This Panda Express location is excellent. It was a pleasant surprise; we were traveling by car and stopped there for lunch. The food was very good, flavorful, and delicious. The staff were very polite and hardworking.

Panda Express! I love stopping by.. I was a hater when they opened up years ago.. just because I grew up on mom and pop homemade goodness.. but I’m a changed man.. I love stopping by Panda Express when I get the chance.. I need something fast! I need a healthy clean meal.. it’s a no brainer.. Yes, I do stop at mom and pops.. but this is def my go to when I’m on the run. The staff is great.. and the food healthy and delicious!

This place is great. It is always busy and there is a line most of the times but the staff makes sure the customers are served fast, you don't really wait that much. The longest time I ever waited was 5 minutes, to wait for fresh rolls. Always a great many and many options for everyone.

Went there for lunch. Its was very busy but the staff had to deal with a difficult customer and I thought they handled it very well. My meal was tasty. I had orange chicken (a little spicy) beef and broccoli with noodles and crab ragoon. About $11 bucks which is kind of on the high end but the portion was fair. We back be soon.

Portion size of a 'plate' was really good. Taste of the entrees was nice as well. The meat was tender, tossed in tasty sauce. Though, the disappointing thing was the long wait (line), and also the undercooked rice. There were still raw rice pieces what made it unpleasant to eat. Seating area was clean.

I haven’t eaten at a Panda Express in years but today stopped in for lunch. Wow have they gone downhill! I believe this would have a Billy goat reaching for the pepto bismol. DISGUSTING. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with this location, the staff is very nice. It’s just the franchise. The rice is dry and gross, the spring rolls not much different. If you like Panda Express then I’m sure you’ll like this location, the staff is very nice.

After my failed emergency dentist appointment. I walked over to Panda Express. I ordered the plate of firecracker shrimp, teriyaki chicken, a mix of undone noodles and dry fried rice with a watermelon mango lemonade. I couldn’t really eat the noodles and rice which turned me off from the whole plate but I will say for people who enjoy spicy food the shrimp was the best ( vegetables were not cooked well still hard)and the teriyaki chicken (make sure you ask for the sauce packet because they stoped putting it on the chicken). The lemonade was refreshing for a hot day. Over all I just picked the meat out of it. I don’t know too much about them having bad service since they are in a high traffic area with several other fast food restaurants. Fridays must not be a good day in this area to come and do anything like feed yourself walk into a nail salon or go yo the dentist one hell of a way to spend a day

Not good food I spend 20 dollars and food was bad. Iam always exited about the egg rolls but they where really bad over fried. The cho mein made with some thick noodles that looked like spaghetti.

Please steam the brocoli. And please get take out bags or containers that can be cealed for delivery orders. My food I got was very little portioned and the drinks were stuffed in the same bag with the food plates tied in a knot. Separate the bottled drinks. And ceal the delivery orders for safety.

I've been here before and it has been better but today was a total let down, I honestly should have just returned the food. Rice tasted like they recooked it from the day before and the orange chicken was the last of the batch dried out. Only thing decent was the noodles that had just come out. Probably won't return to this location.

I got to Panda every day but lately the staff that's there now is not and good staff,why I say that I have seen how there makes their plates on the race of the customer,and I highly don't agree with that I went in tonight and asked the young do they have a bigger size plate then the regular one and she told me NO come to find out the young lady that rang me up told there's one that comes with three meats just as my ole man told me....😡

I had a disappointing experience at this Panda Express location. The customer service was very poor, and the staff were not friendly or welcoming. My order was prepared incorrectly, and when I politely brought it to their attention and asked for it to be remade, my request was refused. I then asked for a refund, which was also denied. One of the employees stated that she was the manager, but she also refused to resolve the issue. Due to the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to correct a mistake, I would not recommend this location.

How is this even possible? A line a people wating and no sense of urgency. I see two people in the back. Not doing anything. Ihavinv a conversation.dont you plan for your peak period

On 11/27/25 visited the store around 7 pm I made the line for 30 minutes when it was time to order they didn’t have most of the menu the service is terrible

This lady with No smile and No customer service skills at all was the reason there was a line up in store. She had No sense of urgency at all! She’s just placing rice and noodles in a box with her head down, No eye contact and not understanding the customers what the customers want and how big of a group it is. She’s just lining things up for other two girls instead of making first group of people pay up etc and finish within their order. Food was sitting on the counter for literally over 20 mins that when we had our food, It was ice cold. I didn’t wanted to go back and complain about cold food. This girl should be removed if you want better reviews and better customer service for Your restaurant! Definitely not coming here and waiting over 30 mins just to get my food and it’s cold!

