I was at this Dunkin' at 9:08 pm on 1/29/20. The 2 ladies working were friendly and knowledgeable when I asked about different items. The store was clean and well stocked. The coffee I ordered was great. I'm hard to please when it comes to coffee. I will be back when I get to the area again.

This Dunkin is always the greatest. The customer service and the staff is amazing. I don't care how far away I am, I will pass many others to get to MY Dunkin. Their coffee is the greatest I must add!😁

I always get the hot Americano with avocado toast and snacking bacon in the morning.and sometimes in the afternoon I will get a iced Americano that is in my opinion the best drink they have. Sorry to say the donuts are not up to par. Krispy Kreme definitely has you beat! But I do love the coffee 👍

I didn't eat there, I just picked up an order for someone else. The place was very busy, but the line moved fast. The people were friendly and didn't rush me, even though they were packed. The order was ready to go when I got there. Good experience.

Dunkin has a good breakfast croissant and I love their Carmel coffee. I have to say though this location has a very pleasant and efficient employee working the drive thru. Customer service can make the biggest difference for me.

My food and drinks are always good and made properly but the thing I enjoy the most is how fast they serve me. If you order online they'll pretty much be waiting at the window with your order when you arrive. I don't even have to put my car in park I just pull up, confirm it's mine, grab it, and go!

I was very, very surprised and delighted on the efficiency of this location in the mornings. I had gone to some surrounding fast food restaurants around the area, all with frustration and long wait times. I took my daughter there this morning and the manager who took my order in the drive through was professional and friendly. The whole staff was efficient and friendly. There were 3 or 4 cars in front of me and I was through the line with my daughters food in 4 minutes flat. It is very refreshing to go to a place and not deal with incompetent, rude, and slow staff. This place deserves more stars and the manager deserves a raise!

The girl at the drive-through window that just handed me my coffee on March 20 at 2:15 PM made me a very awesome almond milk, latte. She was extremely sweet and brighten my day. I wish I could’ve gotten her name so I could’ve put it in this review, but hopefully the time listed will help you figure out who was working so she could get a good kudos.

this dunkin’ is hands down the best!! the staff is so friendly and even when they have a line to the road they put a smile on their face! I go every Sunday and I have never encountered a rude or unfriendly staff member. also their coffees are consistent unlike most dunkin!!

I love dunkin donuts and I'm a repeat offender (m-f), but specifically I frequent this location. This is hands down the BEST location. Fast, friendly, service and your items made correctly, EVERY morning. Shawn, the dunkin manager for East Ridge, shines his light brightly along with the other staff. Yesterday morning he was so kind to me by covering my tab when my card was unexpectedly declined. I was stressing at that point bc I realized my card had been compromised. Knowing I needed to call the bank and take care of business and fearful of what I was going to find out. He was very kind to cover my purchase for me. I went back to repay my dues this morning but he declined saying it was on him. It's refreshing to see others lights shine and to have your faith in humanity restored with acts of kindness. He literally helped my stressful morning from being a completely horrible day. So Shawn, thank you again! 😊

This is probably the best dunkin' donuts I've ever been to in my entire life. The donuts were fresher than anything I've ever tasted before, All the food was fresh and the owner even cares about decorating for the holidays and it's a nice personal touch.

Three years ago I used to come to this Dunkin everyday because the service was quick, it was well priced, and I loved the staff. For the last year and a half now it has really gone down hill. When I go to get my Sunday morning drink the line is so long in the drive thru. And you might think we'll just do a walk in order - it's slightly faster but not really. It's so bad that I don't even go on Sunday mornings hardly anymore. Look I work in a fast paced food service industry - I know it is easy to get behind on orders. I am understanding with new staff, being busy, and getting rushed that it can be difficult to keep up. This is ridiculous though it is a coffee shop, it's going to be busy, especially on a Sunday before church, this should have been all hands on deck. I placed my mobile order at 9:36, I got into the drive thru at 9:40, I received my order at 10:08. When I pulled up to the speaker - their digital menu said welcome back, and told me to pull up to the window to receive my order. That is what I did; when I got to the window they asked if I had a mobile order for Kyle. I said no, and told them my name. They proceeded to tell me that I need to wait at the speaker next time and tell them I have a mobile order. I told them that the screen literally told me to move to the window. They said that they knew it did that but it didn't mean they knew I was there. I'm not a genius but that doesn't make sense. So I'm not sure who needs to step in, but apparently y'all need to fix your software cause something isn't computing correctly or I was lied to. I know I sound like a Karen but I literally love Dunkin and this Dunkin was my favorite for a long time. This just seems ridiculous to me. And I didn't get anything super complicated, I got a Large Iced Chai Latte and a Sausage Egg Wrap. My order was wrong as well - which isn't a big deal isn't just not what I ordered but I ate it and I was happy. I got a bacon wrap instead of a sausage wrap. I'm not sure if y'all need better management, better communication, or employee incentives but this is literally ridiculous. America isn't running off of this Dunkin maybe crawling but certainly not running.

