Loved the service. Rhonda was so nice and attentive. Will be coming back soon over and over! My kids served themselves twice and they are picky eaters. So the food is great!
The food is geniune and hot when you pick it up, and the taste is to die for. I am a diabetic with heart issues and salt is a no-no for me, and you can barely taste the salt in the food. I have been a fan of pizza hut since it came in existance.

I felt safe, which is important. This was the first meal I had eaten from a restaurant since March 2019. I loved the seal on the containers - just the visual affect of it was comforting. The food was fresh and delicious. I look forward to ordering again soon.

Been coming here for decades. The food is always hot and delicious. It doesn't matter if I dine in or have it delivered. I've always preferred Pizza Hut over any other pizza chains.
Very rude waited 20 min before someone finally came out and told me and my husband they were not serving inside . Now if someone would have waited on us when we first came in We would have ordered 2. Pizzas Togo. But instead I'm at DQ its better anyway.
Every time I have gotten a pizza from here it was always fresh and hot. Cinnamon sticks needs work however I do love the pizza.

Did carry out and as I walked in a young man was very kind and actually smiling for a late 8pm supper. Restaurant was empty, but figured it was a Sunday. Regardless it was clean as I walked in. The pizza got home and it was still hot and ready to eat. Loved that they actually put that extra cheese I ordered. Will definitely be back.

I recently was able to try Pizza Huts newest menu item. I chose the Meat Lover's Pizza Melt. When I tell you it was delicious, it was packed with flavor. The crust is seasoned with Parmesan cheese and Oregano and the inside had melted Meat and Cheese. The pizza sauce was served on the side which I love. That way I can choose how much sauce I want for every bite. This is perfect for lunch and dinner. Definitely a must try, you will not be disappointed. They also Buffalo chicken, chicken bacon parmesan and pepperoni Lover's.
Food is always good, but sometimes I order ahead, show up 10 minutes after pick up time and I still have to wait 5-10 minutes.
Great service and good pizza! It’s not the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had, but this is a national quick-service chain, it’s really good and it’s fast! The Ennis Pizza Hut is definitely worth ordering from and the staff is courteous and more than accommodating! Solid 4 stars.
Please make sure the order is correct before putting the pizza in the box. My order called for 3 topping on each large pizza. And I only received 2 toppings on each pizza
Great pizza hut!! Only issue with location is pick up window wait time. Those placing orders should be asked to circle around to end of line so those picking up on line orders can get there orders quickly.

Well they are made with nothing on them. Not really what I call extra cheese. The Pizza Hut in Gun Barrel city, Texas 75156 has a great pizza I order with the same toppings and it is so much better....it actually has topping and extra cheese.
The pizza I ordered was a totally different pizza. ...I looked at my receipt to make sure I ordered correctly online. I did but received the wrong one. I ordered pineapple with ham. I received jalapenos banana peppers and sausage. This pizza was for little kids.
Ordered some for carryout. Was told dat it would take 10". Went to pick it up, & was told that nothing had been ordered for the phone # & name that was given to them. They took my order & made what I ordered again while I waited. Even tho I was the only one there, it still took another 15" to make. Food was good but service was slow.
Saturday night I ordered a large pan cheese. After waiting over a hour and a half I received the wrong pizza. I called and the person on the phone said I was getting a credit and they would get the correct pizza out that night. Two hours later I called again, this time they told me the driver was leaving right then with my replacement pizza. Never got anything. no pizza no credit.
Buffet was late and started about 30 min after it should. We arrived and had to wait for them to set out food. Pizza was pretty good however there were not many people and selection on the buffet was lacking somewhat. Service was good and we were well taken care of while we ate.
The pizza was edible but sadly lacking in toppings. Guess I should have sprung for the extra topping. The crust lacked flavor and their pan pizza wasn't very thick or pan-like. We ate it, but there were no yum sounds made at all. I can say the cheese was alright. I was glad I used a coupon. It was better than frozen $1.00 pizza I've bought for snacks.
The pizza was great! However, we order appetizers & got it with the meal even though we specifically asked to get it BEFORE the pizza. That has happened several times. I finally was asked if I wanted a refill right before we were leaving. The Ennis Pizza Hut is ALWAYS busy with the delivery & takeout orders. It does make it harder for them to serve those who choose to dine in.
If I graded on food taste alone this review would be a five *5* star but service is a part of every review and poor service cost this location a TWO star deduction. Once or twice per week I order a personal size pizza, to be DELIVERED.. There is never napkins or condiments included in the delivery. But if the pizza is picked up I have access to napkins and condiments. It’s irritating enough to bump down the rating.
