As usual the food and service were great. Tried a new entree, Chicken cutlets parmigiana with eggplant and mozzarella. Great sauce and comes with pasta and a salad, again a great meal.

Everything made custom. Was best calzone I've ever had and HUGE. Nothing's frozen and thrown in oven it's all custom to your order. Had tons of original Italian meal options but we were in a hurry. Overall it's authentic and delicious!!❤

This is the second time I have eaten here. First time I had chicken parm.. the sauce was delicious.. the chicken was a little rubbery :(.. tonight we had a chicken bacon ranch pizza for my son.. he said it was the best he has EVER had.. great pizza.. wings were good.. I was SUPER happy and impressed with the cannoli.. it was not the nasty chocolate chip filling.. It was the traditional ricotta that I was raised on.. it was a piece of my childhood memories rolled in awesomeness.. the tiramisu was delicious as well!!! I am SO impressed and REALLY hope they do well because I do not want them going anywhere 💕

First time at this restaurant. Excellent food and service. We had salad, soup, pizza, meatball parmesan and chicken alfredo. We were surprised at how great the service was with so many people eating. Very nice restaurant.

Really good food. Cozy atmosphere. I had the linguine fra diavolo. It was fantastic. Loaded with clams, mussels, calamari, and shrimp. Everyone's food was great. We will definitely be returning.

Gotten take out four or five times from there and along on the short of it is it's un-effen-believable how good it was. Other than maybe Nicks it's probably the new king of Italian cuisine in Endicott since the place down the streets Fall from Grace... The chicky parm was next level. The pizza is very good but Not there sstrongestpoint but that's mostly because the other stuff so good.. also because we spoiled having so many decent pizza places around.. lastly although I've only had take out there it's obvious that it is more of a dine-in place.

We had the lasagna & spaghetti with meatballs. The service was great & the food was perfectly executed. We have had many of their menu options & never had a bad meal.

Dined here for lunch today with visitors from Germany and am so glad we chose Ristorante Dell'Arco! Although we were told it would be a 20 minute wait for a table for 4, within 2 minutes they figured out a way to accommodate us. The menu was very extensive, offering something for everyone, at very reasonable prices. A relaxing lunch with superb food and attentive service, we will definitely add this to our short list of preferred dining establishments.

As a Binghamton native of over 40 years we have been graced with a lot of amazing Italian restaurants. Dell'Arco has some of the best Italian food I've had in ages. I don't usually get Penne alla Vodka because I thought Lost Dog had the best sauce in the area, but I'm glad I tried it here. Hands down the best Penne alla Vodka in the area! On top of great service and wonderful atmosphere! 5 stars all around!

One of my favorite restaurants!! The food is always amazing and the service is so friendly! Absolutely love their pizza and red sauce!

The establishment has a warm vibe, but its the people that make it shine. Me and the Mrs go here for many different food moods. The pasta, pizza, garlic knots, calamari are all excellent. The food is great and the staff are very friendly people. We are very picky when it comes to Italian food. We've been to over a dozen local spots and this is the one we choose. So happy they opened in our neck of the woods. Thank you for the friendly welcome everytime we walk in and for great food.

Cute local restaurant with incredibly friendly staff and Italian cuisine including an outstanding fried mozzerella appetizer. Wide selection of meals is offered, and I highly recommend their veal parmigiana. Wait staff made my party feel valued and provided speedy service despite the fact that it was a super busy day for the restaurant (Valentine's Day evening). Overall, great value for incredible food and a full bar on-site and I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious, but this review is about the staff. We experienced a small medical emergency as our meal was wrapping up, and the team at Dell’Arco were absolutely incredible. The assistance they gave my family during a difficult and scary situation was beyond incredible. Thank you guys so, so much for everything you did!!!

Excellent food and service! We throughly enjoy each and everything that this restaurant has to offer! Love the calamari appetizer and the bread is the best! Antoinette, our server, is superb and does her job very well! We cannot wait to go back!

