We had a really good time. Took my daughter and her friend for her 13th birthday. Service was phenomenal, food was amazing, and games were so much fun! Oh, I have to add that this place is CLEAN, I mean really clean! There are masks,Clorox wipes, and hand sanitizer available everywhere throughout the restaurant should you meed them. We all had a blast! Highly recommended!!

Bethany was absolutely amazing. My wife and I have the same birthday and went to play games with our child and she made us feel extremely important and even played a game with our child. This location and their staff are top tier.

This is a great place for a parent to takes the kids, or to watch a football game. It is a fun atmosphere with activity, rather than just sitting down with food on the table (but you can do that too). Happy hour. The food is a good value. So many drinks to choose from. Great first date place to break the ice.

This is the best location! Every time we go it’s a great time, the staff is always on top of things and if they need management they always go above and beyond! Hands down my favorite location and would always recommend.

It was great to go and have a little fun. It is a newer place and they have done a great job. Plenty of games and they are not all crowded in each other. If you are wanting to watch a televised sporting event they have plenty of TVs for you. The food was really good too.

A fun place to take the kiddos at almost any age, even up to teens. This location has been remodeled and has lots of interesting new features like private game rooms and a life-size crane game that you could actually get in and be the crane. Very clean and well kept, well managed but never the most trained or tenured staff. Lots of TVs and a fully stocked bar. The food has even gotten impressively good over the years. Highly recommended fun for the whole family, but never cheap. Half price games on Wednesday helps, but expect it to be a little busier than usual.

We came on Tuesday and it wasn’t busy at all but every staff member we saw was interacting with customers in the building. Very friendly staff and management. The food was very good too!

We like to bring our son here for his birthday. A lot of video games for all of us to play and have fun with. Food is actually really great to. One thing they need though is a larger gluten free menu. With my son and wife having the gluten allergy this year we just ate before we came. Oh and another thing they had a strong smell of vanilla air freshener at the entrance, it was very pleasant.

It was a great experience. My children and my grandchildren came down from Louisiana. We went in the afternoon. It was really packed and busy. It was a two hour wait so we didn’t put the kids enjoy playing and eating and we enjoyed watching the game sitting down drinking.

Great place for a day date! Wasn’t too crowded in the middle of a Saturday. We were able to get drinks at the bar and walk around to play the different games. Reasonable priced games and we left spending less than $80 for the two of us including drinks (without food).

I honestly feel like this location can do no wrong. The staff is amazing. Even after a wait for food and service they go out of their way to make you feel seen and special. The bar tenders are the SWEETEST! We come very regularly and we always have a great time.

I must say me and the gang had a MARVELOUS time here on Saturday night (9/6/25). From the guy working the human crane (Smithy) who my kids thought was security and he was HILARIOUS, the bartender (Gerrell) who kept pouring to the young lady at the prize area, I think she said her name was Sharon (Contagious SMILE). Man this place was kid and family friendly. will definetly return for more. The crew at this D&B really made us feel at home. KEEP IT UP, GREAT JOB!!!

I was very surprised! This place was so nice! Between 2 people and $33, we were there for an hour! We expected to play for 20 minutes before running out of money! Every game was fun and functional except the air hockey table haha! Other than that, wonderful time! We didn’t eat so I can’t talk about the food. We came here for the car meet and we just had fun after!

Absolutely love D&B. It's perfect for a date night or bringing your out-of-state best friend, as we did that night. It was Easter afternoon, so it wasn't crowded. Our bartender was superb. I think her name was Desiree ... She was funny, easy to talk to, and on point with the drinks. Her bloody Mary is fire! If you plan to eat, come hungry because the plates are ginormous. I had the Voodoo pasta - highly recommend. The flavor was amazing, and the heat wasn't overbearing. (I'm weak when it comes to spice.) The chicken Cobb comes top-rated, and it's definitely worth it. Again, come hungry bc it's a healthy serving. We hit the jackpot on Spin the Wheel and got on the leaderboard on several games. We're looking forward to our next outing and crushing those high scores! We play to WIN! 🔥🎯🏀

My family went for appetizers on Father’s Day, 6/15/25. We had 6 adults and a 2-year-old. The waitperson Sarah did a phenomenal job of keeping drink glasses filled, bringing condiments, clearing used dishes … and she got all our orders right the first time. She was so friendly and attentive — the best! The manager Amy stopped by to ask if our food was delicious (it was!) and our service was good (it was stellar!) She was helpful, friendly, and glad everything was as hoped for. It was a wonderful experience for all attending … cannot wait to return. Definitely recommend for the family!