I ordered 3 pizzas and there was hardly any sauce on any of the pizzas. Ordering from this Pizza Hut is hit or miss. You never know what you are going to get. There is absolutely no consistency.
Ordered carry out. 3 topping pizza barely any toppings, cheese bread I didn't even know was cheese bread til my wife told me. It was dry and hardly any cheese
I order from this Pizza Hut pretty frequently, and they're usually pretty competent at getting my order correct and on time, until last weekend. I ordered around 8, arrived around 8:30 (when it said it would be ready), and waited till *9:45* for my order. And on top of that, when I got home BOTH pizzas I ordered were totally wrong. Obviously I cut my losses and just ate the pizza, but I don't know if I'll be ordering again any time soon.
We usually enjoy our Pizza Hut experience, but this past Saturday that was not the case. I had went to puck up my order and was told to pull up and that I would be out in about 3-5 minutes. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes only to get a lukewarm dinner. This will be the last time for a while that I order from Pizza Hut.
My past three trips to pizza hut in Ennis have not been successful. My orders have been wrong all three times. Before today I would order them online and still get the wrong pizza. Today, Sunday, August 6, 2023, around noon I decided to call the store and order my pizza. I thought maybe over the phone they would get it right. I was wrong. I ordered a super supreme pizza Minus the mariner sauce but creamy garlic parmesan sauce instead. No bell peppers but add tomatoes. No Italian sausage but add chicken.. Bell peppers and caraway seeds in Italian sausage give me an upset stomach. What did I get? Bell peppers on my pizza and an upset stomach. I picked of the peppers but the juices on the peppers still affects my stomach..
This place seriously needs to work their pickup window better and have cars who's order isn't ready to pull around again. Ordered online, got their a few minutes early for pickup and still waited 30 minutes to pickup pizza. Mine was ready, got confirmation, but was stuck in drive thru because they would let every vehicle that pulled up to window wait till their was ready before letting anyone else pull up. Make people drive back around if their order isn't ready. Line will continuously be moving and everyone will get fresh pizza.
Usually this is our go-to pizza location. However after our most recent experience, we may just change. Ordered pizza for delivery straight from the website. 30 min after it was supposed to be delivered, we checked the status just to find it was still at the store and was changed to a door dash pickup for delivery. An hour later and we still don’t have our pizzas. Tried to call the store multiple times using and each time the call was picked up only to be hung up on right away. Automated system also hangs up without giving an option to speak to someone when calling from the associated account number. Horrible!
The wings were good but it took every bit of 15 to 20 minutes before I got my food and that was after my friend had to go up there and ask where our food was. We were like the only people dining in. Our server never came to check on us either.
Disclaimer, I love pizza hut like a lot but this has gotten out of hand seriously. I order through the app and about my last 2-3 orders they've given me the wrong wings, now to their credit I called and brought me the right ones in a timely manner but this time was ridiculous the didn't even cut the pizza or the cookie which just feels negligent and unprofessional. This doesn't ruin pizza hut for me all together but definitely makes me more likely to order from other places in the future. My visit was terrible !!!! Waited 20 minutes for drinks . been here for an hour and still waiting on our food ! Though we did get our appetizer 30 minutes after ordering . I got The stuffed garlic knots let’s just say the tray was full Of cheese my knots were not !!! . To add to it the waitress is very rude when we do see her . Many tables around us complaining as well . I suggest drive thru not dine in
Took me 58 minutes to get my pizza from the time I order it...take out. I was told it would be 20 minutes I waited 30 minutes just to be sure before I went to get it, when I arrived I was told it hadn't been put in the oven yet, in fact it wasnt even started to be made yet. Then I was told it would only take ten minutes when in fact it took 22 minutes. If you intend to keep business then you should tell the truth when you tell someone how long it will really be.
Pizza was not prepared as we asked. Lack of topping and cheese. For $48 pizza, I expected toppings and cheese and not overcooked.