Had lunch ordered for large group of coworkers to support this local homegrown, homemade and locally owned business. Everyone was very satisfied and well fed. Portions are generous for the price, meat and pasta feel super fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant

We tried the pizza for the first time today and it was great . Nice fresh dough thin crust plenty of toppings and generous amount of cheese . The stand out thing is the quality of the cheese most places buy cheap stuff . Also had a good sauce and not too much it was perfect.

I came to Dell’Arco for the first time the other day. Let me tell you it is a small charm in this town. I ordered the chicken Marsala and it was exquisite. The service was amazing, and I instantly felt a home vibe when I walked in the door. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone. Will be coming back.

We had to wait an hour for a table, but that's just because it is a popular place and because after covid, like most restaurants, they are short staffed. So, say out on the nice balcony under the real grape vines with a glass of wine and chatted. Nice. Most excellent appetizer, salad, and entrees. Loved it. Overworked staff apologetic and friendly. Can't wait to go again.

Garlic knots are out of this world! Delicious Italian meal. Reasonably priced for the amount of food you get (good sized portions). Compares (just as good, if not better) to other Italian restaurants in the area. My only complaint is the font on the menus is a bad choice and not very easy to read.

C
Celene C

We had a great Mother’s Day dinner tonight, my dad had the gnocchi, which he must have loved because he ate every last bite, my mom had manicotti, she said was very good, and I had the Pollo bruschetta Gorgonzola, and it was awesome! I haven’t had anything that tasted that good in a very long time. There was about a 30 minute wait because of half the tables being closed off due to covid, but it was worth the wait, and our waitress was great, very attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

K
Kevin Mortenson

Great Italian dishes with a more authentic touch than other established places. My visit was during their very first days open so I expected to be overwhelmed by small issues and cooks who were working out the kinks. Happily I was wrong. The food was great and the staff cheery even though it was much busier than expected. We'll be back.

While the place is small and can be hard to get a seat, if you can it is absolutely worth it. As far as chicken parm goes, this is the best I’ve had in the area. Don’t remember if they offered house made pasta, but if they did it would top it all off.

Quaint Italian Restaurant with friendly staff. Food made to order fresh. Relaxing atmosphere. Not a fast food place but food is worth the wait! Love their fresh baked bread. Menu has plenty of options.

Went here for the first time, and I am wondering why I haven't been here before this. The food was very good. Super tasty, served hot, and very appealing. The waitstaff was very attentive and busy. Small and quaint, a gem I'm glad to find.

Wow. What a hidden gem in Endicott. I am mad at myself for not checking this place out sooner. Small, quaint dining room and a beautiful bar. The service was top notch and the food was even better. I had the 12oz ribeye which was juicy and cooked to perfection. My lady had the gorgonzola bruschetta chicken and our friends had chicken parm. We all shared a little of everything and it was all so delicious. I wish I took pictures but I'll for sure be back much more frequently! Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!!

We went with friends who raved about the food and they were right! Excellent service, great gluten free options. We all had different items from the menu and they were all impeccably prepared! Cute bar and reasonable prices! Endwell resident who will spread the word!

The entrees are pretty standard but the BREAD!! The bread is to DIE FOR! Seriously if you haven't tried the bread, then you're really missing out! I dream about this bread!!! They give it to you while you wait for your meal; you don't need to order it. It has a crispy crust and the inside is chewy and doughy in the best way. I can't describe it well but it's sooo good!! It comes with spreadable butter and also a plate of olive oil and balsamic for dipping.

Probably the best meal we have had yet. Calamari was golden brown, hot, tender, delicious! Eggplant was awesome and I do not like eggplant lol. Pasta was cooked perfect, sauce the best in town. Noah our server took care of us! Great Job all around. A must go for great Italian Fare!

