Went through the drive-thru. Granted it was loud due to the fact it is a busy street. The cashier was loud enough but apparently I was not. I had to repeat my self several times and she still managed to get my order wrong. Like she was multitasking and taking the order was lowest priority. She was loud and spoke over you so no wonder she couldn't hear what I ordered. Retraining is needed for sure.

So disappointing coming here now. Asked for no lettuce to see it how much meat was actually in there. 2.59 plus tax for this taco. Burrito was basically tortilla with a smidge of beans and meat. I'm always disappointed when I come to Bakers now, but always hopefully that it will be like it used to be. Instant regret each time.

I was disappointed today when I ordered the family meal. The tacos were stale and dry. I know they are hard shells, but they just tasted old. When I went to distribute the fries I had seen the bag and box were half empty. Typically they fill the bag to the top but I'm guessing that has changed. I added a photo to show how it was only half full. In the future, I'll be sure to check the bag before driving home and seeing this.

I don't know what happened but Bakers changed their buns to another company and they are SO DRY, way too thick for there size of patties. Bakers was my FAVORITE before the bun change. Also too the fries taste hallow now too. There food quality has just gone done BIG TIME. 😔

Ordered a meal that taste just like del Taco or Taco bell. It's frustrating to taste the same or similar taste from another biz. but the fries was the enjoyable part only. For something last minute sure but it's not one of my options I'd choose often

I went to bakers on lunch located on valley and Cherry and this was what was inside of the tortilla I can't say that it was a burrito because it was mashed together and it was very dark in color with the most horrible taste at the end of the day it did upset my stomach very disappointed I've never experienced that from bakers before

This post is really a sad reality to what happens when a Mom & Pop old school business is inherited by the grandkids and they sell it off to a big corporation the quality goes. The love and caring for putting out a great product, and good service unfortunately is not passed on. Man I really miss the way Mr.& Mrs. BAKER used to pour there heart and soul into the business. I know the employees miss them as well. Looking at this greasy mess.

Very rude employees, they expect you to place your own order on a confusing kiosk while they ignore you because they have a line in drive thru. Myself and another customer both had issues with the kiosk timing out before completion.

Came here for an early lunch we ordered a combination burrito that look like a quesadilla no joke. Got French fries that were old and stale I understand shrinkflation but for it to be that thin and not taste good I will never be returning to this bakers I've come here constantly and the orders are always messed up the food is always horrible I recommend everybody to try a different bakers. It's kind of sad cuz I've been coming here since I was nine years old and just see the decline of the quality of food and service over time to the point where it's not even worth going anymore.

Me and my husband went through the drive thru and ordered two chili cheese fries and a large coke, Floriceli the server said they didn’t have large and offered a medium which we agreed to. Only to find out that they only gave us one chili cheese fry. Called ahead to see if we could be given the second order and they said yes. Once there they told us that we’d have to pay again. Floriceli had a bad attitude while we paid despite us being completely okay with paying. Anthony needs a raise, was the only employee who had a good attitude and made the experience somewhat better do better 😔😔😔

Wish I could give zero stars. This baker’s customer service is absolutely terrible. They failed to pack my entire order, forcing me to waste my time going back to retrieve what they forgot. Instead of apologizing, they had the audacity to get upset when I called to address their mistake. To make matters worse, they tried to claim I never ordered an additional baker—despite it being clearly listed on my receipt. Yet somehow, I didn’t order it? When I pointed this out, the employee gave me attitude instead of taking responsibility. Bakers, train your staff properly. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Waited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes and when I got my food, the fries were extremely salty. Couldn’t even eat and the cheeseburger was raw meat. Disgusting.

There’s no way it takes up to 15-20 minutes for two tacos and chili cheese fries, also having to wait 7 minutes to order something. The food is good, but the speed or accuracy isn’t.

Bakers definitely isn't the same place .....the food was the worst I've ever experienced from here, but you only had one good worker training a few workers who definitely didn't want to be there. I'm sure this is my last stop here. Definitely not worth spending your money.
