He brought our food, coffee and left us alone to eat instead of coming up every 2minutes to ask us how everything is and if we need anything. I get that it's great service but I like to order and eat and be left alone. So 100% props to him. Gave a 25% (compared to my usual 20%) tip cause that how much I appreciated it.

It's been quite a while since I've been to this establishment, but it's still friendly and cheerful and the food is more delicious than ever! The attention to detail is still razor sharp and it's a pleasure to drop in anytime and enjoy a meal with friends, family or just as special treat to yourself. You won't regret a moment of it!!

My family and I have been coming too this iHop regularly for years not just because of the food but for the service which is impeccable. Never had an issue and always a great time there. The staff is very cordial and fast. It may get busy but that's not their fault. People in the area know that this is a great spot for breakfast.

I had not been here and I’m glad to come back. The place was very full so trying to get a booth was a bit difficult. They were a bit understaffed and one waiter was responsible for several tables making the service a bit slow. We finally order and the food came out pretty fast and warm. Also, they kept coffee on the table, which was super nice. We loved the food and we had an awesome time in here. I just wish they had mimosas to make the whole brunch idea a whole lot better.

The place is very warm and its comfy. They have booth seats and other types of tables & chairs. They were pretty fast, and they got everything correct. I came here on international pancake day, and I guess so did everyone else! The IHOP was packed, but we were still somehow seated very quickly and the service was great. Hats off to the crew for handling this busy day so well, and feeding us! Also, the waitress found that the table next to us left their phone, and she made sure that phone was safe when the person came back. Commendable service and delicious food all around. Thanks IHOP!

Craved pancakes and they did not disappoint. Fluffy, buttery, and bottomless (ask about bottomless menu). Clean place, very busy, but everything you expect from an Ihop.

I’ve been to this IHOP before, and I have to say — the service has improved a lot since a few years back. This time everything was excellent from start to finish. We went on a Sunday for brunch, and even though the place was packed, we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant looked clean and well-organized; you can even see the kitchen as soon as you walk in, and everything was running smoothly. Our server was kind, attentive, and respectful — she really stayed on top of everything. The manager was also visible on the floor helping out and making sure customers were taken care of, which shows great leadership and teamwork. The food came out quickly, fresh, and hot — perfectly cooked pancakes, crispy hash browns, and great breakfast combos. Prices were reasonable, and I liked that they don’t automatically include the tip for parties under six, so we could tip extra for the great service. Overall, we had a great family brunch — good food, friendly staff, and easy parking. Why didn’t I find this IHOP location sooner? I’ve always been skeptical about breakfast franchises - especially IHOP. I mean, how good can breakfast really be? But this location completely changed my mind. The service was outstanding, and the food genuinely impressed me. The servers were warm and welcoming. Their signature pancakes were perfectly fluffy and paired beautifully with the butter and syrup. The omelette was huge, and the price was very reasonable. Even the coffee was great - smooth, not burnt, and they leave the whole pot at your table for easy refills. I honestly don’t think I’ll be going to local diners anymore. IHOP has won me over for breakfast! * One small caveat: I wouldn’t recommend the hash brown. It was quite dry and tasted like it had been cooked from frozen.

Very popular spot for breakfast. It can get very crowded so make sure your party is all there and early. There’s a very affordable smaller portion breakfast for 7.99 or they have the bigger entrees. The servers are so nice and the coffee was good. I love the vibe of the restaurant, reminds me of the past since it hasn’t changed much.

Kevin our server today was Exeptional!! he was very helpful in coordinating all four of my children's wants 🙄 without me loosing my marbles. Kevin even factored in cost with such a large group I was focused more on waste. Only a beautiful person takes such levels of care in servicing customers 10/10. I haven't been to an IHOP in over half a decade... but they have Girl Scout Thin Mint Pancakes in the month of March and I'm a sucker for the cookies. I convinced my boyfriend to take me and off we went. The restaurant itself could use an upgrade, but our waitress was sweet and attentive and the Thin Mint Pancakes didn't disappoint.