S

Tiny little tucked away Italian place in Endwell. Quality food all around. The bread is some of my favorite in the area. The sauce is on point. The calamari is also among my favorite in the area. The bacon wrapped scallops made for a nice special dish. I had the manicotti for dinner tonight, and it didn't make it to the pictures because it looked and smelled so good. A couple minor downsides are this place has limited seating and can get a bit cramped. Parking is on a hill so you'll wanna drop off anyone with ambulatory issues. Lastly, there is always some old guy smoking out front. I'm assuming he is the owner or something. The smell of the cigarettes tend to make it into the resteraunt and puts a sour note on the meal for me.

Nice Italian restaurant love the sausage they put on their pizza it's thin sliced instead of crumbles. They also have the best Alfredo in the area. Nice and rich and thick and creamy.

This has, over the course of three visits, become one of our family's favorites. Their food is extraordinary, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. This isn't a large hall; it's a relatively small and quaint setting with a handful of tables. It's almost like someone's living room (though it's a professional restaurant setting, of course). The staff are always incredibly friendly, and the meals are to die for. The rigatoni Bolognese is out of this world!

This place does not disappoint! We went on a Thursday evening and we were the only people in the restaurant. It isn't too big inside; there's maybe 10 tables. But it's nicely decorated, the staff are super friendly, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out. The veal parmigiana was amazing. And the sauce they use is soo good. It was our first visit but we will for sure be going back.

Dell'Arco was very nice. The atmosphere was very cozy. The food was excellent. I had veal parm and the portions were very big. The bread was fantastic it was soft and tasted great. I also had calamari for an appetizer, and I think it was the best I've had in the area so far! The drinks were good. I had an old-fashioned and my girlfriend had wine. The waitress was great and very accommodating! If you are looking for good Italian food, this would be a great choice. It does have a smaller dining area, so I would suggest getting there early as it does seem to fill up quickly!

Portion was huge and tasty. Only flaw i would say is the bread dip would be much better with an oil and herb rather than oil and balsamic. The balsamic was overpowering. Other than that beautiful building and good food.

Unexpected jewel - with lines out the door of all our usual Friday night haunts we decided to give this place a try and were NOT disappointed. Friendly service, delicious food and reasonable prices. We will definitely be adding Dell' Arco to our date night list 👍

Amazing fried calamari! Very small place and a lot of tables so it can get very loud. Only two servers and the kitchen was slow, but the food was worth it!

J

A basic Italian restaurant. Very blasé. Boring and simple. Staff not overly concerned. Prices are a bit high for amount of food. Nothing special here. Olive Garden is less expensive and better. Sad but true. 4 people cost $110. 3 of 4 had water to drink.

E
Emmy Y

Overall, fairly good service, good food, and a friendly/attentive staff. A little on the expensive side, though. The restaurant itself looks great, but they should invest in better graphic design/signs to match with the quality of the rest of their store. Paper menus stapled together and the plain sign gave off a very different vibe, driving by I never would have expected something that nice.

I so enjoyed my dinner. The service and food were great and enjoyed my time there. When I got the bill and was told that using my credit card was going to cost me 4%, it appalled me. I’m aware by experience that that high of a charge on top of the bill was over the top. There are better options. If the management really thinks that’s realistic, they are absolutely wrong. First of all, it’s a cost of doing business which factors into running a business and should not be factored visibly into the check presented to the guest. Secondly, there are a lot of companies that charge less so shame on management for not shopping around for a better deal. Third: I’ve always thought that passing that on is an insult. We as your customers should not be responsible for your costs of doing business and listed on the check. All being said, I would probably return but hope that the business would reconsider the credit card charge. I will be prepared should you continue the same practice and decide to return.

It was a small Italian restaurant we stopped by on the way back from Watkins Glen. The atmosphere was lovely, the server was friendly, and most of all, the food was delicious. If you’re traveling through Upstate New York, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal if you get the chance.

We ordered two calzones for takeout from here! Both were ordered with double pepperoni and I think that there might have been 6 pieces in each unfortunately. The flavor was good and the crust(dough) was cooked perfectly. The sauce on the side was a good temperature and paired well with the calzone. These would have been much better with actual double pepperoni. When I called they said 30 minutes which ended up being 45, not a big deal as I’ve been told that they are typically on the slower side. Staff were decent but maybe they didn’t want to be there that day. If order again in hopes of getting the right amount of what we ask and pay for! Restaurant was clean and parking is adequate. The environment is a pretty standard local Italian food restaurant.