Thank you!!!! Stellar food, drink and service. I am visiting from Pigeon Forge where I won't even go to my Dunkin because they can't seem to give me a hot enough coffee, not enough sugar in it, Avacado toast feels untoasted! BUT, YOU GUYS...the guy at the drive thru followed along with my fully involved order and even let me know about 3 free donuts with my order. Greeted with a smile at the window! For the first time in forever I'm getting a hot coffee at Dunkin, not just a warm one. My avacado toast was perfect. You guys were NOT out of munchkins or double chocolate donuts by 8:30am like my local one. Thank you 😁

Shout out to Duncan today . Thank you for making my birthday happen with my free donut that y'all honored on my birthday . The atmosphere was very clean . I wanted to give them a higher rating but I can't this time around. We went to this location after dinner on a Sunday evening. The staff were fantastic. They were nice and friendly. I don't mind that the inventory was low, it was the end of the night. My issue is that the donuts were stale and tasted old. I will go back again to try at a different time.

It's not near as good as when made in store Donut's I'm not understanding the donuts being brought in they are not fresh like made on site but they have many other things that are really good love the ice coffee!

Usually the service is good. This time, I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times and finally just point out each individual item and hold up my fingers of how many I wanted. The person was just off today. Donuts still good though. Recommended

Update: This location seems well staffed now. The new hires are very polite and quick with orders, quick to talk to me and understanding if something happens. The manager, who has been there all along, has always been very nice and now that he's got the staff he needs, seems to have the place running quite well. I am very pleased with the improvements! Original: PLEASE staff this location. It's always so busy. I never get my mobile order on time and end up waiting half an hour for somebody to talk to me because they're all so busy all the time.

Visit was cool. Had the Bacon cheese croissant and egg bites. They were great. I ordered a medium ice coffee with 2 flavors and almondmilk. It was extremely strong. When I looked at the label, I realized they gave me 1 squirt of one flavor and 2 of the other flavor. Instead of 3 and 3. Normally they would ask how many squirts if not they just put the 3 of each flavor. I need atleast 2 and 2. All good though. The coffee still did it's job. Make sure you let them know how much flavor you need. I frequent Dunkin almost Daily so i'm particular.

The food is always good and the employees are always nice. My only complaint is my drinks are never right. Ever. I always order milk in my coffee, and it never gets any put in it. I ordered a large matcha and it was half drink half foam. I just feel like it could be a little better in this aspect.

Very friendly staff ! The problem is there always running out of French Vanella for the ice coffee at least twice a week. For the past 3 weeks looks like they'd have a better stock after that. I know I'm not the only one that orders that. And there short handed in the mornings.

The guy taking my order got frustrated with me for not knowing the menu. He helped me but was impatient about how long I was taking to understand. I understand I might've taken longer and truly might've required more patience due to me not being an avid coffee drinker but there was no one else in line and he gets paid for customer service. This is my 4th time coming here but first time buying and all of the females were nice. The drink was decent but overpriced bc of how much ice they put in it. Id recommend ordering light ice, otherwise you wont get enough drink. Not an awful experience but not the best. Ill definitely try it again at some point.

Went to this location on way to drop my husband off. After 15 min of waiting- they realized they forgot my husband's food. He was late getting to his tournament. The manager got onto the employee and gave my husband a free drink however, this was bad service. I hope they get better during the busy times of day. I gave 3 stars because the manager was on top of the problem.