My wife, 3 year old daughter and I went there for dessert and games. The grape gummy worm drink was ok, but the ice cream brownies tower was awesomeness. Tons of game to play for adults and enough to keep our 3 year old entertained too. We won tickets and got prizes. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and very efficient. This is one of the BEST locations, by far! Amazing staff, great food prepared fresh! The points systems are very rewarding! Games are almost always in service, very few interruptions or downtimes for broken machines awaiting service. We love coming here vs. Dallas!

My friend and I stopped by Saturday for a quick catch-up dinner and ended up having a great experience. Courtland was our server and his energy from the start was awesome. Super attentive throughout the night without hovering, which I always appreciate. It’s nice when you go somewhere for good food and the service ends up being just as memorable. Also shoutout to Donna for stopping by our table a couple times to check on us. She even pointed out how good the grilled salmon looked… and honestly she wasn’t wrong. Really appreciate the hospitality from both of them. It made a simple catch-up dinner that much better.

This was our first time here, and it is my first review. We just had such a good time that I felt I had to do a review. Everyone was so nice, our server was very attentive. You could tell the place was busy but it didn’t keep them from doing a good job. The food was amazing, I expected mediocre food but this was super good, the burgers are soooo juicy and the wings are up in the top wings! Games were super fun which just topped off the visit. We will be back, you’ve gained some customers!

Great Tuesday night at this location. We normally go to Arlington, but today we were out this way and decided “why not” and were so glad we did. Service was phenomenal and the food was so fresh and hot. The games are so clean and The atmosphere was a vibe. Talk about a birthday party? Phenomenal 💯🎂Truly, I did my homework and shopped around. Some avenues deceive you and want 20+ kids. Nah! Dave & Buster allows you 10minimum and beyond. I had 11 RSVP and the manager even accommodated me to add + in case there are show up withput having rsvp. The event planner Jaylon made my planning absolutely perfect. He helped me to plan, organize and suggested options. Then he passed it to Taylor, the on duty manager. Amy Farquhar ensured my event went as i expected it; oversee its activity and even was extremely kind to bring the birthday girl a cotton candy. Lets talk about the pancake buffet, those pancakes we’re perfectly shaped, tasted delicious and it came with lots of toppings to choose from. After eating, the kids ran toward the arcade to play for 2 hours, unlimited. This dave & Buster is spacious and not too loud. We had a blast. Thank you💯

My family and I came in earlier tonight and had a blast! Even though the place seemed pretty busy, there was still tons of parking available as well as seating inside. Our server Alicia was quick and on top of everything during our whole meal. We didn't have to wait long at all for our food either! Even the manager Anna came by our table a couple of times to check on our food and service, she even gave us some great recommendations for games to try after our meal! The prices for games can be a little high, but that's why I'd recommend asking a server about their eat & play combos, or going on any Wednesday (games are half-price on Wednesdays). Also ask about the Human Crane! It's pretty wild.

The waiters were so helpful and very patient. Impeccable customer service. The waiters were very attentive. My food came in a timely manner. I didn't wait that long for my food. I love timely service. I ordered the salmon dinner. It came with green beans and The salmon was sitting atop the most flavorful plate of rice. The salmon dinner was indeed delicious. The dessert was also amazing. I ordered the chocolate cake called "whose your daddy" it turned out to be quite tasty. The ice cream served with cake was so delicious. Dave and Busters cocktail selection was huge. I ordered the dangerous waters island punch and also the perfect margarita. I can't wait to try another cocktail when time permits.

Had a blast! The games were fun!! The card readers on a lot of the games are really tricky, with older cards. The cuisine is too dollar so bling at least 100 dollars for food and games😃

We came in a Wednesday, 1/2 price game day. Adults but still love fairway games and more! On Wednesday the Jurassic world VR was 3.50 per person instead of $5. So much fun! Lasts a few minutes. There were a couple of games that weren't working properly, ball throw games, the awesome Maria attempted to fix the issue and she credited us. Very friendly. Love the Monopoly game, but deal or no deal hated us. The money goes a long way in Wednesdays. This location is clean, the staff are full of smiles. I did try the mango drink pictured below, a decent a amount of alcohol and really yummy. There's lots of fun food options, you should come!