First time here, good experience. It is a small place, and the service is intentionally slow so that you have time to socialize. We got there early at 430, and by 530 there was a line. Our waitress was great. The food was all delicious.

David Gow

They started us with warm bread and a oil vinegar dip that was good. We both got salads and they were fresh and dressings were tasty. I got the Veal Marsala with a side of meatballs. Veal Marsala was very good. Meatballs came out cold. Waitress took back meatballs and came back 5 minutes later with fresh hot meatballs and they were good. My wife had the lasagna. She said it was one of the better lasagna she has had from a restaurant. Place was clean. Hostess/waitress was overwhelmed with the amount of customers but worked through it.

Arriving at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, we were 1 of 2 tables in the small upstairs seating area. We ordered the tiger shrimp and bacon appetizer. It was seasoned nicely and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. The soup of the day was also tasty acoording to my husband. He ordered the lamb chop special which he was pleased with seasoning and temperature. I got eggplant parm with linguini and meatballs. The side salad that came with it was fresh and had a homemade flavor creamy italian dressing. The red sauce was just right. Not too sweet, not too acidic. The meatballs were seasoned well. We were served by 4 different ladies. All were friendly the last three being more efficient than our greeter/hostess/server, who just seemed somewhat awkward and unprepared. All in all a good experience and we would return.

Our first experience at this new local establishment was great! The food and bread was all very flavorful and delicious. Small issue to make it 5 star: you should be able to substitute a cup of soup in place of a salad. Not all of us are healthy eaters LOL. You can substitute for a bowl of soup but there is an up charge that is larger then most local establishments. My wife and I also felt the flatware could have been a little bit better but that’s pretty minor. Edit: Arancini was super delicious and very reasonably priced. So that’s another win!

Ok so.... Place is all brand new and clean. SO thumbs up there... Onto dinner...Ordered the Veal Piccata. Don't Bother. I never in my life knew it was possible to make veal tough but this person found a way. un-cutable . Well they did only give me a butter knife to cut with. The piccata portion needed salt..Very Very Bland. Friend ordered the gnocchi. Red sauce was way to sweet. Now some people like that but Im speaking for just myself. Portions were ok. Waitress was kinda clueless but I think she was new to waiting tables. So not a horrible meal but for you locals that read the news this was NOT worth the 20 year wait. Better places than this for sure for the prices you pay .Desserts were not homemade. That was confirmed by the waitress. Again, paying those prices you can do better.

S
Sheila Alapeck

Service is. So so. The waitress, not our waitress, stood in the dining room adjusting her make up and putting on perfume. This should NOT be done in front of patrons. Lights should be dimmed for evening dining. Food was okay...a bit pricey for what you get. This was my second try not sure they're will be a third.

A
ASM P

Stopped in around 800p for takeout. I was only patron in at that time. Ordered a wine while waited. First when order an entree for takeout- doesn't include Salad nor Bread. I ordered side salad at additional cost - specified twice - No Onions...get home..the salad is loaded with onions. Thought food was good, would give it one more try as dining in, but as for them being slow and not following my order... Little hesitant, and salad n bread should come with meal no matter if dine in or out - as it specifys on menu. Monies money!!

v
vickie clark

I went there for supper & had chicken piccata. Overcooked & tough to cut. Came with one side & got fresh veggies which were delicious. Meal came with bread but no salad. Menu is a little hard to navigate. Pricey for what was offered. Overall they need to improve service.

L
Laine Laine

The food was amazing!! However, it took over an hour to get our entrees & we didn’t get our salads until after our entrees came out. If you have time to wait a while, the food won’t disappoint!

D
Dave Novobilski

Normally great authentic itialian cuisine. This time my traditional spaghetti and meatballs did not meet my expectations. The sauce had a great deal of water from the pasta in the bottom of the bowl, and the meatballs were purchased spongey spheres. My wife had the chicken bruschetta, which she said was good. Service was slow with only 2 wait staff on.