Very unprofessional girl answering the phone today. I am new to the area and she caught an attitude when I asked her about location details. In person she was even worse, I will not be ordering from this location again
Walked in a month ago and heard manager screaming at her employees, think i heard items being thrown in the kitchen as well. It was an older woman who was manager, believe she might have been store manager. No employee should be treated that way!!!!!! Thats harassment!!!!! Every employee should quit , walk out and file harassment charges!!!! I left as soon as i heard screaming at employees. She needs anger management classes! It was a serious unpleasant experience and i will never go back. Supervisors or district managers need to take action against a manager who verbally harasses their employees. Or maybe corporate thinks its alright to treat lower employees that way. Such a horrible situation to be stuck in, i feel sad for the employees. UPPER MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE ACTION BUT THAT WILL PROBABLY NEVER HAPPEN AS LONG AS THE BOTTOM DOLLAR IS MET!!!!!!! SURPRISE!!!!! Ended up driving all the way to Ferris pizza hut and was treated as a person, the managers on duty treated their employees as people as they should be, with respect. Ennis managers "1 in particular" need to take hospitality lessons from ferris managers then they would know how to treat their hard working employees. That woman is a disappointment to pizza hut standards, if they have standards. From now on i will only go to PH in ferris even though its 32miles round trip, bery sad!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order at noon to be delivered at 7pm. Here it is 8pm no pizza. Called talked to them and spoke to worker, then waited to speak with manager on hold for 15 minutes and nothing. Why waste time to preorder the pizza.??
I was in a vehicle that couldn't go thru their drive thru so I went in side and waited 30 mins for some to come help me and no one ever did. They knew I was there some came up to the front and looked right at me and turned around. No one ever came back to the front
Waited 15 minutes after being seated to order our drinks. When we got our drinks we ordered an appetizer as well as our entree. It's been an hour and I'm still waiting on both.
Service was not good. The phone rang off the hook and staff walked right by without answering. Had to ask for someone to wait on us to order by walking back to the kitchen. Had to ask the server how were we suppose to get our drinks and she looked puzzled and asked what we ordered. We were dining in and our order came to go. We had to get our own plates as well.
One of the worst places to buy pizza they give u a promise time and it is not the right time and I called to tell them 5hey said 10 more minutes and they hang up on me and the manger has nothing to say when u question her about why your pizza is late
HORRIBLE!!!!! Not ordering from here ever again after today, got delivery for our pizza and wings didn't even get all of our food now have to wait for them to send the rest back , guy on phone was very rude and placed me on hold for a very long time before letting me know what the hell was going on! It took forever to get our food. We dined in and we're the only ones in the restaurant.waited over an hour. First pizza so salty couldn't eat. Second pizza tasted like old ingredients. Didn't eat either. It was a waste of money.

The driver called me to ask my location and did not show up for another 30 minutes after that. I ordered a large pizza but received 2 mediums that here smashed which I had to microwave because they were already cold. They tasted hours old.

How many of us like Pan pizza? We all do, yes! But damn! Every Single Time I order Pan crust it is undercooked the dough is raw gooey and not cooked throughly. And that is EVERY SINGLE TIME! I EVEN ASK THEM NICELY TO COOK IT FOR ANOTHER 5 OR 10 MINUTES. BUT NO IT WON'T HAPPEN UNLESS YOU TALK TO SUSANNA OR SUSAN HERSELF. GOOD LUCK!
Places a delivery order online and after we ordered it said the approx. delivery time was 1hour and 45minutes. So we called and just asked for take-out instead. The girl who answered the phone should not work in customer service. Exceptionally rude and unpleasant. Told us we would still have to pay the delivery charge and that the wait would, "still be 45 minutes" (read that with the biggest attitude you can imagine). Will not patron again, would not reccommend. If anyone in management reads this, she didn't say her name (of course), but the date was 1/8/16 and the time of the call (had to call twice because someone hung up on me, and was on hold for 12 minutes, I digress, the exact time was 7:08 when the finally picked up the call.
Unfortunately there is no good review for this location, I went inside and there was only a couple waiting for their order. There was no menu at the register, I could here people chatting in the back and doing something. I walk to the side to make my self visible to them 3 times… nothing happened. Zero acknowledgment. So, I left the place and went to Domino’s.
This pizza hut was unexplainably rude. Me and my family ordered online and went inside when it was ready and the cashier said just wait a few seconds so we waited well over 30mins. And mind u 2 customers came in and got their orders with no problem .so as we continuously waited 3 workers saw us and said nothing it wasn't until my dad said hey do y'all still have our order what seems to be the problem and the worker said ig I can check and what did u know it it was right there the whole time. I hope y'all read this and realize just how rude and unesscary this is .please work on your workers , because I'm appalled by their actions.
Tried to place an order to be be delivered to work only to be told after over 10 years of delivering to that address they couldn’t do it. The reason was even tho we are located on I-45 in the city limits they would have to go through Garrett to get there. They didn’t want people in Garrett to see them.