The service- wonderful. The people are so sweet and work well. The food- yikes. I got the sausage egg Croissant which wasn’t bad, but the hashbrowns taste like some kind of kitchen cleaner. I had to spit it back out! At first, I wondered if it was just my pregnancy taste, but I’ve tasted it prior to pregnancy and then did some research, and I am not the only one. I don’t know what’s going on- if the cleaning product isn’t getting cleaned all the way off, a filter isn’t being changed, or what, but I cannot be the only one experiencing this. I could taste it slightly in the croissant, but those hashbrowns- my dog wouldn’t eat those.

Idk what happened but they’ve gone downhill year to date. It seems like the average rush completely shuts this restaurant down. I’ve waited half a hour for not a large order and modified drinks be completely acted up. They need management to come in and overhaul the way it’s running. Loved coming here, so I hope it’s not hopeless.

I've been going to this location regularly since it opened a few years ago, mostly out of convenience. I think I'll switch to Fort O now though. My friends and I all talk about how the coffee is pretty inconsistent at this location, and as of late, when I place my order on the app about 5 minutes ahead of time, they haven't even pulled my ticket from the printer by the time I get there. They see me waiting, ask my name, then pull the ticket and start making it. What's the point in ordering ahead? The last straw was that the past 2 times I went, 2 Sundays in a row, I select "walk-in" on the app when I place my order, but when I got there, the door was locked and a sign said to use the drive thru, which took forever. This 2nd time there wasn't even a sign, the door was just locked. If they're drive thru only, they should take the "walk-in" option off the app like they did when the lockdown first started. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff is always friendly for the most part. Oh, and they tend to be out of some type of milk a lot...

This Dunkin never checks my order before giving it to me. I've been given the wrong thing several times. Also, I don't know why, but they refuse to put the sourdough sandwich in a bag by default, so they're always forgetting it. HEY DUNKIN: THE BOTTOM OF THE SANDWICH BOX IS GREASY AND NO ONE WANTS THAT ON THEIR CAR SEAT. PUT IT IN THE BAG!!!

This Dunkin was once my go to because it's the shortest drive from my house. But I've tried countless times to get a decent cup of coffee here. Problem is no 2 cups of coffee are the same. You never know what you're going to get. Huge inconsistencies. Sometimes it's delicious and others its just undrinkable and most times being the latter.

Very slow with filling online orders. They should abandon taking online orders b/c it would have been faster to just go in and order. Online ordered 2x times from this location. Both times order took 30 mins to fill. It wasn’t a big order. Both times the order was an egg and cheese sandwich.

The girl that was at drive thru mumbled so low I couldn't hear her. When I asked what she said she rudely yelled it. Then a guy came in next and took our order. She handed me my order and took my money but was still rude. I looked in the window and the store looked a hot mess. No it wasn't that busy. Our wait wasn't bad at all. I will be taking a different road than others on this review and instead of making up ridiculous complaints as typical coffee shop goers do, will just say that this low rating is caused by the store being horribly understaffed. Customers suck at coffee places. They order oddly specific things, they'll get 8 drinks at a time, and come back and complain you didn't put enough diabetes in their cup. You need to make up for that by having at LEAST 3 workers per shift. You'll make it back selling 10c cups of coffee for $5-$7. It should not take 15 minutes for me to get a black iced coffee, but that is entirely on management trying to save a buck.

DO NOT GO IF ITS NOT A.M. The only time it’s actually good is when they have their morning time crew members there. The women that work the night shift have terrible attitudes and come off overwhelmed regardless of how many guest are in the store or in drive thru. Better off going somewhere else. I literally have to order something completely different if it’s night time bc when I receive the order it’s not even made correctly no matter how many times you try to tell them.

We got there and the line was long, that was no problem. We did sit there for about 20 minutes. We got up to the window and the girl opened the window and was yelling at us basically and she gave us our drink and said it will be a minute on our donut and croissant. Not a problem. She had shoved the payment device towards the car and she seemed very stressed. The problem was that she gave us our donut and she said just a moment on our croissant and my boyfriend just looked at her like just saying okay and she came back and slammed the window back open asking if there was a problem because he side eyed her and she was yelling at us basically. We really were nice to her and didn’t talk to her but she was just very rude. Bad customer service. I get at times it can be stressful to work in a fast paced environment but if it isn’t for you.. you don’t need to be working in that field.