The apple juice is terrible. They need to change brands asap. My waiter was cool attentive polite and patient. Had a big breakfast here on vacation. Place has been there for years, and it's also pretty cozy; the bathroom is tiny and pretty poor though.

This was a good place to stop and have breakfast before going to the US Open Tennis Tournament. The food was all good. The service was efficient and welcoming. It seemed like a very well run restaurant. Parking was limited in the lot... the only negative. But it wasn't too difficult finding a place on the street, a block or so away.

Besides the fact that they don't leave the surplus coffee pourer like they used it was just fine. I remember this spot back in the late 90s and 2000s. We were here all the time with the kids. It seems way less crowded but overall, hasn't changed much.

Food and service was great until it got really busy with most of the tables filling up after 10 am with a fresh start to the week on a busy morning. It took a while to get our check, but our orders came out early before it got crowded. Expect to spend a decent amount of time waiting. I could of got a coffee refill waiting that amount of time.

This is my local iHop and I maybe come each here once or twice a year because it’s a good place to bring your family and spend quality time and enjoy good food. sometimes the service is good sometimes waiters don’t check much. Location is clean and everything else is nice. It may be busier during the morning time than evening and night time. I went at 6pm and it was pretty empty with few people but it was Super understaffed one guy cleaning the tables and everything while one lady is the host and server and waiter she’s doing it all which shouldn’t be right. Anyways that’s why i keep it limited to come at these spots for few times. Used my bday rewards to get the 5 pancakes for free. Burger was good onion rings were fresh and hash brown were good too. My heart warms when I hear the greeting “Gracia” from these people. If you take the tip into account, it can't be said to be cheap, but I recommend it as a place for a light family meal. The aisles are narrow, so using a wheelchair may be difficult. Restrooms are separated for men and women. Parking lot is available.

I've been coming to this IHOP since high school days, which is close to thirty years ago. I still frequent this location sometimes once a week since I live nearby. The place is fairly clean and kept compared to other locations. The waitstaff are always friendly and remember regular customers. Food comes out super quick. Plenty of parking in their private lot.

Came in on Sunday at about 11am. There was parking in the lot and the usual folks seated in the waiting area. Too many folks for us so we decided to wait outside. It wasn’t long, maybe 10-15 minutes but it was a bright and sunny day so we didn’t mind. We were welcomed in by the manager and staff. Everyone had a smile. We ordered the breakfast combo with two eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, hash-browns and pancakes! I had to add a chocolate milkshake - no whip! My mom really enjoyed her Strawberry milkshake too. Both perfectly made by our server 😊 it was a nice time. I did have to take off a star for the B rating. Let’s get it back to an A!

I haven't been to an IHOP in a loooong time, but I didn't have a bad experience. The location was great as I was getting my car fixed at Firestone a few businesses over. The boyfriend and I went to have some breakfast. Right off the bat we could tell this was a busy location. We were seated pretty fast (wait time was about 5 minutes). The waitress was nice and efficient. Food came out fast and exactly as ordered. The location seems a bit sketchy as there are signs telling you to park at your own risk, and not to have your child in the bathroom unattended for their safety. I would return to this IHOP as the food and service were good. I wouldn't go seeking this place out though.

Came here the other night for dinner with a group of 6 of us, seated right away, and got started looking at the menu and order away but this is when things started to turn bad slightly. My dinner entree buttermilk fried chicken with two sides came with soup or salad, the waiter failed to ask me until I mentioned if I wanted soup or salad, until I mentioned it. Food came out buttermilk fried chicken was overcooked and tasted like a ball of salt, (having ordered this in previous visits this thing typically taste more juicy and less dry plus salty then this visit), then a person in my group asked for extra butter , waited failed to bring it, then a second time she mentioned it she failed again! I mean it wasn't that busy that evening not sure how the waited seemed to fail to bring it out . Anyway yes I expected more but not much more , I just wish the workers were a bit more attentive to their work and the food tasted better, anyway hope for a better visit next time!

