This place is awesome! It's a great spot which offers parking and has a good amount of seating inside. The staff is very nice and provided a wonderful experience everything I go with my family. I never leave disappointed.
We entered , sat down and had a hot cup of coffee , within 5 min . The staff were very friendly , and the food came out hot and delicious .
Can never go wrong with a good IHOP spot and this one is it, great food, friendly welcoming staff. Love coming here and will continue to do so.
Top notch service and wait time is less then 15min to be seated, plus once you order, you'll get your food within 15min fully cooked! Kevin the waiter was the best waiter ever!
I’ve been to this IHOP before, and I have to say — the service has improved a lot since a few years back. This time everything was excellent from start to finish. We went on a Sunday for brunch, and even though the place was packed, we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant looked clean and well-organized; you can even see the kitchen as soon as you walk in, and everything was running smoothly. Our server was kind, attentive, and respectful — she really stayed on top of everything. The manager was also visible on the floor helping out and making sure customers were taken care of, which shows great leadership and teamwork. The food came out quickly, fresh, and hot — perfectly cooked pancakes, crispy hash browns, and great breakfast combos. Prices were reasonable, and I liked that they don’t automatically include the tip for parties under six, so we could tip extra for the great service. Overall, we had a great family brunch — good food, friendly staff, and easy parking. 55+ Lunch was very good. Haven't been to IHOP in many years. I'm back. The place was very busy and crowded, but our four meals arrived quickly, with pots of fresh coffee.
I had a great time at IHOP...lunch was really good. I enjoyed the pineapple splasher. I think thats what it's called???
I ordered the 2 x 2 x 2 with a side of fresh fruit, and everything was really good. It was a simple, classic, american breakfast that kept me full for a few hours. The service was kind and quick. 🥞
Why didn’t I find this IHOP location sooner? I’ve always been skeptical about breakfast franchises - especially IHOP. I mean, how good can breakfast really be? But this location completely changed my mind. The service was outstanding, and the food genuinely impressed me. The servers were warm and welcoming. Their signature pancakes were perfectly fluffy and paired beautifully with the butter and syrup. The omelette was huge, and the price was very reasonable. Even the coffee was great - smooth, not burnt, and they leave the whole pot at your table for easy refills. I honestly don’t think I’ll be going to local diners anymore. IHOP has won me over for breakfast! * One small caveat: I wouldn’t recommend the hash brown. It was quite dry and tasted like it had been cooked from frozen.
Very good customer service. The prices are decent and has a wide variety of food options to choose from. The food is awesome and the atmosphere is very cosy. Nice place for the family.
Very popular spot for breakfast. It can get very crowded so make sure your party is all there and early. There’s a very affordable smaller portion breakfast for 7.99 or they have the bigger entrees. The servers are so nice and the coffee was good. I love the vibe of the restaurant, reminds me of the past since it hasn’t changed much.
Kevin our server today was Exeptional!! he was very helpful in coordinating all four of my children's wants 🙄 without me loosing my marbles. Kevin even factored in cost with such a large group I was focused more on waste. Only a beautiful person takes such levels of care in servicing customers 10/10. Food was HOT! like MAMA needs (thanks chef) after being at nearby dealership for hours this was PERFECT! Kudos to Raphael the manager 👏 🙌. Amazing service!

The food was fine. The service was ok but they were so slow, mind you there was only like 3 other people there. It was my sons birthday so we told our waitress a she just brought up while cream a something but did not singe happy birthday. Which was so disappointing
I have to say that the first experience was okay. The pancakes were exceptional, we're definitely coming back for those and to try the waffles. The classic breakfast was good, except for the hush brown (it was dry and tasted old) and the Benedict eggs were overcooked and the ham was not good either. The sweet pancakes with fruits were too sweet for us. But the rest of the food was really good, we really enjoyed the pancakes and the different options for syrup, our favorite "butter pecan", the mix with the butter (looks like ice cream but was soft and salty) was magnificent. The sausages were delicious, a little spicy but flavory. The service was friendly and attentive. We have different options to enjoy our breakfast. The orange juice tasted fresh and the portions were big, that's a plus! This location is so cute, tiny and not too crowded, it was a peaceful morning for us.
Went for breakfast today, ordered a dinner bone steak for $24 that looked delicious on the menu. What I got was the thinnest cut of "steak" , it looked like they cut the steak in half to save money. (Thin like a chicken cutlet) My breakfast sampler was also disappointing, the ham was a quarter cut portion size.

Wife and family went the other day. She ordered an omelette, and as soon as she put the first piece in her mouth, a piece of hair came out — absolutely disgusting. I told them right away, and they made a new one, but that one wasn’t even made right either. The manager was right there when I asked for the replacement and didn’t bother to apologize or offer to take it off the bill. To make it worse, the waitress stared me down the whole time I was paying, clearly watching to see if I’d leave a tip after all that. Really? That’s the kind of service you get here? I get it’s not all her fault, but that attitude was completely uncalled for. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
The employees at this IHOP location are extremely rude. The female employee and the male manager were both rude. They did not give me whipped cream and syrup with my order. When I asked for strawberry syrup, they said it would be extra. When I asked for old fashion syrup, they gave me an attitude. I was looking forward to the pancakes but they ruined the experience for me.
