I have been coming to Capriotti's Flower Mound since the location opened. I really enjoy the sandwiches. There was a delay about a week ago and some staffing issues. If you have your own business or have ever been in business you know that despite best efforts hiccups can happen. After visiting today it is clear that any issues are resolved. Food is great. Service is friendly and great. Place is also very clean. I really like the fact that I can order online and walk in and pick it up.

First time and it’s delicious! I ordered the Impossible Vegetarian Cheese Steak, Rookie sized (the smallest) with fries to share and it was delicious and filling. They have a full traditional cheesesteak menu with options like Wagyu, Tuna, Turkey and of course Vegetarian options. Definitely recommended.

This is now our FAVORITE sandwich place and it is worth every dollar and mile to get there! 10/10 recommend! The bread was very soft and fluffy. The fries are really something else, thin and crispy steak style fries and soft on the inside, highly recommend!

We used to go to Caps all the time in Nevada. Drove over an hour just to get one here in Texas. Don’t disappoint! “The Bobbie” is my go to every time even though thanksgiving was less than a week away. It could’ve used just a tad more turkey.

OMG! if you want a Great place to eat this is it! I ordered a large sub from them expecting like most other sandwich shops it will be a foot long that was somewhat big. I also ordered extra meet and cheese for this reason. I like ot eat a lot, though not as much as you might think given my size however what i got blew me away! I expected a single foot long, i got TWO! and they were PACKED! i also ordered the loaded fries and i am telling you i could not finish the fires and a single sandwich. I had to put the other half and what i could not eat in the fridge for later. Also let me tell you the taste was amazing! I have had sandwiches from places like subway, jersey mikes and others and let me tell you they don't even come close to this. If you want a really great sandwich get Capriotti's! Its expensive to do what i did but WELL worth it!

I absolutely loved this place. The food was fantastic! However, it was the service that really got me. The guy taking our orders and making the sandwiches was so thoughtful and prepared our sandwiches like it was a work of art. The ingredients were high quality and presentation was fantastic.

Just opened today. Could get busy at times. I would be nice if the manager didn't stand in front of the registers and yap away. It makes it look like the person that he is talking to is in line. So people being polite just stand behind and are waiting to order. I say this because the place is narrow and the registers are right at the door. I ordered the Bobbie and the classic meatball sandwich. Both were great yummy sandwiches. I also ordered the cheese steak fries. Basically a Philly steak style ingredients on top of thin steak fries. I was hoping for crispy fries but they got mushy quickly with the heat and cheese and mostly because they are thin. The Bobbie is a Thanksgiving dinner sandwich. I ordered it to go for my son. It was awesome he said. My wife ordered the meatball sandwich but ended up eating over half of the Bobbie before my son got to it. The meatball sandwich was also excellent with the soft and warm tender meatballs. This was opening day and hopefully they keep up the quality. I'm around this area so I'll come back for sure to try different items. The only thing that I was disappointed was the fact that the menu is a general brochure of their items and do not have prices on it. It does have a QR code to online ordering. 01.23.23

Tried this sandwich shop for the first time. Had the Capastrami combo, and it was really good. Had a nice welcoming atmosphere and friendly people. I will be back!

We ate at the Capriotti’s in Las Vegas and the manager mentions a shop in Flower Mound so we stopped by. Very new and clean inside!! Tried the Roast Beef with a side of fries and it was very good!! I had the nicest young man waiting on me, so no complaining there. However, I ordered the biggest Bobbie sandwich. Other Capriotti's I've been to and even ones in Arizona, they had sliced turkey, not little dried bits of it mixed in with the dressing!!! Yikes..I spent $49 and some change and expected better than this. It was more like a "dressing" sandwich. I KNOW you can do better than this, especially at those prices.

Wanted to go a few times before writing a review. In all I've tried the Bobbie, Chicken Cheesesteak, Turkey, and Roast Beef sandwiches. The food is fine. Nothing spectacular, but a definite step up over Subway for example. The main issue is that compared to other higher end sandwich shops, they fall just a little short. Not as much meat, cheese, and toppings compared to Jersey Mikes for the same price. Went ahead and gave an extra star for great service as that should not go unnoticed. Not sure I'll be back anytime soon, but I do wish them the best!

We ordered toasted sandwiches, even being delivered they arrived cold and with unmelted cheese, meaning they were barely toasted, if done so at all. Ate what we could and tossed it. Can’t blame this in the driver, it wasn’t prepared properly in the first place.

Ordered a half American Waygu Roast Beef. The sizes are half, small, medium and large. The half is about 5inchs and costs a little over $10 with tax. They charge $13 for a small, and over $20 for the large. I didn't see any of the mayo that was supposed to come on there, so it was on the dry side. The meat tasted great, just wish there was more of it. I got more bread and veggies, than meat. Will probably not come back because the price and quality are not worth it.

Wow um yeah if ever a placed deserved Arby's,KFC, Burger king, level rating it's here. I don't know how they managed to make the meat taste boiled and bland as if it were cooked in water or steamed but here we are and yes they did. The only thing that gives these flavor is the CHEESE. This definitely is the worst cheese steak I've ever had and no there's no redeeming it.

I had the Wagyu steak and cheese. It was a little salty for my liking and I wish that they offered another option other than American Cheese when placing an online order. I typically prefer provolone which may have helped bring down the salty flavor. Overall it was a good quality sandwich and the portion was more than enough for me (I ordered the medium). It is more expensive than most other sandwich shops, $19.47 (tax included) for a medium sub seems a little pricy for what you get. If you’re looking for a top quality sandwich / hoagie, check out Weinbergers Deli in Grapevine - It is the best deli in Texas!