We stopped by on our way home. Hubby wanted to shoot some pool($12 an hour). Perfect timing because it was not busy at all. Nice setup and clean facility.

This Dave and Buster's in Euless is pretty amazing. Cool mix of games and activities. Lots of different there's inside as well. Great sports bar and dining area. Lots of variety for different options for foods. Definitely would be a great place for friends or family to destress. What's cool if that they do corporate meetings as well.

Food here was actually solid! This was a great place to have our corporate outing of 10 people. We ordered a lot of appetizers, but the standouts to me were the fries, boneless chicken wings, and bbq chicken flatbread. Customer service was friendly, bathrooms were clean, and there is a lot of parking available.

My family and I had a great time at D&B. Our waitress Neb was amazing, and made our first time visit memorable. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that previously this summer we made a trip to Alley Cats in Burleson and , between the two, Alley Cats had more attractions and we seemed to get more play for our money. The prizes you can redeem tickets for were of better quality as well. Not trying to take anything away from D&B. Good food, plenty of games to choose from, so I really think it comes down to your preference.

The steak I had and the pasta dish my wife had were awesome. I did not expect that high quality of food from a gaming place. My 10 year old grandson had a blast there. It's his new favorite place. The pictures are Me, my son and grandson playing the Halo game. We spent about an hour on that one.

Love going to Dave & Busters with the family. It’s always a blast!! First time at this location and because it was a weekday, it wasn’t too busy. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted and advised where everything was. Booths are great; very spacious for big and small crowds. Lots of different games and activities. Staff was very friendly and helpful....the food was tasty - wish they’d brought it out right away... the fries weren’t as fresh as they could of been. Normally I would give 5 stars for their atmosphere as an entertainment venue but we were there for a business presentation and the noise from the game area drowned out the presentation and any potential discussion. They could solve this with some heavy curtains inside the entrance doors to the meeting room.

LONG POST! This is one of our favorite D&B locations. We love coming here for games and prizes, and we usually spend around $50-$100 per person on games each time, as we enjoy it so much. This time, we didn't play games because we went to the dining area to have dinner with some friends. There were no hosts to greet us at the main entrance, and when two did arrive, they waited for us to approach them for seating. This was rather peculiar as our group had been walking around the host stand looking for assistance in finding a table. Once we were seated, the waitress arrived to take our drink orders, but she forgot to ask one of our party members what he would like to drink. She did not notice this until we pointed it out to her when she returned, and she then took his drink order. She was training another waiter, so we did our best to give her some grace and attempted to simplify our food orders, especially since we had rewards for entrees and appetizers. She informed us that the rewards would be accepted and promptly took our table orders. The appetizers arrived well before our entrees, but we were not offered any plates until one of our party members got up and found someone to provide us with plates. When our main course arrived, only one of our group received their meal, and the others had to wait a while longer. Despite the food being warm and correct, the wait time was very disappointing. Finally, the payment. We decided to split checks and use our respective rewards independently. We had done this in the past, and everything had gone smoothly; tonight was a different story. Our waitress informed us that one of our rewards had expired, yet there was no apparent expiration date located anywhere on the digital reward. She spoke to her manager, and he incorrectly deducted a portion of what was supposed to be free. Our waitress did catch this, and he corrected his error. Overall, we will still visit this location for games and prizes. However, we have decided that we will no longer dine here.

I wouldn't recommend the food, any of it. In our party of 5, not one had a good experience with the food. Cold, greasy, not tasty. Our server seemed new and a little lost. Missing food, long wait on food, not all out at the same time, no refill offer on drinks. Bar drinks were good and consistent, but service at the bar was not welcoming, at least from one bartender in particular. Seemed more interested in local patrons. The game area was good. The attendant was very friendly and helpful.

