Came to try the sandwiches and they are really good, not greasy. I had the sausage egg and cheese croissant, but what I liked the most was the customer service, very attentive and even though it’s only 6 am and they seem to be very busy. I did not feel rushed and they always had a smile.

This Dunkin' Donuts is the best and worst thing that ever happened to me. I am an avid coffee drinker and the only drive up in Fontana being the one we all know was getting old. Dunkins has brought life back to my coffee runs! This Dunkins is quick and full of friendly staff. I have only ordered once where they made a mistake on my order and they were happy and quick to fix it. I have always loved Dunkins coffee and use it at home, but having the experience of driving there and getting it from the cafe is amazing. Love love love me some Dunkins!!

So I came here to wait while my car next door was being serviced and I must say that the staff here was soooo friendly I watched how they all interacted with each other and you can tell that they all lovvvve what they do!! 🤗🤗🤗 it was pretty early while I was here (I sat for about 45mins) but they moved very quickly efficiently and accurate from the drive-thru to the cashier everyone had smiles on their faces 😁😁😁 and it was all very genuine for it to be a team of 6 women it was like they all moved as one each person knowing what to do and knowing there role as well as willingness to be a helping hand as needed you can tell they received OUTSTANDING TRAINING 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾the store was clean and displayed very well........ this store definitely gets 10 STARTS FROM ME ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! 🍩☕️🍞🥓🍳🧋🥤🧁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service has always been of good quality. I usually just get hot coffee. It's hit or miss with the coffee as at times, the sugar is missing. The upkeep is always good. A few times I've noticed the homeless people walking on the main street side walk but nothing to be concerned about. Service is usually prompt. Food is ok. It won't always be the freshest. But I primarily stick to hot coffee. Overall I do recommend it.

Blended drinks are good, as well as the donuts. My only complaint is it smells weird inside, instead of smelling like a yummy coffee donut place it smells like chemicals. It makes me wonder if my food is safe.

I've only tried the refresher and a bagel with bacon egg and cheese but the drink was a little too sweet with lemonade and the bagel was a bit tough. (Hard to chew). Although my fiance likes their coffee I would like to try it one day and see what the hype is about. The drive thru is quick and workers there are friendly. I look forward to possibly updated this review.

Location is clean, fast drive-thru, but they add too much ice to the large ice lattes.

they are typically very fast and nice i’ve only had a bad experience one time and it wasn’t even that bad. i love coming here !

I enjoyed the free medium coffee and bought 2 glazed donuts that were delicious. The drive-thru service was great. I give 4 stars for this location on Sierra Ave. Fontana. Keep up the great 👍 work.

January 17th at 5:58pm I went to Dunkin with my family. I walked up to the cashier and he was a very young gentleman but very kind. I placed an order and he took it perfectly all I did was add “add ons” to one of the drinks. I took a seat as I waited for the drinks, I looked over and saw behind the cash register a slim young lady with glasses making weird faces towards the drink I had ordered and was talking to the young man rudely which I didn’t understand what the issue was. Until, I saw she snatched the drink away and I saw the way she was being rude to the young gentleman. She kept questioning the drink and asking him what it had in a rude tone. After, the girl with the glasses snatched the drink away she called my order so I can go ahead and grab it. I stood up and walked over and as soon as I was about to reach for my drink she proceeded to say Im not sure where you’ve done this before but here we don't do that okay? We don't add matcha cold foam here but I’ll give it to you she spoke with a rude attitude while giving me a mean look. I was in disbelief she spoke that way if nobody did anything to her. After taking a sip of my drink it was absolutely perfect! He did a good job with the drink, we even apologized to him for the way the girl with the glasses spoke to him. I love coming by here regularly and I have never had an issue with my orders even when it comes to the add ons. This took me by surprise and her being rude with no reason makes me not want to return.

Third time here. Their blended coffee is good. Iced coffee is good depending on who makes it on that day. Only complaint is that I ordered two small hot chocolates for my kids and they gave them coffee. I couldn’t drive back because I was too far away to go back by the time my kids noticed it was not hot chocolate.

Very disappointed 😥 I was expecting something better or at least not that bad 👎 I had 3 different drinks and they were bad. Also I got 5 different kind of snacks and no one impress me. Sorry. Drinks flavorless and the mini hash browns taste like the oil was super old and dirty. The cream cheese on the snack "balls" taste kind of funny (bad). Sorry but I dont recommend this place at all 👎 Donut holes dry and the sweet bacon I think was the only almost good thing 🤷

Asked for black coffee with stevia a _splash_ of cream and 1 ice cube to cool it enough to drink right away, but what I got was scalding water with a lot of cream and no coffee... weird. But hey at least it was only 3 dollars.

I Use to love coming here, but their customer service is horrible and they all look like they don’t want be there.