J
Joe M

Meh. Just meh. Red sauce was good. Tripe was good. Everything else was acceptable, somethings worse. Scallop special was a little boring and hammered, chicken bruschetta was dry as a desert. Shrimp scampi was inedible with the amount of acid. When we told the server it was inedible she told us she couldn't do anything because the person who got the dish ate 2/5 shrimp on the plate. She obviously came into the restaurant to eat a couple of shrimp and try to get it for free. Really disappointing.

R
Randolph Winthorpe

Eaten there twice. Both times my wife's dinner was warm. Not hot, not between warm and hot, but just above room temperature. Salad comes from a bag. Dressing is from Walmart and served in a plastic "to go" container. Having the large woman assembling pizza boxes at the table next to us does not add to the ambiance. I realize this guy took 20 years to build this place and I applaud him for it. Now hire some talent and kick it up a notch to make it a destination and a staple of the area. Otherwise, it's going to be vacant in a couple years.

I came to try this new place out on Friday night. When we walked in, we were pleased with the atmosphere. We were seated immediately. Once looking over the menu i decided i wanted to try the Hawaiian pizza and my boyfriend wanted the steak sandwich. We were assured by our waitress that our food would be out shortly. Then we were told they were out of pineapple. So I ordered a cheese pizza and the waiting process restarted. We were delivered our cheese pizza and steak sandwich and began eating when SPLAT!! There goes our pizza and the stand right on the floor.. slid right off the glass tabletop and by the way, watch out for the booth in the back on the left, the table wobbles! Awesome experience to have the whole restaurant stop eating and stare at you. The waitress hurried over to clean it up and assure us another pizza was on the way. 3rd time waiting for a pizza. As for the owner, he WAS there and did not say a word to us.. not about the lack of items to make a pizza on their menu, not about the splat pizza and sure not about himself sitting right outside the door smoking a cigarette as we exited with our now to go pizza. The least he could have done is apologize or offer a discount. To be fair the pizza was delicious!

Marisa-Ann Blodgett

Ordered delivery through door dash because we wanted to have a family movie night in. We typically don't have an issue ordering in BUT when my 5 year old daughter who LOVES all noodles wouldn't eat what was supposed to be fettuccine Alfredo because it was "just butter" and maybe a little Parm on there you can tell they didn't care. I am sure because it was take out. Her fettuccine noodles had huge chunks that were stuck together and it literally looked like butter and noodles. No sauce at all. (Don't tell me that it broke or whatever on the way here because that's BS and we don't live that far.)Super sad about it because we have never had an issue like this before. Will not be ordering from there again.

Upon arrival on a Friday evening @6:30 we were told that it was a ten minute wait. No problem. But he could have said to check out the bar (around the corner out of sight}. We spent a few minutes reviewing the menus posted on the wall in the hallway when I wandered into the dining area and discovered the bar empty! Okay, we ordered drinks that were made and served quickly by a friendly tender. Good start! Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. We were seated in a good amount of time as promised in a nice booth in the corner. The waitress was prompt and friendly. She was knowledgeable and answered the wife's gluton free questions with confidence. We had already settled on what we wanted so the appetizer special was ordered and she ordered the chicken salitimbocca and I the stuffed sole. I thought it odd that the salads were served before the appetizer, but ok, no big deal as long as it arrived before and not after the entrees. After waiting what seemed like a very long time, and at a time when our waitress was checking with us (she was very attentive and apologetic) I asked if they had to kill the chicken for the wife's meal or catch the fish for mine? She apologized profusely and promised the appetizer was forthcoming. We overheard that the threesome in the booth next to us had two of the three served but that the thirds meal "was coming soon." When it was finally delivered they asked for a discount which was denied. During all of this (two hours start to finish) we observed MANY call out orders coming out of the kitchen to the bar for pick up. Our appetizer finally arrived, was hot and was very tasty. No complaint about the food or flavor. But again, another VERY long wait, and more apologies from our waitress. I actually felt bad for her! She was covered in flour from helping out in the kitchen evidently. She delivered the entrees eventually, and again, the food was well prepared, hot and flavorful. I did ask that my drink be "on the house" as compensation for waiting so long for our meal to which she responded that she had already gotten that approval. Would she have offered if I hadn't asked? I still left her a nice tip because she worked for it. Unfortunately, I think that management gives priority to call out orders instead of those of us who took the time to drive over and stop in. For that reason we will NOT be back. Pricing was fair and reasonable, our waitress was awesome (Asst Mgr Mara) but they really need to get their kitchen in order.

