Siamo stati 2 mesi a Firenze per studiare ed rinforzare il italiano e abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante con un ambiente fantastico e rilassante con un cibo molto salutare . Le persone che lavorano nel posto sono super simpatiche soprattutto Lupita e Glenis sono molto contenta di aver fatto la loro conoscenza ed è per quello siamo diventati dei clienti frequenti.

Finalmente un posto dove si può bere acqua di cocco, buonissima! Cibo altrettanto buono. Personale gentilissimo, in particolare Glendys. Luogo molto carino.

Caffè ristorante dentro il negozio Luisa via Roma. Locale carino, tranquillo e confortevole, per l'inverno ho preferito la stanza chiusa con vetrate che guarda sulla terrazza interna, arredata sempre per il locale. Servizio ottimo, cordiale ma non invadente, buona qualità dei piatti, che sono un po' inusuali ed abbondanti. Il pane senza glutine è una favola, sembra un ciambellone salato di eccellente qualità. 40 euro a testa per antipasto, secondo, calice di vino, acqua e caffè. Peccato non essere riuscite ad assaggiare il dolce. Molte opzioni senza glutine, e attenzione nel chiarire che ci potrebbe essere cross contamination. Torneremo, sicuramente.

Aperitivo con amici ; ottimo servizio e otrimi cocktail, ci torneremo sicuramente.

This is a hidden gem! Its hidden away on the 1st floor of a clothes shop called Luisa. But if you find it, you will be blown away. Super friendly staff who were very upbeat and happy to chat, amazing food, and the decor inside and on the terrace was so cool. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mango lassi on the menu, but everything i had was 💯. Definitely recommend!

An oasis of calm, slightly off the beaten track in this stunning city. It was a joy to stumble upon here after a hot walk! Stunning interiors, exceptional service and delicious coffee and food. We ended up staying in here for a good few hours; they have sumptuous sofas and chairs to sink into after a day of walking and sightseeing. I would highly recommend this wonderful place.

One of the best brunches in Florence. The food tasted amazing and clean. Claudia was the nicest person we met. We ordered Halloumi, avocado on toast with poached eggs, sweet potato waffles and granola bowl. Everything was 10/10 very delicious with so much flavors I highly recommend this place 😍

The inside of the restaurant is very nice and the waiters are very nice! Always smiling. The food was also delicious and highly recommend the mango milkshake. One thing to note is that the food portions are a bit large and you need to be careful when ordering.

We had Claudia as our server and she was wonderful. Food was terrific — sea bass + salmon 10/10 and smoked salmon avocado was also incredible. It’s inside the clothing store on the 2nd floor, it’s worth the find. Definitely a hidden gem in the area

If Florence had a SoHo House, it would feel like this. The menu is a bit limited but that’s made up for by the fantastic food and quality ingredients. And, as much as I love Italian food, this is a nice respite from the usual pasta, pizza, & bistecca. The Whispering Lavender is one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, the design of the place is just fabulous, the environment is cozy, quiet and luxurious. Considering it's right next door to the main attraction in Firenze the prices are more than fair. It was the best brunch food I have ever eaten, and I have been to my fair number of brunches. Recommended fully.

Great place for breakfast, brunch and lunch! It was just a little hard to find inside the LUISA shopping center! Go inside and head to the terrace. Kind staff and delicious dishes. We loved the atmosphere! Buonissimo! Not accessible by wheelchair. Very small elevator for baby stroller.