I recently visited Dave & Buster’s in Euless, and while the experience was fun overall, there were some mixed aspects to note. The games were the highlight of the visit – they were entertaining, varied, and provided a great way to unwind and have fun. It’s definitely the place to go if you’re looking for an engaging arcade experience. The food, however, was hit or miss. I tried the Nashville Hot Wings, but they didn’t live up to the name – they weren’t really hot at all. The Smash Burger was enjoyable, but I had some concerns about the quality of the ingredients as I ended up with a stomach upset afterward, which was disappointing. If you’re visiting, I’d recommend focusing on the games and being cautious with the food options. With a little improvement in food quality, this location could be an all-around great spot for a fun night out.

Went to play virtual darts, which is a lot of fun. Staff was non existent for us. Eight servers congregated by the bar but didn’t bother to help us at all. Finally after 20 minutes we asked the bartender if we could order with her. She was awesome but it defeats the purpose of having your own bay and tables if you have to keep going to the bar for drinks and food. One of the darts broke and they took it to fix and told us to reuse one of the 2 left because they didn’t have any more. Kind of ruined the rest of the experience. One server was helping the 2 parties on either side of us all night but the other 8 were “busy” talking and drinking at the bar. They also walked by us and acted like we were in the way or annoying when we tried to ask for anything. Great concept but staff ruined the experience.

Friday night at 7:30. The place was not busy and we sat there 10 minutes before anyone offered us service. Didn't get that until my wife went to the bar to ask. I was about to walk out when somebody finally showed up. The honey bbq wings were very bland and the waitress came and wanted us to close the tab before we where even finished eating. Won't be back.

Enjoyed the games even though some of the controllers were sticking. The food was bad. The pizza tasted like burnt smoke and old oil plus the marinara sauce had a disgusting flavor. I have never had a disgusting cheese pizza until today. I ordered the apple candied pecan salad. I only had 3 pieces of apple in the entire salad plus the apples were old and shriveled, absolutely no crunch. The lettuce was old as well. Blue Raspberry Lemonade was just ok. I expected it to be bursting with flavor and it fell flat. One server trying to service multiple areas / tables and it's lunch time. I felt bad watching my server run around all over the place because they were understaffed. Just an overall bad experience.

Had the worst service I’ve ever received our waitress disappeared for long periods of time. Even her coworkers couldn’t find her. The food was absolutely awful. Everything came from frozen I honestly don’t think anything is made fresh. Save yourself $100 and eat across the street at the Cane’s or Whataburger to have a better experience

Overall, a so-so experience. Some of the food is decent, but you also run the risk of bad cooks/bad service. The food either comes out cold or overdone. I would not recommend the food and recently we have been eating at one of the many other restaurants in the area before coming with the kids to play games. Some of the games are reasonably prices, but a few of them are just ridiculously priced and we were only about to get about 40 minutes of play with $50.

Eat and play combo was a pretty good deal, the “chips” went even further than we expected them to go, kind of tricky how they put the play cards on your bill and expect you to tip on the purchase of them, nice try, our biggest issue was the food. All kids ordered the chicken strips and fries with coleslaw, everything came out extremely hot, even the ranch on the plate, I know that means that everything was sitting under the heat lamps for an extended period of time. The ranch was so hot that we asked for a replacement dipping sauces and then got charged for them, the coleslaw was just sides of hot wilted cabbage, there was so dressing in it at all, it was completely dry. All 4 plates had fries and only one serving was eatable the others were hard and cold. The chicken tenders were hard and dry one of the kids couldn’t even eat them. The server was nice, but we were her only table and had a hard time getting anything because she was barely on the floor.

Came in and sat down for 5 minutes while 2 personnel fought with the cash register. Not an acknowledgement. Keep in mind I was at the end of the bar right next to them. Wish I could say the food was good, but they would need to offer service for that first.

Horrible experience. First from a game tech that could care less about my hard earn money but then from the servers. It wasnt crowded. All servers standing at the bar but no one came to assist me at the table so I then moved to the bar. If they wont come to me I go to them no problem. What was the last straw that left a bad taste in my mouth is the mere fact I wasnt comfortable so I got my food to go. Just to get to my car open up my nachos and the chips are burnt and stale. Dont have the energy nor desire to even walk back inside. I will not be coming to this location anymore.

The lady running the store where you exchange tickets accused me and my brother of stealing she had blonde hair. Never coming back we never stole anything. My brother told me that she said she saw both us steal something. She clearly must be blind because we didn't. Even if we did steal why would I steal some goofy pens and candy. They keep all the good stuff like a PS5 locked up. We ended up leaving because there was no way for us to prove that we didn't steal so me and my brother just let it go. We should've talked to a manager but we were long gone.