Slowest sub shop I’ve ever been into. Came in at 730 (they close at 8) and was the only customer. There were two people working and the lady made me wait while she refilled sauces. 5 mins later they take my order and then another 5 mins to make a sub.

Super disappointed! Both times I have ordered online and they haven't got my order right. I added pickles to my sandwich and I never got them. Both times I went in to pick up my order no one else was in the dining room, so they weren't super busy which would (kind of) justify why they can't get my order right. Not impressed! The convenience of this restaurant is not worth it!

Staff was friendly but unlike the other Capriotti’s I have been to in California and Texas, the sandwich I ordered with extra meat had to be saddest looking sandwich I have ever seen. The sandwich was nearly $20 and given I had ordered extra meat, I expected a high quality hearty sandwich. I have this feedback to the staff before I left, telling them they need to put more meat on the sandwiches like the other locations do. I hope they have implemented my recommendation because I won’t be going back, not for a $20 sandwich.

The sandwich was not that good. The slaw tasted like it might be couple of hours away from going bad.

Atmosphere and people are nice. However I ordered their regular classic Italian sandwich, and it lacks flavor in its entirety. I don't know what is going on but I realize why the hot sandwiches and the dipped sandwiches are favorites. I wouldn't go again

Have been here a few times. First time did not care for the sandwich. Second time I tried the hot Bonnie it was really good. Thought I would go back and try something new. Ordered and paid and then stood there listening to whoever was running this place trying to train someone and was very loud and very disrespectful to the people that she was trying to train. After seeing all the other people waiting and watch one couple finally get their order and they were not happy. I watched another person just walk out without their food. I decided to do the same thing. They can keep my $13. If their food was as good as their service, I am sure it would not be good. I understand it’s hard to find people but this place is struggling.

I was charged more for a combo than the sum of the individual items. It was only $.11, but still ITS A COMBO. The guy behind me said “that’s crazy it should be cheaper”. When I brought this up to the manager she just said nothing when I showed her my receipt. The woman behind the register noticed I was correct and said she would ring them up separately next time. There won’t be a next time, on top of the combo pricing issue, the meal was a very poor value for the quantity and quality of food.

The one star is for their on-line order. Today I thought I would buy the office sandwiches and chips for lunch to pick up. As it was a sizable order with different people wanting different condiments and such I thought it would be easier to order on line. I filled out the order, our name and all the information it asked for. I put in the credit card info and tried to submit the order. It comes back and says oops they needs credit card information. It all was there. No matter what I tried, it would not process the order. So I took everything out and I went to a different sandwich shop, put in the order, used the same card and no problem. The sandwiches were great there and I will use them again.

I called and the manager told me because I ate half they wouldn’t refund me or make me a new one. Absolutely disgusted with this place and management!

This was my first experience at this restaurant and I had to wait over 30 minutes for one sub. It was extremely disorganized and no one knew what they were doing. I will not be returning.

I ordered a hot sandwich, and I was shocked that the bacon was completely cold, as well as the bread. It makes no sense for something that’s supposed to be served hot to come out like that. Very disappointing.

We decided to try a new place for lunch and ordered Capriotti's via EZ Cater. The sandwiches online looked amazing and the EZ Cater reviews said the delivery was reliable. We had a delivery set up for 11:30 a.m. Lunch was for a class that had an hour to eat. The driver never showed. We spoke to her multiple times. She went to a wrong location and then with each call stated she was several minutes out. I finally asked her if she was even going to bring our lunch and she disconnected the call. We never got to try Capriotti's sandwiches and ordered from Jimmy John's instead. This was beyond a disappointing experience.

Well turns out they were waiting because the ticket never printed for it to be made. The manager informed his boss and his boss then made the sandwich. What’s crazy is as I stood there for 40+ minutes and everyone’s order was like this. It got to a point when folks walked in the cashier had to tell them it would be a 45 minute wait to get a sandwich. 45 minutes for a sandwich….. The icing on the cake was another owner/manager came out with a dinning room full of people and sandwiches just floating around and his priority was to check the markers because somehow dry eraser markers somehow made it in the mix with their permanent markers. That was this man’s priority as his staff was struggling to serve customers. Now on to the food. Fires, pretty good. Best thing I ate from my order. Sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mikes. Want fires? Grab some at a drive thru. I had high hopes and maybe they will turn it around but the first impression was less then stellar

It’s absolutely silent in there nobody else was inside and no employees spoke a single word to us. Just nodded at what we ordered. THATS IT. We go back again today, thinking well food was alright maybe that was a bad day for them, few weeks later thinking hopefully they have a better staff now. We walk in SAME GIRLS, the lady with long lashes. Long nails. I’m sorry is just plain RUDE, again no welcoming us in, and while we are ordering she’s literally scrolling tik tok…. I WISH I was joking. While making our food she’s constantly picking up her phone with the same gloves on.. whats the point in wearing them if ur gonna be disgusting anyway? Ice machine not working but you can scoop out ur ice with a communal cup in a bucket of ice… YUCK! Again deafeningly silent. No chatter. No music. And we are the ONLY ones in there… surprise right? lol Felt extremely unwelcomed and that we were an inconvenience to their afternoon. Won’t be coming back.