I order a big steak omelette at 6pm. The omelette had hash brown inside but the hash brown was hard and cold. I also order a side of hash brown for my omelette but it was also cold. This establishment had very good food quality in the past but at the moment don’t order omelettes in the afternoon to avoid unpleasant dinning experience. The establishment was almost empty at the time that I went.

IHOPe it was better. Breakfast for two with a 20.99 meal and two drinks end up being 80+ tax and tips? Pancakes were allegedly included at that price but billed separately like how does that happens?

I have to say that the first experience was okay. The pancakes were exceptional, we're definitely coming back for those and to try the waffles. The classic breakfast was good, except for the hush brown (it was dry and tasted old) and the Benedict eggs were overcooked and the ham was not good either. The sweet pancakes with fruits were too sweet for us. But the rest of the food was really good, we really enjoyed the pancakes and the different options for syrup, our favorite "butter pecan", the mix with the butter (looks like ice cream but was soft and salty) was magnificent. The sausages were delicious, a little spicy but flavory. The service was friendly and attentive. We have different options to enjoy our breakfast. The orange juice tasted fresh and the portions were big, that's a plus! This location is so cute, tiny and not too crowded, it was a peaceful morning for us.

It was cold in there on my last visit. I don't understand why the air conditioning was so strong to even cool off my girlfriend's eggs before she received them. Anyways, I enjoyed diabetes-inducing pancakes but that's all on me. :)

Food: everything is undercooked. I had to send back the hashbrowns to be cooked because the potato was cooked outside slightly but raw potato on the inside. The steak is just a broken-up burger patty. Disappointed. Pancakes are always cooked and done well so you can't go wrong there. Service: Horrible. There is only one waitress there that is lovely. I forgot her name but she is a white woman with her hair in a ponytail. She was responsive and helpful. She tended to all her tables well because she wasn't busy talking with the rest of the horrible staff. The rest of them, and this was not the first time I've gone here, are utterly disturbingly the worst set of workers I've ever come across. Such attitude and it takes them forever to do anything even when it's not busy. Horrible. The atmosphere is okay. Same as the other ones. Can't stop bad people from sitting behind you anywhere because this is NY so it's fine. Can't be controlled. My husband and I (mixed couple) had a couple (Latino and Latina) who sounded like a first date have a conversation about why they don't like or date black people behind us. It was off-putting but whatever. It's IHOP so what do you expect? We just laughed and ate normally.

So we walked in and we were seated very quickly! Then it dawned on us that the reason we were seated so quickly was because no one was in there! Well this may be because it was 1:00 in the afternoon on a weekday. However, long story short, the customer service was great but the tables and silverware were dirty Which kinda throws any meal off I probably won’t return unless it’s like the last resort

I’ve been seeing commercials on tv for IHop’s $6 breakfast so I decided to surprise my wife by taking her to our local IHop. We are both senior citizens so we arrived early, around 7:30am. I was surprised to find the place nearly empty. We were seated and given menus. I looked all around but could not find the $6 breakfast menu. I asked the waitress and she informed me that this particular location doesn’t offer the $6 breakfast. I asked why and she said it was the management’s decision. I found this very disappointing and quite petty. With all the advertising for the $6 breakfast, and people like us making an early effort to drive to the restaurant, you’d expect the special to be available at our local IHOP. We ordered two breakfasts off the regular menu and two coffees, but left unhappy. Why does this IHop not appreciate its customers? If you’re interested in trying the $6 breakfast, you’d better not come to this location.

I understand that they were busy but a simple greeting and "someone will be with you" would suffice. There was no acknowledgement whatsoever. Whatever happened to customer service??? For the prices they charge I expect better quality. The pancakes were overcooked and dry, eggs were undercooked and runny. This happened to me before at this location. The food quality in the past was better. I will probably try again but if it happens again I will not be going back.