I used to visit this location every morning on my way to work because it is close to home. The line is usually around the building but I have noticed that it's not like that as much anymore and I can see why. Last few times I have been there my order has been wrong. This morning I ordered a bagel toasted dark( if only toasted it's cold and like rubber) and cream cheese on the side. I got cold bagel with a little smear of cream cheese. I'm done and will go somewhere else. Signal Mountain and Battlefield locations at least get my order right.

Wow.. This place was an absolute mess!.. Took forever to get our drinks. The lady who took our order was disrespectful.. I overheard them tell someone they were out of a flavor just to be corrected by another worker that they did have the flavor and it was shrugged off and giggled about behind the counter.. The lady left too. $ just walked out the door with no cares given.. Although my order was correct, I will continue to do as before and go to Fort Oglethorpe. At least there I won't be called out as the lady who orders Diabetes in a cup.. yeah let that soak in..

Customer service is horrible. My wife and I stopped here to get coffee on our way to FL. They gave us unclean coffee cups with milk spilled on them. My wife asked the girl at the window to replace the cups she was like oh I think they were rushing making them and wiped our cups with napkins and gave them back, very unprofessional.

I work at Dunkin in Fort Oglethorpe and I was off today so I went to the East Ridge Dunkin because I only live a minute away from there it was just easier and quicker and the service is horrible they were all standing around on their phones not taking my order I stood there for a good 10 minutes then when they finally took my order the lady was frustrated because she didn’t know how to ring up my drink. they also were taking care of the mobile orders before in store customers and when I finally received my drink 10 minutes later it was made completely wrong. The one I work at literally would never we are never allowed to have our phones out online and customers should always come first !!!! vvvv disappointed!!!!!!

Apparently the very expensive reusable cups are just for looks. I bought a $25 cup. Washed it. Came back a few days later. Then they just charge me for a normal coffee in another plastic cup! So not helping environment or the wallet. Told the guy that I wanted the money back on my cup and he said no to that too. I'm sure my little bit of money isn't going to hurt a big corporation, but it's the last time I spend any more. Shame on Dunkin.

come to find out my fav staff member cassandra left and she would always make my drink she was perfect at it she made me and my parents drinks and it was only her that made my drinks sweet and perfect NEVER WRONG and she always asked how i am. and ever since she left my drinks have been so bland and unflavorful or wrong and i dont know if its new staff but i always have to throw it out. As someone who works in the service industry, I take customer service very seriously. This is quite possibly the WORST Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Astronomical wait times with no apology given, and absolutely zero customer service. I never wait less than 15 minutes in the drive through (even when not at peak hours). I just feel like they do not care to improve as I’ve tried to confront managers, but I am never given the opportunity to talk to one.

I called many times and they never answered. I know they aren’t busy at night so they can get to the phone but they choose not to. I called many times over and they wouldn’t answer to I went to Krispy crème where they gladly took my business. I wanted a fritter but service matters and that sold me to go elsewhere.

Never seen a Dunkin' run as poorly as this one. Ordered ahead on mobile app, still waited 10 min. for one iced coffee. I know everyone is short staffed, but this Dunkin' has gotten much worse over the last several months. Disappointing

Open till 10pm but the ovens are shut off "for the night" at 4:30pm... Says the cashier. I attempted to order an egg white veggie omelette to be denied by this statement. I asked "so I cannot order anything hot?" Cashier answered "right". No reasoning other than the ovens were off for the night. No apologies for any inconvenience. No quality customer service whatsoever. The employees seem short staffed and tired, not motivated, and not to mention one employee sitting in the table area talking loudly about her "baby daddy"... Nobody needs to hear your drama while your on the clock. I do not recommend you visit this location until they get properly motivated management.

This employees at this Store are very slow. This is the second time has ever happened to me. I was on the drive thru, it took them 4 mins to greet me, today, no one greeted me. and they always get my caramel iced latte wrong, today, she handed me a hot macchiato instead. I've changed my review. The past couple months this place has been awful . Not having vanilla bean, not having xlg cups. Not honoring the coupons that they give out on their cups. Even the people working there are now rude. They told me a couple of people quit. I guess they all did. I ll just go to Starbucks on Brainerd road. Quit hiring rude people. Do better.