Hidden retreat in the heart of Florence. This cafe can be found inside the Luisaviaroma clothing store. Walk into the store, go up the stairs to level 1 and turn right and go through the glass doors. Cool, peaceful and comfortable. The food was delicious. My wife had the salmon Poke Bowl and I had the Carribbean Chicken. The person looking after us was very friendly and spoke English, which made it easier for us. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of having breakfast at Floret Artisan Kitchen & Bar and was thoroughly impressed. The place has a fantastic atmosphere, with a cozy and modern decor that promotes relaxation. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. I ordered waffles with yogurt and fresh fruits, and a pokebowl with vegetables, avocado, salmon, and edamame. Both dishes were fresh, well-balanced, and satisfying. The waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the pokebowl was packed with fresh ingredients. To accompany my meal, I had a freshly pressed detox juice, which was refreshing and flavorful. It perfectly complemented the rest of the meal, adding a touch of lightness and freshness. Floret Artisan Kitchen & Bar is an excellent spot for breakfast, offering tasty and healthy food in a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Such a beautiful place for brunch in the centre of Florence! It is not easy to find it (it is on the 1st floor of Luisaviaroma store), but you have to go there! Lots of healthy options (avocado bread, waffles etc.), good coffee, beautiful interior and really nice service too. We loved it here!

What a beautiful place to take a break, enjoy a warm coffee, quality healthy food, and take in the cozy vibe with a good book. I had the granola bowl with Greek yogurt and it was delicious. Located inside the store, this artisan eatery can easily be missed because of the fancy designer clothing and apparel. Although it offers a small variety/options for food, the quality of food will not disappoint you. FYI- This isn't your typical Italian eatery, do think twice before visiting The guacamole was astounding and well garnished; the chips were fresh and crunchy. The beyond burger is something one should definitely try. The ingredients used are fresh and it reflects in the taste with each bite. It was hot and I gave bloody Mary a try and boy did it live up to its hype. I'd give the choco peach brownie an average score (as I am still not into vegan bakes and tastes). I definitely suggest visiting floret and experiencing the little restaurant a try. It should not be missed. Price point: above average

Went with a couple of friends for a lovely brunch. Their menus were very interesting, the wonder waffles I tried were amazing! Super flavourful and filling, would definitely recommend. I’d love to return, even just to grab some drinks and a snack; the hummus was delicious, but my friend said their guacamole is even better! Service was also superb, very warm and welcoming.

Dopo tanto tempo finalmente un giorno di relax in centro tra chiacchiere e shopping. Stanche di camminare ci siamo fermate al Floret all’interno di LUISAVIAROMA. Ambiente cool e curato con toni tendenti al verde e che ricordano la natura, atmosfera tranquilla, quando siamo andate noi mettevano a disposizione anche delle coperte perché faceva abbastanza fresco. Abbiamo ordinato due detox buone!! Posto carino dove fare una conversazione rilassante e sopratutto fare foto!

Di bello solo il posto in generale ma servizio poco attento come anche in cucina , per poco la mia compagna non rischia di avere lo stomaco perforato da una spilla lasciata dentro il piatto !! Tutto fumo e niente arrosto .. per di più ci liquidano con un misero compromesso di 8€ di sconto sul conto totale… non tornerò sicuramente..

Bello il posto… ma il servizio è veramente imbarazzante e il cibo di qualità scadente che ovviamente te lo fanno pagare caro! È solo per turisti per due foto e basta.

Siamo arrivati in questo locale con grandi aspettative, ma l'accoglienza è stata assolutamente inesistente. Appena entrate, non c'era nessuno che ci abbia accolto o fatto sentire a nostro agio. I tavoli erano sporchi, con evidenti tracce di cibo e macchie, come se non fossero stati puliti da ore. Le bevande erano davvero pessime. Il caffè era praticamente inguardabile e impossibile da bere, con un sapore che non avevamo mai incontrato in un locale. Davvero deludente, considerando che ci si aspetta almeno un minimo di qualità in relazione al prezzo . Ma la cosa più irritante è accaduta subito dopo che ci sono state portate le bevande: ci è stato detto in modo molto scortese che dovevamo andare, nonostante ci fossero ancora posti liberi. Un comportamento davvero maleducato che ci ha lasciato senza parole. Non ci siamo sentiti minimamente i benvenuti . Non ci torneremo mai più, e sinceramente non consigliamo questo posto a nessuno. Un'esperienza davvero da dimenticare.