After being seated and placing our order we waited over 30 minutes for our food with no update as to what was going on. Other customers were seated after us and received their food. When we asked to speak to the manager who told us the food was going to be right out and giving us 20% discount. At the register the manager spoke in Spanish to her employees making fun of us complaining. Just because an individual doesn't look Spanish doesn't necessarily mean they can't understand.I found this whole incident extremely unprofessional. I am so disappointed a IHOP service. I went there 4/5/2023 around 3 pm which means not busy time. There was 2 waitresses working at the time but no one gave me a table until I complained. I had waited about 10 min. Also no one took order for my table for another 10 min. She discriminate me because she served other table after me. If it was busy time, yes I am sure I could wait but it was absolutely not. She was so rude because I am an Asian, but other customers are all south American people.

Since our seats are closed to the kitchen, we can smell the grease and it was not pleasant. I guess they reuse the cooking oil too many times. After we got home, we all got sick the next day.

Walked in at 10:15pm on Saturday 4/30/16 and was told by the manager Carlos that the restaurant was already closed. When I walked out and snapped a picture of the displayed hours on the front window and showed him 11pm closing time he informed me that no customers will be taken 30-45 minutes prior to the closing time. Then shouldn't the sign say no customers to be served 30-45 minutes prior to closing? Or is that just "His" rule because it's a Saturday night and he prefers to be out with friends instead of doing his job and serving the customers in the establishment that he is hired to ensure smooth operation? Very very very unhappy about that. I really wanted some French toast man.

Bad service, the waitress was unprofessional: We should not live a tip. We asked for water at he beginning. She got us water until the end. We order four coffees and she brought our coffees and not milk. We order 4 coffees so she asked just my sister if she wants milk, she said that she wants half and half. I assumed that she is going to bring regular milk and half and half, because we order 4 coffees for four different people. I asked her for milk, she was questioning why do I want milk! She never asked the rest of the table what we want, she was taking with my sister only. After she getting mad, she got my food and drinks late than the rest of the table. I have to asked another man that work there for the milk, because she didn’t bring the milk until the guy told her again! Very rude. We can felt her negative attitude! I should not live a tip, and tell her about this, but honestly I try to not ruined the lunch with my family. She has to say yes! If I have to pay for the milk I will do that! The food and service are not free at IHOP, please try the customers with courtesy and respect.

The food is never consistent and the owner, an old guy with glasses, always argues with people. I asked him for 2 orders of 2 pancakes at $3.19 each but he refused the order and said he would ring me up for a single short stack (3 pancakes) for $5.69 instead. That's not what I wanted! He is not friendly and the absolute worst person to have as a first impression when you walk in. Only saving grace, the wait staff is not bad.

Worst experience ever. Regardless whether its IHOP or a 5 star restaurant. I didnt get my order I had some rude manager decide to try and throw his authority around telling me to order elsewhere that they made it correctly. Nothing was done to correct my order. Whoever the manager is needs to get fired!

Not happy. Always a missing item followed by management staying to make up for it on next visit but never does. Always can't remember customer. So they lie to customer about making it up to them when Messing up order and forget parts of order.

I love IHOP, but this is concerning, one of my chocolate chip pancakes had a big piece of plastic that I almost swallowed! 🤮🤢🤮Please do something about this, this is unacceptable, I also left a complain on Uber eats.

REFUSED ENTRY WITH SERVICE ANIMAL! MANAGER: Raphael Explanation Service animals are dogs that are trained to work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Businesses open to the public must allow service animals in all areas where the public can go. What to expect Businesses can ask if a dog is a service dog and what task the dog performs. They cannot ask for any proof of disability or service animal certification.

Wife and family went the other day. She ordered an omelette, and as soon as she put the first piece in her mouth, a piece of hair came out — absolutely disgusting. I told them right away, and they made a new one, but that one wasn’t even made right either. The manager was right there when I asked for the replacement and didn’t bother to apologize or offer to take it off the bill. To make it worse, the waitress stared me down the whole time I was paying, clearly watching to see if I’d leave a tip after all that. Really? That’s the kind of service you get here? I get it’s not all her fault, but that attitude was completely uncalled for. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

The employees at this IHOP location are extremely rude. The female employee and the male manager were both rude. They did not give me whipped cream and syrup with my order. When I asked for strawberry syrup, they said it would be extra. When I asked for old fashion syrup, they gave me an attitude. I was looking forward to the pancakes but they ruined the experience for me.
