A nice, clean Burger King that served really fresh, crisp fries when I visited.

No doubt the cleanest Eatery in our weekly journeys. Freshly made sandwiches and polite staff.

Fast service, nice people and the only complaints I would give is they need to have staff go outside and pick up the trash that scumbags throw on the ground when there done eating there. Or get cameras up and start having the dirt bags arrested for littering!

Fries were fresh, and hot, and the cashiers were very helpful, and very friendly, they always call customers by their first name if they are regulars! 5 stars!

These people are serious about their fast food. I love coming here. I hear the shift supervisor yelling out commands to the staff and the staff always answer "yes chef" and I feel like i'm on hells kitchen or something. One time I accidentally brought my own bottle of diet pepsi in there and ordered food and they let me keep it. That says a lot about the people who work here. Super nice. thank you burger king.

Arr, shiver me timbers! Burger King be a veritable treasure chest o' delights. Their juicy burgers be like plunderin' the finest galleon on the high seas. The crew there, as hearty and friendly as any pirate could wish for, makes ye feel right at home in Davy Jones' locker. Their speedy service be faster than a clipper in full sail. Aye, it's a five-star haven for any buccaneer lookin' to satisfy their hunger!

Went to the drive thru a bit too early for lunch, but when I asked if I could purchase something from the lunch menu, they were very kind and accommodating. The employee who brought me my food out front was very kind and their smile made my whole day! Always loved this location ever since I was little. Thank you!

Ate in today..late lunch. Fries were unusually fresh and hot. Area was clean. Some customers had just left their trays with all the paper products still on them at the tray/trash area. An associate got up from her table while eating her lunch and took care of it. Nice job!( this was written in the fall..forgot to hit post!..I do that)

Fast and friendly service. The manager switched all the drinks over on the foundation. I got dr. Pepper and it didn't taste like it. So i called to tell the manager about it she gave me 2 free dr Pepper and a large frie for the inconvenience. I eat there alot every body has a bad day and busy day but she didn't have to do that for me.

Great Burger King. The people inside smiled, were cleaning the floors in between customers. Our food was made fresh, and came out quickly. In one way, it's hard to mess up fast food. On the other hand, usually a visit to a fast food place doesn't involve anyone smiling, or going out of their way to keep the place tidy. Thank you for the smooth experience!

Dependingly slow service with low to medium chance that you are not getting napkins, sause or possibly a sandwich and will have to go back to get it.

It's a Burger King. Prefer it to the other fast food places. Usually the order is hot and correct and the workers are polite. I only use the drive thru so cannot comment on interior of restaurant.

Convenient as my boyfriend works nearby, we often pop over for his lunch. Can’t say anything negative about it really- it’s clean, just a typical BK.

It's a good place to grab some lunch, sometimes you might have to wait a little while for your food but that's because at this location they are mostly understaffed. Not to mention the resturaunt needs an update.

Food at this establishment is always hot with a friendly staff.

The managers are kind and the food is fast especially considering the amount of people in the kitchen! I give major props to the fast food employees that work here they do a splendid job. Personally I hope this place can get updated soon because this store is a little on the old fashioned side. Now before you start to whine about how long it took to get your order know they are working as fast as they can afterall they have to make it fresh. Just note how fast they make sandwiches next time, they don't count the minutes in that kitchen they count the seconds.

My only complaint is that there is a McDonalds sign on the building at their parking lot that says McDonalds just ahead. It's no longer there, so that sign needs to go . Kids wanted McDonald's, drive 4 miles.....nothing. gps said we were at McDonald's at 1/2 mile.

It's fast food. I don't have high expectations. My chocolate milkshake was really good. Location is nice with multiple options to leave the lot and it's a safe spot to leave with all exits having clear good view of traffic. Not a heavy traffic area in the evening.

Not much to say. It's like every other BK. Employees can range from friendly and happy to be working to acting like they're doing you a favor.

Lobby was empty. After looking around and seeing how dirty it is, I'm not surprised. Plenty of staff working, I see no reason for tables and floors to be dirty. Sandwiches look like they were thrown together from across the kitchen.

I would more than appreciate a list of the hours of operation for the dining room as the current schedule seems highly misleading. Some people like to walk if they're close, but cannot order as the drive thru is the only way to order food.

It was burger king. Home of the whooper! We went through drive through. The fries where cooked perfect and hot. The cheese melted on our whoopers and nothing missing from our order. I call that a good day. Friendly service and actually pretty fast too. I will eat again there when I am starved to the point that fast food sounds good!!!!

Well, it's burger king. Definitely better than McDonald's. But poison is poison. If you decide to put the poison in your body. It's a typical fast food restaurant. Sometimes you get all your order correct and than sometimes you'll be ridding back through the drive-thru.