**Review for Panda Express:** I had a very disappointing experience at the Panda Express recently. The service was rushed, and our order was skipped over, causing unnecessary delays. This is unacceptable for a place that prides itself on quick service. To make matters worse, when I requested extra chicken while in the drive-thru, Damian, the employee in the picture, told the server we would have to wait because they had a line full of customers. Additionally, the food quality was terrible. The rice was undercooked, the orange chicken tasted freezer burnt, the teriyaki chicken was burnt, and the noodles were dry. This lack of organization and customer care, combined with poor food quality, is frustrating, and I hope the management addresses these issues promptly.

I ordered door dash a beef and broccoli now I’m by no means a big woman but what they packages sold and delivered for a total of 10$ would be the amount I serve my toddler and if i didn’t feel like going out now I’m hangry insulted and frankly so disappointed not just with this but how we have the audacity to charge so much for so little and feel good about it especially for freaking food yall ought to be ashamed do way better this is absolutely disgusting and a eye opener because it’s honestly happening everywhere

3/23/24 update... as you can see, i want to like this place so i keep giving it chances. so, new manager and kitchen is running faster than ever. shes trying like hell to get this store fixed. the issues now are corporate level. soap dispenser was busted open. no soap in men's room. homeless people are coming in, bathing in the restroom and stealing the soap. hey Panda, why don't you lock the bathrooms?!? homeless people are also walking in through side door and filling their cups and jugs. now you have a health issue. as a paying customer, i ultimately end up paying for this. move the drink dispenser BEHIND the counter. 7/19/23 update.. the panda isnt only asleep, it also lacks common sense. huge backup in MIDDLE of line. why? completed meals stuck in line behind incomplete meals. if a meal is complete and ready to be paid for, move it forward.... duh. needless to say i left. They should rename this Sleeping Panda. I have yet to go here and experience any form of "express". Come here during lunch or dinner time and you are guaranteed a line out the door. It's FAST FOOD... Where's the "fast" part?!? The food is actually tasty and portions are fair. If they could get the express part happening, this would be a regular stop for me.

Unfortunately, I can’t give them less than one star, although even zero is a super generous rate for them! We are vegan, and we love vegan Chinese cuisine. We bought their noodle before when our favorite Chinese restaurant was closed. It was full of celery and with proper amount of juiciness. Today we ordered again, and it was a dry, celery-less noodle with a weird and unpleasant smell. We couldn’t eat our food and left it after the first bite. Unfortunately, it wasn't the end of the story. It made me sick, and I can tell confidently it wasn't vegan. If you are vegan or have any sensitivity or allergy to animal source products give yourself a favor and stay away from this store.

Food is great, but the takeout system is terrible. I ordered online to save time waiting in line, but when I arrived my order was ready and sitting there while they made me wait by myself in a separate line while they took care of all the other walk in customers first, all while my food is getting cold. What is the point of take out if they make us wait longer then walk in customers. Also they never add Walnuts in the Honey walnut shrimp.

Made an online order to be ready at 825pm. I get there at 830pm and order was not ready. 10 min pass and the staff finally noticed me and ask me for my name. They come and said no steam rice. Granted things happens. I tell her fried rice is okay, she walks off and go to take care of next guest. I ask a different staff for my order and whats the point paying ahead and ordering if the lines moves faster. At exactly 850pm I finally get my order. Im sure im not the only one that this happens to. They need better staff in there that knkws how to manage things.

Honestly I know I will eat here again because what option do we really have but this place keeps going downhill. The attitude from the employees and manager herself is HORRIBLE. No planning or process set up, no preparing for lunch rushes, horrendous communication, horrible customer service, and the revolving door there is hilarious. The prices are going up and the portions are going down. I write all this knowing i will back to eat because its the only thing like it around and when u r rushing for lunch but my frequency of visits will go way down. So sad my loss in the end because you know they wont even take the time to read and understand this to better themselves.

Manager was unprofessional in handling a situation involving a individual who was soliciting for change and food. Manager interrupted paying customers to adhere to solicitor by providing multiple plates of food at no charge. Solicitor then continued to verbally harass and mock multiple paying customers prior to me leaving establishment. I wasnt comfortable in this establishment therefore I couldnt continue my transaction and left to eat somewhere else.
