This is a great place to take the grandkids. They love the burgers and I love the salads. We all get an ice cream for dessert 🍨. Fantastic prices. Service is awesome and the place is very clean. Going back today.

We wanted to grab a quick bite and as we were checking found that this Braums location at cross timbers was serving a limited spicy pimento burger. We wanted to try that and this spicy pimento burger did add a delightful kick to with a rich and creamy pimento cheese topping , bacon to complement the juicy burger patty. We also always have their chicken tenders which are usually crispy and flavorful, making them a tasty choice. The Braums sauce is a good dip for the tenders. We also tried their chili for the first time . The service is always best and it was no different this time the smiling staff provide a positive feeling.Surely a 'visit again'.

Really depends on who's running the show when they keep managers that have moral compasses it shows in the cleanliness and the employee's attitudes. Because there's so much high turnovers everywhere it's hit and miss but when the consistency is there I would prefer it over many other places for breakfast lunch even dinner especially dessert they also have a very small grocery store that you can buy fresh produce meats eggs etc. I like going there if I want to grab dinner like a steak and I know I don't have to go through the mega stores and I get what I pay for. I loved returning after having spent years in a state that didn't have a Braums. My husband got to experience it for the first time and gushed about the "retro design" and little shopping center. It's the perfect place to pick up a few grocery needs and grab dinner. I know I despise spending hours grocery shopping, just to come home and be expected to cook something. The milkshakes are to die for and the sauce that came with the chicken tenders was perfectly spiced but I oque enough that it stood out among the minimal varieties offered by other comparable restaurants.

On Friday evening it was slammed!! The drive thru was wrapped around the building! But even though it was almost a 15 minute wait for my food in the drive thru i didn't mind waiting. Olivia was at the window and was profusely apologizing for the wait and had such a bubbly personality. Food was great and worth the wait! 10/10 would go again

Sometimes you’re just not in the mood to run to the grocery store… I was able to stop in and get everything I needed to make spaghetti without having to go up to Tom Thumb or Kroger‘s… As usual the store is perfect and the staff is very attentive And always seem to be happy… Thank you very much BRAUMS, this location rocks!

I gave this store 5 stars for one reason. This store has the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of shopping with . I shop Braum's alot and do so in many different stores. What is unique here is the friendliness and cheerful atmosphere that surrounds this place. I am met with a smile as well as super service. Al the employees are terrific. It feels nice to go into a store and have an employee make you laugh. Spend time helping you and never push you to hurry up when busy. The one on one they give you is a pleasant change of pace. There is a dynamic force in this store and his name is AUSTIN! This guy is Always smiling and makes an effort to make you feel like he cares , because he really does, he is funny and fun and an absolute delight! He sets the pace and mood in the store I believe, and seems to really know his customers. So many of us shop there just because of the lighthearted fun atmosphere , looking forward to a sundae, gallon of milk , and a laugh. Ice cream is fun and should be. I watched the other night and almost everyone left there with a smile on their face . I did ! This is why I felt driven to review this upbeat ,fun ,and exceptional store. Go there. I love this Braums! Granted, it's my neighborhood store, but the people always seem eager to help. The food is always excellent. If you haven't had the sandwiches or salads, you're missing out. Go on in, try something new everytime, breakfast, lunch, dinner... it doesn't matter! You'll thank me later!

Ice cream is great! The prices are even better. My kids love coming here, I personally recommend trying the candy mix yogurt. It's awesome! The store inside has some great selection on products, and definitely give it a try.

Promised my granddaughter ice cream on the way home from attending NCAA Gymnastics Semi finals. She apparently frequents Braum's as I didn't know she was familiar with it or where in Flower Mound one might be. (I live in Dallas and frequent ours for dinner or desserts). Ice cream was yummy. She was the happiest 6 year old with a chocolate mustache I've seen in a while. My favorite is chocolate with almond slivers in a waffle bowl. Staff was very friendly and restaurant clean. We have been visiting this Braums for years and the over last two years the service there has become Excellent! The manager is such a hard worker and goes the extra mile over and over. The employees are quick and efficient. It's a blessing not to have to wait too long for my ice cream, lol. Beautiful clean store with great management and employees!

