for others. It is not acceptable to be able to order online and stating different opening hours on google and even at entrance and not providing any services! I understand there might be a time where you don’t accept costumers anymore but that should not be an hour before the closing time and not for ubereats pick up. Pls update your opening hours on google, your entrance and Ubereats. Thank you!

Something is wrong here. Both bathrooms smell like an open sewer. My lady got a chicken sandwich that was so weird and rubbery that she almost threw up her first bite. Fries taste a little off. Haven't tried my burger yet - kinda scared to.

Morning employee of the month strikes, again. This time, instead of greeting customers, he was ignoring us while picking his nose! Fire that guy!

Slowest service we have ever experienced in our lives (34 minutes in dining room line is a little extreme!) Obviously the owner/franchisee is not on-site, because someone needs to be fired. Finally..the sewer odor coming from the bathrooms was so overwhelming that we almost left. Wendy's should revoke their franchise.

The order has only one tomato, two tiny pieces of lettuce as a substitute for a bun, less food (fries), and too much ice in the beverage provided. Overall, the meal was unsatisfying and did not match the price paid and my expectations. It's too pricey for fewer products. As seen in the picture, the bags were closed using the stickers, so it is not the Uber Eats driver’s fault that my orders were unsatisfied to eat. I appreciate the attention to this matter and hope for an improved experience in the future.

I went back to get it changed and Jessica rolled her eyes and kept wanting to talk about a chicken burger. We ordered beef, the receipt said beef, and regardless the customer should be right. Eat at the Jersey Mike's, Taco place or Supermarket at this small shopping centre instead.

Already refunded through delivery service but trying to warn my community and the restaurant. No idea what the plastic goes to but it seems something shattered and ended up in the lettuce or something.

I Ordered Taco salad , there was no meat in it . I called them up and they told me the meat was in a cup .l thought it was really bad watered down chili with no meat I did not eat it. .absolutely terrible , I ordered a lemonade, tasted like water. When I called they said that’s the way we serve it And hung up I’ve been a customer twice a week ,I’m never going back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I asked for Cook to order food they gave us hard ass burgers, fries that taste like they’ve been double dipped and super salty tasting and also got a chili and they put more cheese than anything.

Only had to repeat my order 6x in the drive through where i basically had to yell, frosty was like liquid texture, drive through took 18 mins for garbage.

The burgers paddies are dehydrated, microwaved, garbage. That they overheat. The girl working the drive through has a heavy accent, speaks too softly, and with an attitude. fast food used to be real food, now it's whatever they can get away with, why eat there if its gonna make you feel worse than if you didnt go

What a dump. The place was practically empty, but the dining room was filthy, my tray was sticky, the paper towel machine in the bathroom was busted, the soda machine didn't have any diet soda, my burger was lukewarm and tasteless, and the fries were barely hot (and tasted frozen, which they obviously are). How is this place still in business with an In-N-Out, Chick-fil-a, and Five Guys nearby? Heck, for a buck-fifty more, you can get a combo at Five Guys, with an amazing freshly cooked burger and fresh cut fries perfectly cooked in peanut oil.

How many times can you get a drive thru order wrong??? 3rd time in a row, I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular. Pretty sad. My fault for not checking, but not for me and late at night so too dark to tell. It's comical how bad they are.

Only had to repeat my order 6x in the drive through where i basically had to yell, frosty was like liquid texture, drive through took 18 mins for garbage.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I asked for Cook to order food they gave us hard ass burgers, fries that taste like they’ve been double dipped and super salty tasting and also got a chili and they put more cheese than anything.

The burgers paddies are dehydrated, microwaved, garbage. That they overheat. The girl working the drive through has a heavy accent, speaks too softly, and with an attitude. fast food used to be real food, now it's whatever they can get away with, why eat there if its gonna make you feel worse than if you didnt go

Food was barely ok - burger bun was soggy. Bathroom disgusting smell & no soap or paper towels - I will not return nor would I ever recommend going to this Wendy’s. Are all Wendys’s this mismanaged?

What a dump. The place was practically empty, but the dining room was filthy, my tray was sticky, the paper towel machine in the bathroom was busted, the soda machine didn't have any diet soda, my burger was lukewarm and tasteless, and the fries were barely hot (and tasted frozen, which they obviously are). How is this place still in business with an In-N-Out, Chick-fil-a, and Five Guys nearby? Heck, for a buck-fifty more, you can get a combo at Five Guys, with an amazing freshly cooked burger and fresh cut fries perfectly cooked in peanut oil.

I Ordered Taco salad , there was no meat in it . I called them up and they told me the meat was in a cup .l thought it was really bad watered down chili with no meat I did not eat it. .absolutely terrible , I ordered a lemonade, tasted like water. When I called they said that’s the way we serve it And hung up I’ve been a customer twice a week ,I’m never going back.