We came here for dinner around 6:30 PM. The place wasn't too busy, but we noticed that they are preparing a lot of take-out orders. It's a very small place with maybe 20 tables. We ordered wine, and that came within about 5 minutes. We also ordered an appetizer, thank goodness, because we had to wait an hour and a half for our dinner. The food was very good, but we waited too long. It seemed that they cared more about the take outs rather than the people inside that are waiting for food. I wouldn't come here again.

The quality control is lacking. They were busy and brought us bread right out of the oven. It wasnt done. Layers between part of the lasagna were empty. The alfredo sauce was separating. Some portions seem small. Of it was slow, I bet it would probably be good.

Worst lasagna I ever had, sauce was too sweet!! $8for a tiny glass of wine! No thanks never again!

I had ordered the margherita pizza. I was told 30 minutes which was fine. I always arrive a little early because I like hot pizza. When i arrived in 25 minutes I walk up to the front and I see and smell smoke. There was two gentleman sitting outside smoking. Based on what they were wearing and no plates on the table. I believe they were workers on a break. Plus it was about 50 degrees . Nobody would eat outside in that cold. Isn't there a NYS law must be at least 15 or more feet from an entrance? I opened the door to go inside. And the small lobby also smelled like smoke. I paid for my pizza. Walked through the two workers smoking and drove to my house less than 5 minutes away. When i picked up a slice of pizza i realized it was not hot. it was room temp or colder. I shouldn't have to turn my oven on to heat up pizza i just ordered. I'm sure the place has great food based on the reviews. But I won't be coming back.

This should be taken as constructive criticism. I ordered the linguini and clams in white sauce tonight (so you know the kitchen staff working tonight). What I got was dissapointing to say the least. There was maybe more than an entire bulb of garlic where each clove was only cut in half - so about 20-30 huge chunks of garlic, I should have taken a photo I've never seen anything like it. Not even the brown root part of the garlic clove was removed... that's just lazy. The dish did not taste garlicky even with an entire bulb because the garlic was raw. The white sauce was pure butter, I don't think even a splash of white wine. The dish came with a good amount of chopped clams that were dumped on top from a can, not even mixed in and the chopped clams I could hardly chew through. I understand how this was prepared - precooked pasta heated up with butter and raw garlic thrown in and topped with a can of chopped clams. This dish could be so much better! Make an actual white sauce with shallots and wine and chopped anchovies or anything would have made this dish better! I would have been embarrassed to serve this in my home let alone to a paying customer. Please let the chef know - you should take pride in the food you prepare. I would have gladly waited longer for you to take your time and prepare a proper linguini and clams. I don't think we will be returning unfortunately.

Veal parmigiana, veal way to thin breading falling off. Lasagna was Togo and when I got it home the container was full of sauce and with about two bites of lasagna. I did not eat it, just tossed it in the trash. Will not go back!

Ordered chicken piccata, however the sauce I received did not resemble piccata sauce and the chicken was rubber which I was unable to cut with a steak knife. Waitresses were very nice but the food was not great.

Terrible experience, waited over an hour for bruschetta, this is the 3rd time in a row we have waited over an hour for our entrees. We will be taking our business elsewhere, food is good, service stinks, dining room is too small overcrowded and acoustics are terrible. Other than that check it out if you want to spend over $100 to sit in a tiny loud crowded dining room and wait an hour for your food.