This Braums always provides excellent food and service! We love the Strawberry poppyseed Salad and the #1 combo. The quality you get for the price cannot be beat. The staff is also super kind and friendly, much more so than a typical fast food restaurant. Recently we got a Christmas stocking from Bruams as part of their kids meal. My 4yo was devastated weeks later to find out we had discarded it after Christmas. I reached out to the store and spoke with Austin, they still had a few in stock and we were able to reunite my 4yo with his Braums stocking. Thanks Braums team for saving the day!

Braum’s was a hit for the whole family! I had a couple of cheeseburgers that were hot, juicy, and packed with flavor — definitely better than your average fast food. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the buns were perfectly toasted. The real stars of the show were the ice cream treats for the kids. They were in heaven with all the flavors and options, and it made the meal feel like a full-on outing, not just a quick bite. Friendly service, clean restaurant, great prices — Braum’s nailed it. We'll definitely be coming back again soon!

This is the one where I got the delicious burger and fries. The burger tastes homemade. It was really good. My issue was I felt like the girl at the window held my drink hostage. I had to wait way too long to get it. It was sitting in the window. The worst thing was she didn't put the top on securely and it spilled all over my shirt! This is one of my favorite places in this area. I went there for my first time and didnt really know what to order. Olivia and Beau where so welcoming and friendly that i felt i had to leave a great review for them. Everyone else was working hard and making sure customers god their food on time. I got a delicious ice cream thanks to Olivias help. I definitely wanna come back when i get the chance again. Btw the prices are defintely priced fairly. I also love the diversity of the staff and even the customers.

The food and ice cream is delicious ! Very inexpensive compared to other fast food chains. Love going shopping in the little market place in the store. The tables are kept clean. But, if you find one that is not the employees are more than happy to clean one for you. The only reason I mentioned that because it does get busy on the weekends.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was a bit off. 5 or 6 people standing behind the counter and no one really wanted to acknowledge my presence. Took about 2 to 3 minutes for someone to get enough courage to take my order. I'm really not a scary person. A few tables needed to be wiped off in the dining area. Odd that son many had nothing to do but there were tables needing attention. Hard to beat the classic #1 combo with a side of Braum's sauce for the fries. Burger and fries were both fresh and hot.

Stopped in with my wife for a late night ice cream as we’re moving. I had the German Chocolate ice cream which I enjoyed, but my wife’s mint chocolate chip tasted like Colgate toothpaste. Would definitely recommend something other than that mint chocolate chip for your next visit.

20 minute drive thru wait on a Sunday evening and I ordered a hot fudge sundae with peanut butter sauce and got a peanut butter ice cream hot fudge sundae :/ so long wait time and my order was wrong.

Pretty good ice cream, and the small grocery section is a nice stop outside of a supermarket! But, ice cream varieties change regularly without consistency, and fast food is a hit or miss.

I love Braums and normally never have issues, but on May 10th I had to repeat my order several times before it was input correctly. I ordered a number 13 but with mayo and Braums sauce like the number 1 but they put the Braums dipping sauce on the burger so not sure if that was the order taker or the kitchen staff who made that mistake.

Ice creams/ frozen yogurt is always good. Staff turn over is great making service very I consistent. Tables are often nasty and checking out groceries can be very challenging. Make sure.to ring door bell on counter top near register.

I love Braums, but they take their time. Service is good, but slow. I'm waiting 20 min minimum every time drive thru or inside even if I'm the only customer. Today I waited around 40 minutes in the drive thru. Would of gone inside but the the way the lot is set up, I couldn't go around or park. Waited about 5 minutes at the intercom and would've waiting more if I hadn't pulled up. It's the same if I go inside. I'll try a different location next time.