My family and I went through the drive though this morning on our way out of town. 1st the person taking our order couldn't understand us. Which isn't u usual with the speakers and headsets. We get to the window. The young girl takes our card does not give us a receipt. Gives us our munchkins, attempts to give us a coffee which we said was not ours. We ended up having to give then our order all over again. 10ct munchkins, lrg sweet tea, lrg dr pepper and a breakfast sandwich. It's not until we are at the window that we are told they don't have dr pepper, waited close to 15 mins for the sandwich and the sweet tea taste like coffee. I won't be stopping here again.

Takes for ever to get your food and drinks, the help are rude, the food quality is below McDonald's, the coffee is over sweet and bitter.and they someone who is bad at keeping things in stock. Many times I have asked for something they are out. Today I ordered bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and they were out of eggs and still wanted to charge full price till I asked to speak to a manager . I will not return.

We ordered a blueberry tea and the blueberry they put inside was far too overpowering. The service was mediocre and we were treated as if we were a problem to the staff. It would have been better if we received a receipt so that we could review this on there but that wasn’t even offered. Sad to see how far this store has fallen from being amazing to now.

Wife went in to get a coffee girl behind the counter said be with you in a minute turned back around. Five minutes later sti no one ever try to take her order. She walked out. My wife don't get flustered easily. She was flustered. Totally terrible experience

Very slow, unorganized,and consistantly out of ingredients. They often give you the incorrect donuts and VERY often do not make your drink correctly. Wait times I. The line ranges from 20 to 30 minutes inside and outside most days. Sucks that our new local dunkin is the worst one that I've been to by a long shot. Edit- while I was writing this review mainly due to today's slow speed... we just found out that they weren't even making our food yet due to some confusion or something. It's been 30 minutes in store and they haven't even started our food yet. They've already made my wife's coffee with the wrong ingredients...

This is consistently the worst place I have ever been to get coffee. No one ever gets my order right. All I ever order is a cold brew coffee with cream and Splenda. It always has real sugar in it. I can tell because I am diabetic and have high blood sugar afterwards. This time I just said cream so they couldn't mess it up and it took ten minutes while most of the people worked just stood around. Eventually the cashier went and made it. I learned my lesson. I'll go to McDonald's across the street.

Service was fabulous until new managers took over now when doing a Mobile order I have to wait at least 15 min to get my coffee while they fix everyone in drive through…. Is that not the point of mobile ordering so your stuff is ready when you get there not after you leave your house make a five min drive then stand inside waiting 10 more minutes? I’ve had to cancel my order multiple time within the past few weeks. Such poor customer service

I get my coffee here all the time and always with whip cream well me and my bf came and the lady was rlly rude and just gave me my coffee without my whip cream and we asked she ignored the question and rolled her eyes. I work in customer service and might I say very disappointed.

Went through the drive thru tonight the girl on drive thru was very rude and a smart ass. I pull around and go in, nobody was helpful, they were rude. They didn't really talk either. The drink I ordered was nasty and tasted like old coffee and water.

Just went to Dunkin, order the same thing every day every time. It was made wrong so I go in and ask for it to be remade. The girl behind the counter with the short colorful hair was SOOO RUDE about it. Get the drink remade try it, still not right. For a business that has machines that count out everything for you Dunkin is one of the most inconsistent coffee places I’ve ever been to.

I started getting Dunkin’s coffee recently, and they make my drink different every single time. I have to get decaf coffee because of medical reasons, and my coffee this morning was not decaf and I didn’t realize it until I spent the entire day today experiencing the side affects of the medium coffee I drank. I’ve heard that some places avoid making decaf because they are out and not informing the customers, not sure if this is the case or not…

I had an issue with my mobile rewards and they were unwilling to help, they just redirected me elsewhere. After might I add being stuck in their line, ( that you can't leave) the whole time. Hate to be that person, but I never have this problem with starbucks.

