This location used to be pretty awful, but they have turned things around over the last few years. They used to close wayy early and muck up orders, leaving customers cursing their name in the dark drive thru lane. Now, they stay true to their hours, prepare orders fresh and accurately, and maintain a friendly attitude while serving customers. They really do a great job on the food. No leaking bean & cheese burritos, crunchy tacos are fully filled, and the food in general is served hot and fresh.
This Taco Bell is close to my home on Stockton Blvd . Wego there quit often . What makes it exceptional is the costumer service . Everytime I've been there I've been served with professionalism. They are all very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend it. Christy Patneaud
This is by far the best Taco Bell around. They make it right every time and I have a massive order almost every time..
I was heading home late last Sunday night on march 23, 25, from an exhausting day of packing up my home to move after a house fire, so I looked pretty bad with soot all over me. Anyhow, It was late & I hadn't eaten since early morning. So I was hungry. & craving Taco Bell. This Taco Bell was on my way home, so I went through the drive-through and placed my order. When I got to the window to pay, I realized I had given my cash away earlier that day to my daughter, so i was short by about 15 cents. I was frantically searching for more change & the man running the register saw my panicked state and told me not to worry about it. And he said it with kindness & empathy & not with judgment . It was greatly appreciated! My food was hot and delicious as I ate it while continuing my drive back to my hotel. As i ate my messy delicious burrito, the flavor sent me back to my memories of my first year in high-school when my friend & I would walk to the Taco bell on our lunch hour & enjoy a bean burrito & medium Pepsi at the cost of 80 cents. I recommend this Taco bell. Everything was great. Especially the cashier. May God always bless him for his kindness.
Clean, fast, very nice. Support young adults making my burrito. Next time exta cheese for free plz
I arrived a tacobell really hungry and Marcey greated me with a smile and seamed verey interested on what I wanted to eat. This taco bell is very clean and has a great staff..
Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Let’s not kid ourselves — this isn’t fine dining. It’s glorified gas station cuisine wrapped in a paper sleeve and handed to you through a window by someone who’s just as dead inside as you are. But here’s the thing… At 1 a.m., when dignity has left the chat and your stomach is making choices your brain wouldn’t normally approve of — this is five-star cuisine. Suddenly, that questionable meat-product and neon-orange cheese are everything you’ve ever wanted. It’s trash. It’s chaos. It’s culinary self-sabotage. And it’s perfect. Don’t go to Taco Bell expecting quality. Go there to surrender. And maybe… just maybe… to feel something.
They have been pretty good lately. Staff was a little rude last visit but not too bad. Cantina menu and Y2K are fire.
I stopped here for a quick bite. Quick service, great hot and tasty chicken tacos 🌮
The food was amazing compared to other taco bells, well built and LOADED!
The two ladies who had been helping me at the register was so extremely helpful while I was trying to use my ebt card ^_^ but their was an extremely disrespectful man with ginger hair in the back who was making passive aggressive comments about me using ebt. I will be contacting management and even sending an email corporate to complain about how disrespectful it was for him to make the comments he did make. Trust and believe, if youre working at taco bell, your life is DEFINITELY no better than mine.
I rarely go to a Taco Bell, but I was completely starving, hadn't eaten anything for lunch yet, at 3pm. I had to get something in my stomach before I keeled over from starvation. I ordered the same thing that I've ordered for the past 40 years. Burrito Supreme with extra sour cream. It was half the size of what they used to be. Zero sour cream.
I ordered soft taco through drive thru but I don’t know what this is.
Im a regular at taco bell, its cheap. But as of recently, and ONLY at this location, I've gotten horrible food and even horrible service. Including from managment. Honestly? Id rather take the extra drive and go to Maddison avenue taco bell. They care more about cleanliness and customer service than greenback taco bell...
Awful. I have an allergy to dairy, and they put cheese in my food items. I ordered my items fresco style and there was no pico on it, and they put cheese in my food. The cinnamon twists didn’t have cinnamon on them. My drink was half ice. Honestly I’m just upset because they didn’t follow my order, and deliberately put allergens in my food. Don’t eat here. They are lazy.
The food here is alright, but! Every night, there’s a homeless dude with a dog hanging out inside the restaurant, even after the lobby is officially closed! It is extremely unsanitary, especially for a place serving food! I can’t understand why management allows this. It really makes me question the cleanliness standards of this location. I hope Taco Bell addresses this issue soon.
I can understand being busy, and I do respect the employees for how hard and quick they have to work, but there is some level of incompetence with the employees or the training they receive from management at this particular location. I purchased only 2 food items, a burrito and their new "shredded beef dipping taco". Nobody was in front of me in the drive-thru, just potential delivery and dine in orders, but I waited around 15 minutes for my food, while waiting at the window there was zero interaction from the order taker, and at one point it seemed everything came to a halt or there was an issue of some sort. But I was left wondering. Then when I finally received my food, it seemed fine in terms of quantity of items. But then when I arrived home, I ate half of a chicken burrito and alot of the chicken was very dry and seemingly dehydrated, even harder to chew than jerky. Then the other half had almost no chicken.. To make matters worse, when I opened up my new "Shredded Beef Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco" it wasn't even the correct shell, it was supposed to be the plump, crisp, white corn shell they have sometimes. But I received the very chewy, flat, stale, typical yellow corn shell that they always have. It was gross. I'd like to think it was a supply issue and not a lack of awareness or training of the employees, but the fact it was the first day of the release and they did infact have the new shredded beef, it just wouldn't make much sense if that were the case. Unfortunately as much as I don't want to drive extra miles to get an 'enjoyable' Taco Bell meal, it seems as if there is no choice, due to the consistency of disappointment received from this particular location. For numerous reasons.
One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. Where do I start, it has a nice look from the outside, but it’s the inside that’s horrible, first of the all the register was broken they had to use the drive-thru register, after I got my food and went to get sauce packets, the sauce containers were empty, also the bathrooms, there is a huge hole in the wall of the male bathroom that is covered by tape, there was no hand soap, and the one toilet that is in there was so disgusting I had to clean it myself. Just a horrible experience, there is very good Taco Bells just this is a horrible one.