It seems trivial to complain about a mix. It’s our favorite thing and yet we never get a good one. What’s the point of a menu item that says candy swirled in, but all you get is a cup full of ice cream with a tiny spoon of candy on top. Like it’s not even mixed and there’s hardly a small spoon of candy. If I wanted a cup of frozen yogurt I’d order that.

Handed my shake to the person in front of me at the drive thru, realized as they started to pull away, almost had them back in to me, took the drink back and then gave it to me.. pretty sure that’s health code violation. And they forgot my sauce.

Our first visit to this location and we were excited about it. Then we made it to the parking lot which is oddly arranged around the building and makes it slightly annoying to maneuver into the drive thru. The manager was on window duty and seemed impatient for us to order. I asked for a moment to finish adjusting my car. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo & a cheeseburger combo. The patties were not fresh, they were obviously re-warmed which gave the burger a weird aftertaste. Lettuce & tomato were old (so tragic). Fries? You guessed it! Old and cold.The tea was terrible! When in Texas, use a reasonable amount of sugar to make tea please and thank you! No smile or being spoken to in a friendly manner. But, they did take the time to stare at my daughter and I as we chatted amongst ourselves as we waited for this poor excuse of edible food. Needless to say, I wouldn't choose coming here again.

I always go to get a scoop of ice cream for my kids on the weekends, and the worker with the nametag “Devin” always rolls his eyes at us or is just overall disrespectful and unprofessional. Braums, please do something about this.

Every single time I come their frozen yogurt machine isn’t working. Half the time it’s the vanilla not freezing. Tonight it was both the vanilla not freezing AND they were out of chocolate. I still have never been able to get a swirl frozen yogurt at this particular Braum’s. I never have any issues at the Grapevine Braum’s. They seem to have it together and a machine that actually works. Even when they’ve run out of vanilla, I only have to wait like 5 minutes and then my swirl cone is ready. At this point, now I will only go to Grapevine since I can trust their stuff to actually work. Fix your frozen yogurt machine!!!

I went around 1:06pm on Dec 16, 2024 and we ordered our food and from the box the lady was very rude and the tone of voice sounded very sarcastic and annoyed. I asked for a Dbl 1/4 cheeseburger combo #2 and a 1/4 cheeseburger combo #1 and the food was correct and it tasted good there was just a lack of customer service. When we got to the window she seemed very mad and when we asked for brum sauce as we forgot to do at the speaker she sighed loudly and said we have to do that at the speaker because it’s a extra charge. We didn’t mind paying for the extra charge but she only gave us 1 brum sauce after asking for 3. I didn’t catch her name but she was a older lady and had a manager tag on. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else

I'm new in town and heard all the hype about this place. The only good thing I can say is that the burgers were hot. There was so much salt on the burgers and fries it was unbearable to try to eat them. The kid at the pickup window pretty much threw the bag of food at me. If I could give negative stars I would. Never again will I go there.

This was the second time I had to turn back around because they messed up my family's order. Our order isn't even complicated. The vents look like they have mold on them in the ice cream area in the front. The service used to not suck this bad. All the fries taste old even when they seem fresh kuz they mix them in with the stale ones. They don't give you napkins or the sauce you ordered. This has been the cherry on a ridiculous day. We just wanted dinner to be quick and delicious 😑 not another problem. That's literally why we get fast food the very rare times we do. Definitely done spending money at Braums.

