The best Italian food I've had in Southern California. They even have a drive thru where you can call, place order over the phone, and pick up authentic Itailan food which is unheard of! You will not be disappointed spending your money here. They have my highest recommendation.

Wow, this place was amazing! I got a pasta (orecchiette aragosta); my husband got the chicken parmesan. We came here on a random Friday night. I'm so thankful my husband found this place. This is so much better than Vigilucci's in Carlsbad. If you're looking for a satisfying Italian dinner at a place that feels homey and comfortable and is worth the price, stop here without a second thought. Made the drive here from Oceanside, so worth it, and can't wait until our next visit! Everything was perfect: the food, the seating, the decor... Also, all of the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They also just seemed happy. Kai and Ozzie were great. The bread, entrees, and dessert were fantastic.

Omg what a place to eat !!!! Oh GLUTEN FREE pizza and pasta which is huge because I love Italian but most places don’t offer gluten free. We got the wedge salad which was huge by the way a side of fries a gluten free pizza and pasta . It was amazing the flavor was perfect I mean everything about this place was A1! Their fries were delicious idk what kind of oil they use but wow. Spectacular pizza spectacular pasta spectacular food and service!!!! Their water is purified which is a big deal for someone who only drinks water with their meals!!!!!

Excellent service & amazing food! Our waiter was very kind, welcoming, and professional. Visited during lunch time and the wait for the food was less than 30 mins. The quality and flavors of the food was incredible! It def did not disappoint! Highly recommend!

What a gem! Spectacular homemade Italian food with amazing service. You won't be disappointed by anything on the menu (not that I've tried everything yet!). Even their breadsticks are baked fresh and served perfectly. Their pastas are cooked wonderfully and the prices are fair. Not sure if I can get much better in Fallbrook or anywhere else!

Wanted to love this place. Service was on point. Food however, was just ok. We ordered the capellini with shrimp. We've had this same dish elsewhere. It showed up looking like a soup. It had zero flavor. I couldnt taste the garlic or basil and the cook put a ton of tomatoes in it. We ordered to start the chopped wedge salad. $18 dollars for a big bowl of iceberg lettuce,4 cherry tomatoes halves and really small bacon bits. One salad fed both of us but that quite pricey for something that really only cost them probably a dollar. Ive ordered chopped salads before and it always has red onion. I really wanted to like this place. It has good ratings. Maybe we can try this place once more and will have to try the pizza.

My friends and I went to have dinner at Trupiano's Italian Bistro, and I have to share how wonderful it was! As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home with the cozy and inviting vibe. Our server, Claudia, was an absolute gem! She welcomed us with a bright smile and really made our evening special. She knew the menu inside and out and gave us some fantastic recommendations—seriously, don’t miss the homemade pasta! She was always there when we needed something, but never overdid it, making us feel well taken care of without being rushed. The food? Oh my goodness, it was delicious! Every dish was packed with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. It felt like a little taste of Italy on our plates. The bread sticks is so fresh and I can't eat only one. Overall, I can’t recommend Trupiano's Italian Bistro enough! With amazing food and Claudia's fantastic service, we left feeling happy and satisfied.

Parking was a bit hard to find, but the restaurant was pretty busy. The chicken was dry, but overall the food was pretty good. Plates ordered: chicken Alfredo fettuccine, regular fettuccine Alfredo, linguini with tomato sauce, chicken with vegetables. Complimentary breadsticks (we got two each).

The food looks good but it is bland. The service was good but slow. The restaurant is older, the booth we sat in had cracks on the cushions, and the lighting was poor. I really wanted to enjoy this place but it was very mediocre.

Place is pretty pretentious for what they offer, kitchen likes to close a half hour before listed regularly and they do not answer their phone majority of the time. So don’t bother making a trip in the evening if you live far. Don’t bother ordering take out either, they will cancel your order through DoorDash too. Do not recommend. No, my intention was not to hurt but go ahead and try to make it personal. My intention is to warn people from driving far to get takeout here when you don’t bother to even greet customers half the time. I’ve been in this establishment quite a few times and have had your food. It isn’t life changing but it’s decent, that’s why I gave it 3 stars. Sorry, you disagree with my opinion. Aside from that, every time I’ve been in this place, the host station is abandoned and the person coming out from the kitchen greeting doesn’t seem to want to serve you at all. The server that greeted me, walked up and said “can I help you?” I’m curious how another fine dining restaurant would treat a person waiting at the door to be greeted. Also, closing your kitchen a half an hour before closing time is pretentious, especially because my order was already placed, they cancelled it because they wanted to leave early. I’ve worked in restaurants, kitchen doesn’t close a half an hour before closing time unless it’s a bar. Any sit down restaurant would grab a menu and ask “dining in or takeout?”. Maybe you’re successful in a small town because there’s a ton of people living here and very few options for Italian. Hole in the wall places have been open 21 years, doesn’t mean their service is 4 star quality. If you don’t want to accommodate for takeout order, just don’t offer it, simple as that. I’ll give you two stars since you bothered to reply. Not everything is 5 stars just because you exist. It’s funny how you say you’re committed to your community but when someone from that very same community has constructive criticism…you can’t seem to hear a thing. My inbox is open if you’d like to reply and actually settle this like a decent business. Somehow I doubt you’re willing though.

I an not a fan of this restaurants food. I have tried this restaurant numerous times over the last five years and I will not be going back as the taste and execution of the plates are in need of much improvement. Of my overall 2 out of 10 dishes were acceptable. They do get good reviews and frankly it confuses me based on my experience here. The picture is chicken piccata. Plain under seasoned chicken breasts pan fried with a diluted sauce and capers thrown over it. Very plain with no taste to speak of. Their saving grace is that the ingredients were fresh. And, to their credit, their service is always very good.