The servers here are extremely rude and unwelcoming. We received dirty looks from a red haired one because we became frustrated after watching them give away our 4 person table to two people. She basically threw our utensils at us once we were finally seated and slammed our plates on the table in front of us with her lips pursed. Just because we are in our 20s does not make us unimportant customers. Would not recommend and would give zero stars if it was at all possible. I felt as if I was being bullied the entire time I was here and couldn’t wait to leave.

I really wanted to write a great review but my experience was lack luster. I went with three friends, the only one that had a good meal commented that the salmon was alright. I started with the Italian wedding soup, it had zero flavor. The meatballs, the broth, there were no distinguishing flavors between the two. The salad was fresh and crisp and the bread was fresh and warm the best part of my meal. I ordered the Chicken saltimbocca, it was fair. The plate was swimming in a thin marsala sauce, running over the sides. The pancetta was thick and tough. The waitress was nice enough, but didn't come back to check on drinks. We ordered dessert, tiramisu and chocolate cake, they were both good. I tried my friends Bolognese it was tasteless.

Food was not warm when delivered. Spaghetti & meatballs & sauce....all cool in temperature. Meatballs did not taste like meat, but a soft chewy 'gumball'. Sauce had zero taste Sorry but I have eaten many places, even in Italy. This spaghetti & meatballs were the worst I ever had. Also, the dish came out with cheese on the sauce. I can 'not' eat cheese. Waitress never offered to take dish back and have another made up. However, the dish was not flavorful anyhow. I told the waitress this also. I do not like to leave such a message. However, if my $18 gets refunded, I will remove this review. I do know I will never return to dine there.

Very disappointed with the meals we have gotten for taken out multiple times in a row. Ordered gnocchis and was so over cooked they were the consistency of mashed potatoes. We tried it again a few weeks later and mentioned what happened last time, and was assured they would check and make sure it was not over cooked. Got home- which is 20 minutes away, and they were a complete disgusting mush again. The sauce was watery and tasteless as well. When I called they only said they couldn’t help me with anything unless I drive another 40 minutes to bring it back to show them. No apologies for the situation, was actually dismissed and was given to a different employee. Spending $30+ on each entree, you think it would be edible. We used to love getting food from here but between the change in quality and poor customer service I’m not sure if we will be spending our money here.

I ordered lasagna and bruschetta for my husband tonight and it was very disappointing. The lasagna was soggy and the sauce was watery. The bruschetta baguettes were small compared to what they served before. They offered to refund our money if we took the food back. However, he had already eaten some of it. Definitely not worth the $25.82 we paid. We have eaten/ordered from there before and it was good. Not sure what happened tonight!! They lost our business!!

I created this account to write this review. Went here for dinner and service was super good. Food on the other hand was terrible. We got fried mozzarella and it was completely cold in the Center like the cheese was still hard. The chicken parm was burnt and also undercooked which was impressive. The sauce was watered down I guess so they could get a couple more Days out of it. We ordered a cocktail and I think my nanas morning tea has more alcohol in it. They charged us 6.95 to share a plate between me and my wife. The bottled sparkling Water was the highlight of our meal I swear to God. But again the service was wondeful and the waitress was super attentive. But if your think ing about it I’d skip this restaurant, you’d get more authentic italian food at Dominós.

Not very busy. Waited 2 hours with a toddler. All basic pasta dishes except a veal dish and ff and chicken for Toddler. They brought out all adult dishes, and the Toddlers was almost 5 minutes later piping hot. The side dish of Alfredo had a hair in it. The waitress took it and came back to the table and said I went thru the dish and there was no hair. There was clearly a hair. Never would go back to eat in.

Decided to give it another go and I'm sorry I did. Ordered a couple pizza's today. They definitely need some help in the Pizza department. Pizza's were way over cooked and I've tried in the past for some kind of compensation with nothing but an argument. So when I say to avoid this place just do it for sure when it comes to Pizza. I've never been impressed over the 3 times I've ordered from here. The mushroom ravioli with alfredo sauce was good.