Placed orders for 2 pizzas, neither were made correctly. These were simple 1 topping pepperoni that arrived with cheese only. Horrible experience after driving 30 minutes to get decent pizza hut.
I sat at the window for 10 minutes. Had to park and go inside. I wish I could add something good but the last two times I had it delivered. It said it would be 25 to 30 minutes. It took well over an hour. The second time it took over an hour and a half.
I give it zero stars. If I could give it less than zero I would. The only reason it got 1 star is because I had to in order to leave the review. They barely ever have any help and they seem remorseful. On several occasions they allowed me to place a delivery order only for my food to never be delivered. Once I had to go pick it up and the second time just asked for a refund after being told my food was out for delivery and it never showed up. This is the only pizza place that delivers to my home so it looks like from here on out I’ll just drive elsewhere because this is ridiculous!
I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years now and normally never have a problem. The last two times I ordered pizza from them it has been horrible. You can tell they just threw it together. I wouldnt even give them one star, but I had to put at least one star to be able to post a review.
The last three times I have ordered from Pizza Hut Ennis my order was not completed or was completely wrong. I've had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for them to get my order right. Most of the time my order is a little overcooked. I do not have a picture because Pizza Hut sent me the survey two days after the fact. Starting to reconsider going to Pizza Hut again.
I placed an order online. I went to pick it up and the manager was rude.They gave me the wrong pizza. I called back and she said they no longer have it. I asked why was it still on the website but besides that why wasn’t I called nor told this when I picked up my order. She didn’t give me a valid answer and continued to have an attitude and offered me $3 off my next order. Just go to Dominos 🤷🏽♀️.
I just purchased 2 large pizzas and it is horrible. Not even edible. The meat is hard and crunchy. The sauce or meat is way way to salty. Worst pizza I have ever put in my mouth. I called to make a complaint and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. Finally the manager Dylan got on the phone and 1st told me that if I bring the pizza back in the store he would give me a credit. I have no problem taking pizza back but I thought due to the COVID I should not take it back in store. We do not have the virus but the staff there dosen't know that. I told him that I could not come back tonight but I could bring it back tomorrow and someone should come to my car and see it and then junk it in the outside dumpster. Then he changed his tune and said there is nothing he can do for me. Wow!!!!! Also, I could hear rude employees in the background saying we don't even have salt here. Regardless the product they are using is to salty and meat overcooked. The food they sold me is not fit to eat for us. The ingredients were old. What a horrible place to give my money to. I will take pizza's back tomorrow. I wish they could take a bite and they would see. Never eat there again. Dylan told me they never get complaints. That dosen't matter. I am complaining. Oh, it took forever to get after being told 15 minutes.
Went to pick up a doordash order in 6/8 . No one eating inside and all employees are in kitchen having a good time from what I could hear. After 5 minutes I asked if someone could help. Couple minutes later a young man came and ask how he could help. Gave him order info and he went to check. Said give him a couple minutes and he get the order. After another 5 or 8 minutes I heard a girl in back asking about doordash on the screen and if that meant someone was waiting. I spoke up and said yes I have been waiting for atleast 10 minutes. Then I heard her say o so sad for you. If you want pizza I recommend find somewhere else to go, many other options in Ennis.
Ordered @$40 worth of pizza and went to pick it up. Had a $100 bill to pay with and my son was told that they didn't have change for $100. Ummmm...what? He then had to drive to 2 separate gas stations for change. When I called and asked for the manager the girl that answered literally laughed as she told the manager Jessica that the phone was for her. When she got on the phone I asked why the girl had laughed. She just said, oh it wasn't at you....I proceed to ask about the $100/no change thing and not only is she beyond rude and cutting me off, she refused to give me her last name (I was being extra, extra, nice and speaking cordially) and then she hung up in my face in mid sentence. I can only imagine what type of manager she is and how her employees act. And this is coming from a Customer Service Manager of 15 years.
Tried to order a pizza and wings for delivery the website said they deliver gave them my address just 7 miles away they told me they do not deliver to any FM roads. This makes no sense? I tried ordering 3 times the third time I spoke to the manager she was useless and was not concerned at all. Gave up called PAPA Johns and gave them 50 bucks for my family's dinner.... I own my own companies if I had any employees treat my customers the way I was treated I would FIRE them.