I'll give us two drinks that were supposed to be the same one did not taste the same as the other then we ask for a refund for the one our bill was $11 but they give us a refund of $3 and something which totaled out at $4 that does not come up to half of $11 the manager was seem to be acting pretty irritated the whole time that we was talking to her about it but when you have a bill that is $11 and some odd cents half of that is not $4 that's just obvious but she was very rude and her demeanor unbecoming with the results that we got out of her and then she made us pay for another drink which was understandable but instead of just refunding what was left over for charging us for the other drink she made us give her her car give her a card back refund the lesser amount of what we had paid for like I said which made no sense so will not be going back to this dunkin' donuts this was the drive-thru in East ridge and the manager was the one we dealt with this happened around 1:00 p.m. on Sunday evening

I've had multiple bad experiences from this place usually not getting my order correct and I let it slide cause we all make mistakes but the iced coffee I received this morning was unacceptable it looked like they filled it full of ice poured coffee in it some sugar and a squirt of french vanilla and handed it out, so I mixed it together and it was terrible I spent another minute making sure it was mixed together good and somehow it was even worse I couldn't drink it. I could have gotten an iced coffee from McDonald's that is much better, so for a place that is so supposed to specialize in making coffee that is absolutely pathetic, I will never buy another coffee here again

Terrible experience at this Dunkin' location today. I ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese and extra cream cheese in the drive-thru. After waiting over 5 minutes, I received plain bagels. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee just pointed at the sticker on the bag and said "you got what you ordered, see the sticker?" When I asked for the correct order, she only offered a refund. I had to explicitly state "I just want what I ordered" before she huffed and walked away without responding. The replacement bagels came out quickly (makes me wonder why the first order took so long), but they were burnt and had barely any cream cheese - certainly not the extra I requested. Worse yet, the male employee practically threw the bag at me and completely ignored me when I thanked him. During the wait, I could clearly see staff members discussing me in a negative way, which made an already frustrating situation even more humiliating. This was my first visit to this specific location, but I've experienced similar poor service at other Dunkin' stores in Chattanooga. I was actually a Dunkin' fan before moving here from Texas, which makes this ongoing disappointment even more frustrating. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I keep trying, and hoping, and then this is what usually happens.

OMG!! Four people working on drinks and nothing else. I mobile ordered mine and still waited 45 minutes for 6 donuts and croissant bacon and egg sandwich. I guess because I did not want a drink, I was not important!!! I was there 7/19/2025 around 1045.

I came in and ordered a mocha iced coffee in the morning the lady( blue eyeshadow, needs to learn how to do her clown makeup) who took my order very rude you could just tell because when she handed me the money she tossed it in front of my face she got a bun tied up. She was rude and then they forgot my donut and the dude(glasses w a hat) who “came to help me was also very rude felt like he didn’t want to give it to me. The same lady who took my orders just slammed my drinks and didn’t even make it right. They shouldn’t be working if they don’t feel like it.

I usually go to dunking at least 3 times a week I even buy dunking k cups for home but went through the drive through today waited 20 mins or so cool I get it Saturday morning ish busy cool I work fast food too no complaints there get to the window to pay put my card in hit 25% tip which is almost 3 bucks since it was only an 8 dollar order and it does the chip error sound and the man taking my card literally says oh that sounds like a bad tip I don't know if it was a bad attempt at a joke or what but uncalled for I tip everywhere I go knowing how it is in fast food but I've never complained about a tip it is what it is sometime you just move on to the next person

This is the slowest Dunkin out of the 3 local ones I use. Half the time there seems to be one worker trying to run the drivethru and doing their best. Other times there’s multiple staff but they’re loud and not doing much more than gossiping. There was an employee’s child climbing over the counter one day several months ago… In addition to the painfully slow drivethru and understaffing, the drinks are never made the same or correctly. The order is right, but the mixture is off. Either too sweet or two bitter. Every time. Overall, They need better management or better training. It’s very frustrating.

Dunkin’ store # 355824 Chattanooga, TN…This has to be THE WORST Dunkin in the country. We were in the drive thru 40 minutes for two medium iced coffees and two breakfast sausage wake up wraps. We never did get the wraps. We waited 20 minutes to order and get to the window and get the coffee. The other 20 minutes were literally WASTED on two one minute prep time wraps. There were six people on this shift I counted. And the excuse was short staffing. THEY WERE NOT SHORT STAFFED THEY WERE NOT PROPERLY MANAGED. The manager was an idiot she needs more training.

