I love this Pollo Loco... It's clean and the service is pretty bad.
Went through the drive thru yesterday. Aside from the amazing deals they have, I received prompt service. Unfortunately I took off before they gave me my card back and didn't realize it until today at lunch time. I called and they picked up the phone, which is surprising for any fast food restaurant. I spoke to an awesome worker that was super nice and understanding. My debit card was safe and returned to me. Thank you making my craziness a little less crazy.
The staff was friendly and helpful — especially the cashier, Nancy. She was super nice and patient, which I really appreciated since I’m a very picky eater. She made the ordering process smooth and easy. The food was fresh and delicious too! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
Went during busy lunch time and requested order from catering menu as last minute team luncheon. Liz the Manger and her team were awesome in filling the order within half hour! Awesome service, polite professional interaction. Thank you Liz and team for putting faith back into great customer service and satisfaction!
I ordered a twelve piece mixed meal and when we got home to eat it the chicken was hard, dry and overcooked.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience—especially as this is the second time I’ve encountered a similar issue at this location. I came in for a pickup order and, while I understand the team was busy, as its typical lunch hour. I wasn’t acknowledged upon arrival. When I approached the counter and let the employee know I was there for a pickup, she saw my order on the screen, confirmed it with a nod, saw my bag sitting on the counter, and then continued assisting other customers. I remained waiting, and after stepping away and returning, she informed me she had forgotten. As someone who has worked in fast food, I know how challenging the job can be, but it’s disheartening to witness a decline in basic customer service courtesy. I hope this feedback can help improve future experiences.
I wanted a fresh, hot and tasty like most Pollo Loco locations. I figured a quesadilla would be good. I was wrong. The drive thru was busy. so going inside, the restaurant was so cold, no way to sit there. With over 5 people working, only order with a kiosk, no personal service here. About 15 minutes later, the food was handed to me without napkins or salsa available. By the time I got to the car my door was cold. I ate it, hungry. Disappointed yes. Will I go back? Dought for sure.
Watched an employee take tortillas returned by a customer and throw them back in the bin with other tortillas, which is super illegal. I've worked in restaurants for the last 15 years and have never seen a place so disgusting as to put returned food which may be contaminated in with the fresh food they're giving to customers.
I eat el pollo loco quite often due to their extensive gluten free menu. Ive never had any problems or gotten sick at any other el pollo loco. Tonight I ordered shredded chicken tacos and bit into it and it tasted like churro, so at this location either they do not have a dedicated fryer or maybe a lazy employee. Use the Sierra Lakes one if you eat el pollo loco for the gluten free option.
Guac is old at all times. They never want to give out red salsa and always missing items in the order specially drive thru! Not to mention bad customer service
Worst customer service can’t even answer a simple question. I’ve been in customer service for almost 20 years selling cars! straight shooter. These people have an ego here! go to the Rialto one five star service. The guy manager here is the only thing cool about this restaurant, he is nice and he is a straight shooter, I forget his name if he’s still here real tall, Mexican guy other than that attitudes and horrible customer service look at my feedback and ratings. I tell how it is. !!
I just pulled up and they’re closed (indoor and drive thru). It is now 8:22. They have a sign on the door that says they close at 10pm, and google also shows that this location closes at 10pm. This the second time I come to this location and they are closed earlier than what their posted hours say. I feel like this location needs to work on their messaging of the hours. I understand if updating your hours online may take a few days to update, but don’t have a sign on your door that completely contradicts with your “hours”. My rating only pertains to this negative experience that I have now experienced twice, only at this location. I should also mention that as I’m sitting in the parking lot, writing this, others have pulled up thinking this place is still open. Please stop closing earlier than what your posted hours say.