I'm not a fan of fast food, but have not rated this any lower because of that. Their service is typically prompt, and the staff has been courteous any time I've been there. I took one star off of the rating because I feel that the price of the food (when not purchased with a coupon or the discounts from the mobile app) is a excessive for the amount and quality of food you get. I took a second star off due to the SALT (that they call seasoning) which they started to add to their burgers about half a year ago. I waited to see if they would do away with this horrible decision (which many employees don't even like but it's a corporate policy) before posting a review. *A helpful tip for people who don't like the taste of salt, or want/need to reduce it in their diet, is that you CAN request your burgers/Whoppers/etc to have no seasoning added. They will taste MUCH better!*

I tried the limited time steakhouse burger just now through door dash, and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of sauce on my sandwich. Half the bun is dry in the center and there was a hint of sauce around the edges. I don't like my burgers without sauce and it might as well have not had any on it. It kinda ruins the experience. I had to put ketchup on it. 🤦🏻

I don't think they have ever given me what I have ordered. I don't think I will ever go there again. I have given them several chances and I guess this was my last. Twice I have received diet coke instead of coke. One time we received chicken fries on top of a whopper junior. I have received sandwiches with onions, when I ordered NO onions and the same with lettuce. The list of mistakes goes on and on. And now the prices have increased dramatically, so I am DONE with Burger King....

Slowest service ever. I come here often for lunch due to working nearby and it's always a 15+ minute wait even if you show up after the lunch rush.

Not the classiest place to take your girlfriend on her 67th birthday, it gave her diarrhea like no tomorrow. Couldn't get the smell out of the trailer for about 4 days or so. The food was pretty greasy though so that's a plus.

The Titusville BK has the worse food I have ever had, there are so many other things that are wrong with the place it's the worse fast food joint around here and don't have time to keep going..... Go else where if in Titusville, PA or if you want and only BK go else where ... Employees are nice enough!!!

The falconer NY location has gone downhill drastically it seems. The other day I got a whopper that had brown lettuce and slimy tomatoes, today I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and the mayo was bad, to the point 1 bite made me vomit. The customer service was horrible as well, the cashier was rude and acted disgusted to take my money and my coupon. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I've been to this burger king several times got good food tonight I order a single whopper with cheese and bacon got raw cold bacon on it what a complete joke service and atmosphere seemed fine that's why this place gets 2 stars

Ordered a Rodeo King burger. Suppose to have cheese, bacon and mayo. Got sandwich home all it has was a tiny squirt of bbq sauce and 3 onion rings.. When i called i was tokd bacon and cheese doesn't come on it. I said the menu on line said it does. Said online menu must be wrong but not his problem. Will not order from here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a ch'king sandwich and what I got was a piece of rubber with breading that was rock hard on a bun. The chicken itself didnt taste like chicken at all. The whole sandwhich and wrapper was soaked in sauce and mayo. Extremely messy and not in a good way.

Everytime i go there their coke icee machine is never working... Thought maybe wrong time of day so went at diff times and never got to have a coke icee just cherry. I think it's broke and they don't want to fix it lol

How can you make a bacon king and not put bacon on it??

Always check and make sure they put everything you ordered in the bag before you leave the parking lot and take your receipts! They always forget some things in the bag. But they always compensate you later (when you are no longer hangry) I try to avoid eating at any restaurant these days.

Pretty disappointed!! In town for work and went to go to BK and I have a box truck at 10:39pm. Lobby is closed but drive through open. Called to see if lobby was open and an employee states “No and I can’t have you walking through the drive through either” All they had to do was let us order and walk up to pay and pick up.

Ordered a crispy chicken salad. Grossest salad ever!!! Went to drive through, took home to eat…. Lettuce was extremely brown & limp, the chicken was as hard as a rock & looked like it had been sitting there for quite some time. The only thing good that was eaten was the croutons & the bacon. Very disappointed!

When you order breakfast you expect it to be fresh tasting. The hash browns tasted like nasty old fry oil. We had to throw them out. Don't they have standards on changing their oil?

Doesn’t make sense that the dining room closes at 10 and trailers can’t go through the drive thru. Apparently trailers are supposed to unhook in the parking lot and rebook to get served after 10. Guess if you don’t want business make this the policy. Pretty stupid. Super rude workers and dumb policy if I could give zero stars I would.

DriveThru sandwich had UNCOOKED BACON!!! Sink your teeth into that and BurgerKing will never appeal again. Discovered after far enough away to make it impractical to go back. Also recent remodeling has added stone facade extentions to protect their DriveThru window at the expense of your vehicle side mirrors. I won't be returning.