We always enjoy coming to play games no matter how much money we spend. The expectation of food and service is never high because we understand they are always understaffed and super busy! My husband and I are in the service industry and I had to post how crappy we felt having to leave to get dinner at 54th street, which is in the same shopping center. We waited at the host stand for the restaurant and were told it would be best to seat ourselves in the bar area where it's open seating and that someone would take care of us. We watched as one family in front of us did that, so we made our way over and set ourselves between two tables as we are a family of seven. We waited around 20 minutes before deciding to leave. We watched at least two to three servers walk past us and two gentlemen who appear to be managers only because they're dressed differently than everyone else. As we proceeded to walk out the exit door, we looked back and saw one of the servers picking up the two dirty glasses we left on the table and straightening up the plates. That is the reason for this review. As I previously stated, we are in the industry, and we were judged by your people tonight and left unattended for no reason! Shame on your people. I'm attaching our receipt from 54th Street to show my truth and hope that your employees read this review and think twice next time. Our industry is never easy, but leading with positivity and always enjoying yourself will help you get through your day. We'll be back after our dinner to finish using the $180 we loaded our kids cards with. Do better people.

Waited at the empty winners circle for 20min, no help because there was no worker. Floor manager and I made eye contact from across the way and I waved him over. He ignored me and walked off. I may as well make the drive to the Dallas location… at least their people take care of their customers. Edit: A manager apologized and gave us credits as compensation for having to wait so long.

First, let me say the lady in the gift shop area was great and the games were fun. But the food service was absolutely horrendous. We came here for my husband's birthday. Got a table. Sat for almost 30 minutes, had to go find a server. Then the server took our drink and food order, then she just disappeared. After about 45 minutes I found another person and asked If they could help get us drinks. She couldn't even find out drink order and had to re-enter our food and drinks. Food takes a good bit of time, but we do finally get it. Sandwiches were good, sides not so much. It was just ridiculous it took 2:30 to 3 hours to get our food. **Edited to add: Dave and Busters left a comment advising me to reach out to customer relations. I did this months ago and no one ever got back to me. Figured I should add this bit.

In my personal opinion the Arcade was OK, just like any of their competitors nothing special. The food was not what I expected, it was just OK for me. The atmosphere was not all that great, the waiters seem to be in a hurry even though we and 1 other table where the only ones there. The hostess girl was kind of rude and unwelcoming. Long story short, I am never coming back. This was my experience.

Staying at hotel next door. Walked in at 10pm. Place was dead yet nobody at bar to serve me a drink. Waited 7 minutes for someone to show up to serve me 1 talk beer. Gave them a $20 bill and got $9.73 in change. One beer was $11. Goodbye. Never again.

Why bother being opened if everytime you want to play a game it's broken, and the amusement manager Mario is just working on a cotton candy machine all day. Have to wait about 30-40 minutes for a tech or someone to be able to help with broken game, but when they tell you they don't have any more cards to put into a machine even after you've turned in a lot of cards it's ridiculous. I don't know if he thinks some of us guests are stupid or what. Adrian definitely needs to go over and keep on eye out on that Euless team. Food was a bit cold they only had 1 bartender running both dining room and bar. And again, when I went to the winner circle it just felt like the amusement manager Mario just had to give me a hard time there. Now I've heard horrible things from this place, but I had to check it out at least once. I wanted to meet the General Manager there but apparently he was off that day, I think it's safe to say I will not be spending my money on this location with plenty of better arcades out there that have actual working games and helpful people

Came here to eat on my lunch break, was greeted by a guy with thick eyeliner and locs, given a menu and seated…. That was literally it !!! Nobody came and took my drink order my food order or anything ..he must have been more worried about his eyeliner than taking care of the paying customer. I literally sat there about 30-40 mins watching him and some short hair cut girl literally do NOTHING . I don’t know if he was training her bc she followed him everywhere but they really not they HE Never came back and said anything to me . So atp im annoyed, I got up and left.. I pretty much wasted my whole lunch break and didn’t even get to eat anything due to lack of customer service, Please get it together .. you never know ppls situation or schedule!