I ordered about $30 worth of pizza for my family. My husband went to pick the pizza up and had to protect not just himself but also a sweet lady from horrible customer service. A girl named Kenley. I love pizza hut but Just for that I will never go back to that pizza hut due to Kenley's actions and attitude. She definitely needs to be taught how to treat customers with respect. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The manager, on the other hand, Steven was awesome. Handled the situation well and definitely took the time to hear my concerns. Thank you again Steven!
My friends and I want to there store and sat down after 20mins no one came to take your order. Was told several times that they would be right over but the employees were to buzzy talking and playing on there phones. We well never eat at a pizza hut again. I contacted the corporate office and they didn't want to get involved 😒. Good luck with your complains
Ok y'all this USED to be my favorite pizza place in town until last night. I ordered a carry out online vs delivery (as usual) because it was 20 min ready vs 40 min delivered. My order was SUPPOSED to be ready by 850pm however i did not get my order til 929pm! Then when i got home my pizzas (all 3) were WRONG! The only thing that was right was my wings and dr pepper. One pizza looked like it has been out all day, slightly reheated and thrown in a box for my family to eat. It was horrible! Never again will i order from there. I will make the drive to Hachie for cicis or get little Caesars from now on! Bye pizza hut
Ordered pizza wings and breadsticks. Delivery was over an hour late which would of been fine i understand things happen but expected the pizza to at least be warm everything was cold. Beyond disappointed. Seems like it gets worse and worse every time. Will not be going or ordering from Pizza hut again. I literally live around the corner not even a mille away.

Young rude girl up front tried her best to ignore me after a total of 1 1/2 with no lunch and no pizza I gave up went back to the office. When I arrive at the window they did not know where my order was at I had to pull my phone out to show them. From the other reviews I am seeing apparently this is the norm for this location. They need to get it together. This place needs to be shut down it trash. They have lost my business for good. If I was the owner of this place I would be ashamed. Owner need to start over with a new crew.
I spoke with a representative by phone at approximately 2:15 p.m. on January 28, 2026, and the interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was surprised that a company would allow such conduct from an employee. During the call, I was attempting to place an order when the representative abruptly ended the call—twice. When I expressed concern about her tone and asked how her employer would view the way she was speaking to me, she responded, “I don’t care, that’s your business,” and disconnected the call again. I called back from the same number, and she stated that the issue was related to what I was saying. When I asked for clarification on whether the problem was my phone number or specific questions regarding my order, she began yelling. She then stated that they were busy. I explained that, as a customer, I was entitled to respectful service. The call was ended once more without resolution.
I ordered on line at 630pm then are 8pm I get a call from a door dash delivery person who still doesn’t have my food. I called the manager VIOLET who was very rude wouldn’t let me speak and her only response was “ we are busy” really ?? That’s how customers get treated now. I guess they don’t realize there are pizza places here in Ennis. I will be making a a complaint to corporate office. I never ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA GOT HUT AGAIN!!
Using Door dash is really bad for Pizza Hut I ordered Pizza, wings, and Cinna bons and I only received Pizza and Cinna bons, I called 3 times and the first two times delivery with Door dash I didn't receive them the last time I called they sent a driver from the store and we finally got them but we couldn't eat them because they were cold and they didn't look good. I have loved ordering from Pizza Hut but in the last year or so I have had to take food back because it was not cooked properly or it was cold. I am really upset that you charge so much for the food and it's not good.
I had the worst experience at this location and always due. And when i call to talk to the manager about it she wants to call me a liar and laugh at me cause she cant control her employees. They got people who arent management answering phones and "dealing" with customer complaints saying they will fix the order but when it's time to redeem your fixed order "it's not in the system " that's a direct quote for the manager. So then I called corporate and they were even worse. I have a big family and every time I order pizza we spend between 60-100 and it shows on my account so tell me why me being a "repeat, valued, and loyal customer" they offered me $30. That's an insult. IF I decide to go back to pizza hut it will definitely be through Waxahachie. Never again with ennis.
I ordered over $300 worth of pizza and majority of it was wrong when delivered. Multiple pizzas where missing items, If I didn't know better you would think I ordered nothing but cheese on all of my pizzas. I asked for a gluten free pizza with pineapple, and ham, I literally only got 11 pineapple cubes and 10 pieces of ham?! Worst decision on my part ever. The only good that came from this was that my employees now know Pizza Hut in Ennis may not be the best choice in the future.

