The young man that helped me out charged me as a cash transaction and not a card transaction. Thankfully I had cash with me. Anyways after they gave me my order, I asked for extra pickles and he told to park ahead and to wait a few minutes. I waited for ten minutes and NOTHING!! They never came out nor apologized for their mistake. I just left without complaining or saying anything. I’m not like those people that make a scene. I’m glad I’m never going back to this location since I was in the area visiting and on vacation.

Wasn't offered a receipt could have overlooked that part but the service and food was horrible. Service: walking up with cleaning supplies in your hand never sitting it down. Waiting on me. Rushed me with my order. Food: I have had bad service before and the food was good. This time both was horrific. The hash brown was ice cold, sausage biscuit was well the biscuit was warmer than the sausage. Didn't give me the right food at first. Had to ask for my iced tea. At a little after 5 in the morning this should have been a better experience. I promise I will not be eating at McDonald's again. There are to many places that are giving better service and food. Prices makes no difference. I know nothing will be done at this location

After placing a simple order we were asked to pull through to the third window only to be skipped or forgotten. I had to go inside and still was ignored by staff. Fifteen minutes later I got a Mcgriddle sandwich. Nobody has time for that.

Mediocre quality food my burgers look like they were punched, the staff are emotionless and cold like robots, and charging extra for sauce is ridiculous. Don't stop here unless you're desperate, the only thing this place has going for it is the atmosphere because it's new.

The service was fast and good for this location but their grilled chicken sandwhich was AWFUL! The chicken wasnt edible at all. It was completely rubbery, I had to throw it away and we were on the move so I couldn't get a replacement or refund. It was hot and the bun seemed fresh but the chicken had been sitting way too long. Terrible service by Manager. We placed an order and waited for over 45 minutes for 4 simple items. There were several other people waiting for insane times who were also not getting answers from staff on when their order would be ready. Finally the manager came and told us if we want a refund to go through bank/ call MCD with no remorse and did not try to start our order to make it up. I will not be returning due to the poor time management and unhelpful leadership.

Legitimately the worst managed McDonalds I’ve been to in my life. We waited 45 minutes for our food after placing a mobile order. We asked the staff multiple times where our food was and we were told they were working on it. The front line staff mentioned it to the manager multiple times but she didn’t do anything about it. Finally, I had enough of waiting and asked for a refund. The manager simply said she couldn’t do anything because it was a mobile order and didn’t offer any apologies for the absurd wait or try to expedite the order. This location is trying to make their drive through times look good and completely neglect anyone who steps foot inside. Multiple other guests were waiting upwards of 45 mins for their order. We went to DQ down the road and got our food in 5 minutes.

Waited 15 min for an egg and cheese McMuffin. They just park you and forget about you. 1 egg and cheese McMuffin waited for 15 min, ridiculous! SMH!! The manager even came out and gave the food to the car next to me, didn’t even bother to ask what else did I need or nothing! Bad bad service. There’s was a manager inside skinny lady with short hair, blue sweater, she asked if I have been helped and I told her my situation and kept walking and ignored me. Last time coming to this McDonald that’s for sure.

Today, September 7th 2025 @ around 6pm my husband, grandkids, daughter, and son in law went there and there was a hispanic woman mopping the floor and scrubbing it down with a broom and mop for over an hour. She kept telling a young black guy (employee) to NOT step wherever she had mopped. She would tell him with a MEAN voice. I guess she thought she was mopping her home instead of a McDonald’s establishment. Also, by the time we had to leave my daughter who is about 8.5 months pregnant needed to use the bathroom and that lady did NOT a let her get by to use the restroom. She directed my daughter to use the restroom in the playroom. I got very ANNOYED and angry then. Because she saw my daughter’s HUGE belly and didn’t let her through. So as of today I am not going back ever again. The managers/supervisors SHOULD teach them about good customer service.

This is the third time in a row my breakfast order has been wrong. It’s frustrating that the team can’t seem to get a single order correct. Please quality check the items before bagging them—especially the made-to-order items. Also, a word of advice to others: don’t move forward when asked at the drive-thru. Every time I’ve done that, my order has come out wrong. The team should be efficient enough to serve customers accurately at the window. Do better.

Food tastes alright. Service here would be a lot nicer if they weren’t so stingy with the fries or if the workers actually looked happy or like they want to work. Shouldn’t be paying for a large fry and still getting the same as what a small or medium could have got me. Happens on several occasions and not just with the large fries..
