My first time here and let me say it went so GREAT! I didn’t expect the employees to be so nice and knowledgeable about the products, they answered all my questions and gave me really great recommendations!

The young girl working yesterday morning (Sunday) was so kind! I wish I got her name but she was super helpful with explaining the drinks and they were delicious! Will definitely be back. :-)

The service was great. The guy behind the counter was knowledgeable about all of the juices. The only thing is, I was expecting a smoothie but what was labeled a “smoothie” was more of a juice. Still, you could tell their juices and wellness shots were super potent, which is a good thing. I drink a lot of ginger “shots” from other places, and this one was so packed with ginger, it nearly took me out 😂. So 9/10, highly recommend.

The store was well-kept and clean, and they played good music. Jada helped me during my visit and recommended the rewards app to take advantage of some perks and a free wellness shot. She efficiently made my order and was kind and courteous to all patrons. Would recommend!

Customer service was lacking at my visit. I came in to purchase three days’ worth of juice cleanse - I asked the cashier which cleanse they recommend out of each day-long cleanse. She never really answered my question, just tried to talk me out of what I wanted to order and pointed me to a half day cleanse. Told me to make sure I’ve eaten clean three days prior to a cleanse.. I guess I don’t look like I eat clean. I ended up ordering three day cleanses and she labeled each juice for me which I appreciated. She didn’t tell me about any of the juices or which day was which - I had to ask. Kind of hard shoveling over ~$100 (including tip) when an employee doesn’t answer your questions or seem in the mood to do their job. Edit: Reached out to the email as requested in the review response but didn’t hear back from anyone. Just going to assume that customer service here sucks. Won’t be back.

I couldn't tell thru the front of store that store was officially open. The front door was locked.. I almost left if I had not thought to go see if there was some literature at the back of store to when store would be open... when I went in girl was on her phone and it seemed I bothered her for coming in and take her peace away.. she was very serious and not helpful...the store was empty with no customers...they should put a sign in front of store to let people know to enter from the rear.