I placed an online order for a cheese pizza and cheese breadsticks at 6:13 PM. The confirmation stated my order would be ready for pickup at 6:33 PM. I waited until 7:00 PM and repeatedly asked to speak with a manager to confirm whether my order had even been started, but I was ignored for several times. When a manager finally came out, I was told to wait an additional four minutes, despite already waiting over 25 minutes past the promised pickup time for a very simple order. The lack of communication and acknowledgment was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I understand delays happen, but being ignored and given no explanation is unacceptable.
Ordered with 2 Garlic Butter dipping sauce, was told on arrival, we have no Garlic Butter? I dont eat pizza without Galric Butter. How is this possible, logistics can't be this bad? Is the government shutdown creating a Garlic and butter shortage too?
I place my order at 1:00 the system says my order will be done at 1:19 okay so i show up at 1:40 to pick up my order in the lady at the window says "Uuuummmmmm we forgot to make your order" mind you they don't have any customers and the employees are just sitting around on their phones. I asked the window Clerk How Could my order be forgotten and she shut the door in my face. I asked for a refund as I was driving off the manager told the cooks to make the order anyway I am so confused and I will never order from Pizza Hut again
When ordering a deep dish pizza make sure you tell them to cook your dough all the way My door was raw My bottom was cooked but the middle and top was raw
I had to wait an hour and a half for my food and probably would've waited longer if I hadn't called. The food was like a 5/10 taste with a 10/10 price. I could've gotten the same or better pizza elsewhere. Won't be doing delivery anytime soon because of this experience.
I placed my order for delivery and then when it wqs supposed to be at my house it wasn't checked the app and it wasn't moving called and they said i had it for take out umm no wrong drove up there and had to get my food and they were slow and un professional and then got home and the app said you're order has been delivered just a horrible experience and it was the first NFL kickoff of the session not a happy customer and did they try to help or resolve the problem not at all. Again 04/15/2024 yall screwed up yet again yall literally suck at yalls job i ordered and paid for extra sauce check pic and look at the pizza there is literally no damn sauce.... seriously up yalls!!!!
Ordered on the app like I always do. When my order didn’t arrive I called the store and they said it was placed as a pick up order. I’m not sure how that worked. After all I had to key in the tip for the delivery driver on the app. Anyways they asked if I wanted to change it to a delivery order. I said yes and they said that they had to void my initial card transaction and do a new one that included the delivery fee. Here it is 3 hours later and no food. I can’t even get hold of the store to complain because they have people in other countries answering the phone. They couldn’t help me because they only take orders, so they connected me back to the store so I can hear a recording about how proud Pizza Hut is to be serving the community since 1968. I’ve spent over $300 ordering Pizza Hut this year alone. I’m taking my business some place else. (I ordered Wingstop and had my food in 40 minutes) Apparently Pizza Hut has too many customers already or they have 3 poor souls that are there on a Friday night getting worked to death. Their food has fallen off the last year or so anyways.
As this is our local Pizza Hut, we frequent this location. Over the years, the staffing issues have been apparent, but regardless, we continue to order because outside of the occasional wait we never have any issues. Today, was the exception. I arrived at approximately 1:15pm for my order that was to be ready at 1:20pm. I was asked to pull around the front and they would bring it out to me. No problem, I was early. I waited out front for approximately 15 minutes and they brought my order out. I didn't mind waiting, because I understand the nationwide staffing issues and it appeared that only two employees were on site. I did find it odd the boxes were barely warm to the touch, but didn't give it much thought. That was until I drove the 8 minutes home. As said, we've frequented this location, always ordering carryout and our order is always still hot after the 8 minute drive home. That was not the case this time. Our pizzas were lukewarm, at best. Add to that, I ordered an original pan pizza (additional charge) and received thin crust. I was still going to eat it. Irritated, yes. But everything else seemed to be correct. Until I bit into it, and realized that my request for no sauce was overlooked and instead, some kind of creamy white sauce was added. Truthfully, I was going to let it go, but with the toppings I ordered it just wasn't good. Add in the lukewarm temperature, my appetite was gone. I decided to call the store and asked to speak with the manager. I was told she was busy and could probably talk to me in 5 minutes. Thinking back to the fact that I only saw two employees, I informed the young man on the phone of the above errors in hopes that somehow this error could be corrected after paying $30 for two pizzas. Or maybe the correct pizza was left behind. Or I would be offered some kind of explanation. Instead, he sat silent and then hung up the phone. When I attempted to call back, my call was unanswered. As said, I completely understand the lack of staff and finding good candidates, and in recent years have dealt with long waits and errors on orders. It happens. The blatant disrespect and seemingly pointless 15 minute wait for lukewarm pizza needs to be addressed.
