I was charged twice and refused a refund. One worker took care of my order. I paid. Another worker took over and started arguing with me that I never paid. And demanded I pay again. I ended up paying twice. The other worker admitted to me and other other worker she did ring me up. However the older lady was mean to both me and her co worker. Called me crazy and threatened to call the cops on me. Even when her co worker told her I was charged twice. I’m am not happy at all. This was my favorite Popeyes but after this experience. This location lost a customer. Got charged twice and then tried to give me overcooked chicken. Smh. I ordered the 3for5 and two sides. Left with nothing not even a refund

It’s Sunday just got off of work. Don’t feel like cooking, and soon as we come home, the chickens all dried out like it’s been sitting all day. The biscuits are hard as rocks. Why do y’all have to serve people food that’s been sitting all day? It’s disgusting would you eat that?

The guy with the gray beard will talk all over the food, the young lady at the counter acts as if has your order correctly and will not include anything extra from the menu.. The elderly lady will short change you… please check your Receipt once you place an order; make sure you check your side order… if you ask for mash they'll give you fries… please ask me how I know? originally would spend $30 bi week.. better off going to a different. Popeyes.. this one anit it.

Ordered chicken with bbq sauce and i only got 3 drops of sauce. Also ordered the wraps with no pickles and guess wet i got …? Pickles !!!! 🥴🥴🥴

The cashier was pretty friendly, but the chicken wasn’t! when I got home and looked at the Chicken and it was some dried out pieces that look like they’ve been sitting there either for a whole day or for two days and I was really upset because I some dollars for a family meal and I got real dried out pieces of chicken that I literally had to throw it away and check everything so make sure when y’all get chicken from here to check it and it ain’t dried out and looking two days old!!

I am a fan of popeyes crispy chicken sandwich.Almost everyday I eat spicy chicken sandwich.I went popeyes by third avenue multiple times.Everytime I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and I get only one piece of pickle in the sandwich.I have asked the lady wearing manager shirt about it,still I get same thing everytime.This is totally fraud and they are hampering popeyes reputation.

Placed an order for pickup at 11:15. Went to go pick up at 11:30 and the store was locked. The lights were off And at 11:40 I finally saw one person was in the store cleaning. I was charged for my order and obviously did not receive it. I have never in my life been scammed to this capacity by any business and so to close 30 minutes before the business hours are stated is insane. To allow me to be charged for my order and for it to be processed is insane. To obviously not be refunded is insane. And to have an employee steal food is insane. I completely understand wanting to close early but 30 Minutes and before I got my food is INSANEEEEE

Low grade because they charge you $2.00 extra for a large Mac & cheese in the 16 peice bundle when it's suppose to be included as the 3 large sides as a option which is stated on the menu. When I asked the worker why I am being charged extra her response was " Ask the manager " 🙄 Yeahhhh..... This will definitely be my last time buying from this location.

This store should change their closing time to 10pm. Placed an online order at 10:24pm on Thursday, April 20th, 2023 while walking there and got to the store 10:35pm to pick it up. They were already closed. The front-end Kitchen was clean with no food out as i glared through the windows and one of the employees was beginning to mop the floors so, they must have closed earlier than that . Showed the employee my phone through the window as the doors were locked, He asked the back staff and they had no order for me. Got a refund through the app but walked a few blocks for nothing. Closing time should reflect what's online. Do better.