First thing i want to mention is that every time i come here either for an iced latte or hot coffee they ALWAYS make it taste different i dont know how ALL the employees seem to get it right 1/10 of the times plus the employees are always new and rude i rarely ever see the same person twice the coffee shouldn't be so overpriced if it doesn't taste any better than my folgers at home... Im done wasting any money at this location i advise everyone to stay away unless they want their coffee to be messed up in some way or another. They can never get the amount of pumps right they either put too many pumps than what you asked for so its overly sweet or less and it tastes too bitter idk why its only at this location but be warned.

Showed up 20 mins after opening. Doors locked. Walked to drive thru- manager barked that they weren’t open yet. Came back an hour later and they were only accepting cash. No apologies, no service. Seems like a management issue .

I despise this DD's. I have been going to Dunkin for 24 years, and this is the first Dunkin that has staff on the morning shift during the week that CAN'T MAKE AN ICED CAPPUCCINO OOOOOR A MACCIHATO.. I ate the loss the first couple of times and even got an iced latte to save myself a headache.. sadly, this being the only Dunkin on my morning route to work, I did keep going. The addiction is real. One morning, I went and ordered an iced cappuccino it was made wrong. I said something and got back a cup of iced froth 😑😑😑😑😑 was told that no one knows how to make it. Lol, not just that this particular day I got hashbrowns and an everything cream cheese bagel. Apparently, they were almost out of cream cheese cause I barely got any, and I got frozen in the middle hashbrowns. I knew better cause that had happened a few times before as well. Needless to say, if I could give them no stars, that's what they would get and deserve. Starbucks has my business again. After going to this DD since last October, I'm done trying, and now Starbucks gets my daily business that this Dunkin lost. Save yourself the headache and go to Starbys if this place is your only option.

Hate to do this but i feel like i have to because this dunkin is literally on my way to work. Service here is horrible, employees always arguing with one another and line outside is so long that it starts to affect traffic at main road. I had to come insode assuming it would be faster to get my coffee but i was wrong, I was in there good 15 mins, i ordered a small coffee and took them forever to give it to me. Be better, if you hate working here find another job.

Today on November 11, 2025 at approximately 8:30 AM I walked into the Dunkin’ Donuts on Ringgold Road to purchase an order of everything bagels and a vanilla iced coffee. There was an employee on his phone wearing gloves after he got my order he started fixing my order with the same gloves that he was just on his phone using he didn’t change his gloves so when they gave me my order, I told them that I didn’t want them being that he was fixing my order with the same dirty gloves that he was just playing on his phone with so he proceeded to fix me another order with the same dirty gloves and when I told him I didn’t have a problem with him being on his phone I have a problem with him using the same gloves and he pretty much got mad told me he will hit me I told the manager about it and it was ignored. I go to this establishment every single day and the service that I received. Today was horrible. I will never step foot at this establishment or spend my money ever again.

Don't go to this Dunkin Donuts! Stood at the counter for several minutes waiting. Never got acknowledged. Didn't even get a "we'll be right with you." Then when they finally did take our order they got it wrong. There were 2 or 3 other customers complaining that their orders were messed up too. Terrible customer service. Can't get the orders right. Zero people skills.

I placed an order through the app which charged me, but never processed order. Whenever I went to talk with the manager to resolve it, he was more concerned with being a smartass and getting me out of the way instead of helping despite showing him proof.

Dropped by today about 1130 to try lunch. Food looked great, clean store, nice staff but cold as if I was in a meat locker. Went over to Firehouse. I would establish a fixed temp like 73 or 74. No need to be so cold

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The food and drinks often taste bad or are made incorrectly. Every once in a while a drink will be good but it is hit or miss. This is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever experienced! There’s no ownership when things go wrong and no apologies for delays or slow service.

The drive thru is slow. Got my coffee and it was filled with coffee grounds. Turned around and took it back. Went inside and trays and trash on ground. Employees playing with the food. The lady remade my coffee but still filled with grounds. Got a different coffee brew and coffee was alright. What a hassle and just didn't seem to care and the coffee clearly showed that.
