I liked that they had pricing on the menu. The staff member was wonderful. The breakfast was awesome (onion and green pepper, yum!)
From the meal to the service, it's a great stop at the new LaGuardia. You actually get real silverware, real glassware, and a real server serving great food. The menu is a little limited but the food is well executed and they're happy to make little modifications like adding chicken to the cauliflower gratin pasta. Definitely a fun stop with a great seat, and a view of the runway.
I had an excellent experience at Spirit & Belle thanks to Dhey, who provided impeccable service. She was very attentive, kind, and made sure to take care of every detail to ensure our visit was memorable. In addition to her professionalism, Dhey showed great knowledge of the menu and helped us choose options that were perfect for our evening. Today i had my lunch in Spirit and Bell restaurant and i ordered burgers with fries and a glass of beer 🍺.the food was so delicious and the bartender SHAMMEE was very cordial with her service and helped me to choose food from the menu. she is really vary lovely lady.will see you next time Spirit and Bell

Jasmine is by far the kindest barmaid and the most competent one I have encountered at an airport. Someone should call Bar Rescue and get her featured, she is amazing!

Pizza is horrible. Like a cafeteria pizza. Very tough and lack flavor. Service - our server wasnt as friendly or attentive as the other one. Feels like she’s already quiet quitting.

I’ve never actually left a bad review on google, but this place is terrible. Service is on a different level of poor I’ve never experienced… even at an airport. You can’t add any condiments to your order when you use their online ordering. Good luck having a server get you anything.it. Ever came for me or the table next to me. They just make ppl wait forever for a table and don’t tell them it’s seat yourself. I’ve watched the servers walk by dozens of ppl waiting for a table and they don’t even acknowledge them. Look at this delicious $36 burger and fries. Better food at Wendy’s.
Very bad service from the person who is serving in this place. There were a couple just sitting and the place was almost empty and the server approach and tell them to leave without lowering the voice. The sever is the one the right in the pic.
Had a really unfortunate experience. The food and drinks just were not good. I asked for a dry white and the bartender recommended the Pinot Grigio, which makes sense. My husband ordered a dirty martini. My wine just was not good. Tasted like apple juice, honestly. The martini came in a very small glass which was good because it was mostly olive juice. I ordered the baratta flat bread, which, from the description, I thought was going to be a pizza. It was actually a large piece of mozzarella surrounded by 4 slices of what seemed to be stale pita? I believe the cheese had been previously frozen because it was very watery and didn’t have any flavor at all. It was most confusing. I asked for salt for the fries my husband ordered and we had to go up to get it. Oh! And the plate with the fries was dirty🙈 I appreciate being understaffed but she just didn’t get the salt. I was left completely confused by the entire situation. And, it was $78!! Please, just go elsewhere.

I ordered a “Finocchio” pizza at Spirit & Bell. It has lots of sausages, and I asked for extra tomatoes, which were layered on raw on top of the pizza. 4 hours later I got off my flight in Houston and went immediately to the bathroom for projectile vomiting. Far worse, on my next flight, Houston to San Francisco the vomiting continued, overflowing the vomit bag 3 times. They were going to return the plane to Houston for medical attention, but an EMTwas on board and he had a drug that contained the vomiting. It was a horror story.
FOOD: sad SERVICE: slow STAFFED: under PRICES: eye-watering My meal (requiring utensils) was served to me but utensils were not provided until 20 min after food arrived. Fortunately I’m an industrious individual: I popped behind the bar and found a box of loose plastic knives that allowed me to start eating sooner. The crowning achievement of this place is that it somehow managed to stay open despite the above. I’d post pictures of the food but there are kids on this app and would hate to ruin their golden years. Don’t listen to the positive review, they’re industry plants. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Eat literally anywhere else. 1 star.
Having to scan and order yourself, be charged after 40 minutes of your order with a 20% gratuity added onto an already extremely overpriced menu, to have had no service at all yet is completely unacceptable. Go to the food court… at least you get food.
Absurdly priced food and the slowest and worst service I’ve ever experienced. We would have been better off leaving the airport, getting a cab back home, and getting food delivered and it would’ve been faster.

After waiting 15 minutes in ordering two club sandwiches, truffle fries and a Pepsi, I had to enquirer about my order as the bartender didn’t even bring silverware or the Pepsi or waters or acknowledge us. Mind you she has 2 people at the bar. The customer service and attention to detail is less than expected. The truffle fries were $14 pile of crap. Cold, disgusting, no flavor. Did anyone ask about our food? No. Did anyone ask how we were doing after finally getting our food? No. $70 is ridiculous for crap service and disgusting food. If you’re going to use app based ordering, then follow up, have a sense of responsibility to your customers.
BLUF: DON’T USE THE QR CODE I was looking for a sit down place that wasn’t packed - I should have taken that as a sign…. The waitress had us pick our table and handed us menus. On every table, there is a QR code that says, “Scan to Order & Pay.” Before the waitress came back, I ordered and paid for my food using the QR code. When she returned, she said the QR doesn’t work and I’ll have to pay the traditional way (card reader brought to the table). I checked my account and I had been charged for the order placed prior to her return. The waitress claimed that it will be suspended, but given the lack of upfront communication, I’m very skeptical. Prior to receiving our food, the waitress came back with the card reader expecting me to pay. I said I’m not paying until we receive the food and will tip accordingly, but I will not preemptively tip given our first interaction. She tried to say it was protocol, however I’ve never been to a sit down restaurant where you tip beforehand. Food was mediocre - to be expected to airport food. At the end, when she cleared the table, she said, “I’m sorry, I have to bring the check now.” Yes…now is an appropriate time to bring the check.
Horrible service, we didn't get cutlery when we were almost done. The food, the worst we ever had in an airport: frozen pizza and burger was microwaved. The glasses had lip marks. And the waiters, they never said sorry, very mannerless. The only good thing was maybe the nice lady who greeted and seated us. The rest...run away!! You get better service in a fast food restaurant.
The “Scan QR Code to Order” and half empty in disarray should be warning enough. Sat at the bar for 2 hrs waiting out a flight delay. I had to flag a bartender down to get my second beer having waited 15 mins after submitting the order. I Then ordered a prosciutto sandwich thinking it wouldn’t take long since it didn’t require cooking. After waiting 45 mins and flagging down the bartender again, it arrived while I was requesting the order be cancelled. Avoid or don’t have any expectations.