Ok Guys, this one is going to be tough because I am from the Midwest and we absolutely ❤️ Braums but unfortunately Tonight (Saturday) we went to grab a sweet treat but once there it was a lil bit of a line and people were trying to figure out what they wanted. So what I'm going to do is list the negatives FIRST, then the Positives. 1. The Hispanic young male whose name was pannin (or something to that effect) couldn't speak good English. That will fly with fast food but a place like Braums in upscale Flowermound (not so much). He did not understand the types of ice creams we wanted. 2. I asked for a Turtle Sundae with "No Nuts", he proceeds to put nuts on the sundae and when explained again "No Nuts", he proceeded to pic them off with his fingers.....dh??? Dude, what in the OSHA Hell are you doing??🤦🏾😭🤣 He has ice cream on his hands and I said you should go wash your hands. He just looked at me (clearly he didn't understand). 3. Cross contamination is on "FLEEK" here, no hand washing going on and he even touched his nose with the back of his finger. (Very nasty)🤮🤢 4. The African American manager for the Ice Cream side was unattentive, not managing, acted as though he didn't give two craps and literally took a pistachio cone that wasn't wanted and put the ice cream back in the bucket! Bro....#NO So as soon as I got home, I took a Benadryl before I ate my sundae....but if you are allergic, this isn't the place for you. 5. The containers that house the ice cream, the tops were absolutely filthy‼️ Wipe those down guys, that should be common sense.😩🧐😱 So on to the ➕➕➕... 1. The Hispanic manager on the food side was doing her thing and she had that under control‼️👏🏾👌🏾 2. The store was fully stocked, items looked fresh and I forgot to grab some milk 🥛!🤣🤣 3. There were plenty of workers which is always good. 4. The cashier KA, was very nice and kept the line going! 5. My relative's shake was very good, not too thick and the flavor was great!! So my summarization of the visit is this: 1. Visit during the daytime when the "Real" managers are present and will assure that things are being done properly‼️ 2. If you visit at night, I suggest a different location with higher cleanliness standards‼️ 3. Cross Contamination is POSSIBLE; so make sure you watch them make your ice cream. The Take Away❓ Many people have died due to allergic reactions from PEANUTS so this is something that SHOULD be taken VERY seriously‼️ I almost was unalived from eating a sundae from Dairy Queen down the street.... The pain was horrid, it felt as though an 🐘 was sitting on my chest! I had NO Benadryl and my kids had to rush to the gas station 5 mins away and get some.... I was sweating profusely and just felt the "LIFE" leaving in slow motion.... By the time I took the Benadryl, it took another 20 mins for the symptoms to subside.... I was blessed to have a allergy nasal spray that dripped down my throat and opened up the airway. So apologies for the "BOOK", but "Near Death Experiences" warrant deep explanations to hopefully "Prevent" an Anaphylaxis event at this location in the future‼️🙏🏼🍦🍨🍧

Not happy I come thru this drive thru several times a week with no problem the one time I have an issue as soon as I got home I called to tell them the order was wrong. I was told no problem keep your receipt and come back we will fix it for you. I was basically called a liar by the manager because whoever answered the phone didn’t write my name down. I will not be coming back here ever and I will find out who the district manager is to file a complaint against this manager so this burnt thing is what she decided to give me! 😡😡😡

Visited this Braum’s tonight with my family and placed a six-item order. From the start, the employee taking my order (Alejandra) was rude, impatient, and dismissive. I was polite and tried to be clear since it was a larger order, yet multiple mistakes were made, two items were incorrect, and one item was completely forgotten until I caught it at the window. At the window, Angie was also rude and unhelpful. After correcting the missing item and paying, I realized I had forgotten to order one additional item (a single scoop of chocolate in a waffle cone). I acknowledged that was my mistake, but instead of handling it with basic courtesy, I was told I had to drive back around or come inside, no effort to assist or accommodate. When I came inside, Alejandra took my order and then abruptly told me I had to stand in the ice cream line because I wasn’t ordering food. While waiting, Alejandra and Angie stood nearby speaking in Spanish, making snide remarks and laughing. I understand Spanish, and it was clear they were talking about me. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. The only employee who showed professionalism was Jenna in the ice cream line, who was kind and respectful. This experience involved rude behavior, repeated order mistakes, and staff openly mocking a customer. Management seriously needs to address employee conduct at this location. I will not be returning.