I used to like coming here but they added a kiosk to order but you can't customize your drinks. It is the 3rd time I go inside and I wait for over 30 minutes for some to take my order no one else is inside they just ignore me when they finally attend me they seem to get upset I won't use the kiosk and dismiss my concern about not being able to customize my drinks fix it so I can customize it or just stop being so rude and do you job until it gets fixed

First time trying Dunkin coffee was not the best experience. I wanted to ask for their popular drinks and mocha drinks and order some donut holes I was attended then told to give her one sec. She left and continued to make drinks after of 7 minutes waiting as well as people behind me she said that she was too busy to take orders right now to use the kiosk. So I proceeded to order from the kiosk and finally received my drink. It was made wrong. I’ll stick to starbucks.

Unfortunately they don’t know what they’re doing. I kept getting put on hold, I’m guessing they were training someone which is understandable but I got a dozen donuts and I chose what I wanted and they decided to choose what they wanted instead. Very disappointing.

I went to another Dunkin Dount which they don’t have it. I called this place and spoke with person. They told me that they have plenty of Halloween buckets. I told them that I’m here to pick up. The guy told me that they don’t have any Halloween buckets and have few donut holes left. I’m not really impressed with them and they are wasting my time to come over for nothing.

Extremely poor customer service.. The quality of food and coffee is completely sub par. I work at the hospital down the street but I won't be coming back too many times where my order was not correct or the coffee was water down.

They didnt have an item i ordered on the app and didnt want to give me a refund at the store told me to do it on the app. I went thru the app to get my refund they said up to 14 days to get a refund. When i go buy coffee i dont tell them ill pay u back in 14 days

I placed my order for a large mocha frozen. I repeated the size for my drink and at the time of check out I realized they charged me for a small. I told the cashier that I ordered a large, she told me she will have to charge me for another small as two smalls are basically a large. A large is 6$ and a small is almost 5$. I basically paid double for a large. Never going here again.

Check your drinks they get orders wrong when you are paying $5 for a drink you should get what you ordered. This is a newer location. Don't let any manager or staff tell you otherwise we pay too much for a drink to be disappointed and unable to enjoy it afterward. Dunkin is inconsistent when making drinks it doesn't matter the location. This is due to the franchise being new, high employee turn over and poor management in the initial phases.I have had the same issue I know because Iorder the same drink all the time. I can tell by the look when my order is wrong. I refused to take the drink i only convinced the manager who was working the window that it was incorrect after trying it. Only then did they offer to redo the drink. This is the reason for the ONE star rating. There should be no push back just remake the drink, make sure the customer is satisfied and apologize for the mistake. That is good customer service! I wrote this review because I know that feedback is needed for this location and customers should have awareness. I hope this helps.

First and LAST! Had never visited Dunkin' and never will again! Not only were the donuts not good or fresh, service is absolutely atrocious. This establishment needs to rehire the crew entirely. If you are craving donuts or coffee, go elsewhere! You'll be better served elsewhere, anywhere!

Tuesday 4/1/25 at around 4:00-4:30 at the Fontana Location. Forgot the brown sugar in my matcha and didn’t even give me real bacon, it is literally the Snackin bacon. And they didn’t melt the cheese or season my sweet black pepper bacon. It taste like regular bacon. PMO I’m calling cooperate tmr at 9 am

Literally messed up every single thing we ordered, and the food tasted old at this location. Bad attitude workers for no reason whatsoever. Passive aggressive managers and supervisors. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to.

To the Store Manager or DM who oversees this location. I came in and your shop was out of about half of the doughnuts you sell. I asked for a maple bar and a chocolate bar. Pretty standard request. Your cashier told me that what ever was out, was all they were going to have for the day. How do you plan on making sales if you're running on such low inventory? It says you're open until 8 pm... It's 3 pm now. You mean to tell me no one is making doughnuts for the next 5 hours? Last time I come here, this is a joke!

The bald headed lady that receipt says “Tiffany” but gives the name “TONKA” who claims to be a lead, made this the worst experience at Dunkin yesterday. I go to multiple locations but never will I ever go to the one in Fontana ever again. Proudly claims to be a lead but cannot handle anything situations and super unprofessional, I’m assuming they just make anyone leads here ? Honestly feel that she is the reason for no up sells because when you want to add anything she complains and gets mad NO MATTER HOW SLOW IT IS. Basic manners as a human, she lacks …. Should have made anyone a lead but her honestly because it truly makes one not want to go to this location.

Deserves 0 stars but what can you do. On 1/17/25 at 2:57 i went thru order 3 drinks I had forgotten to add hash-browns so i asked at the window if it was possible to add hash-browns. The cashier who was under the name tiffany but gave the name tonka then goes on to roll her head and make faces and have attitude. I made a comment that wasn’t a good way to act when you are a lead and she said neither is adding hash browns at my window. I would not recommend going to this store if you see this bald headed woman just tread lightly.

She handed my drink to the blonde hair girl and she did something to my drink. The girl who rung me up told the other worked “that’s not how they asked for it” and the blonde hair replied “it doesn’t matter”. I purchased a large iced latte with pumpkin swirl & oat milk with pumpkin foam. I also asked for cinnamon. My drink tasted so bad, hardly any ice, and no cinnamon. I’m so disappointed and sad that this experience will forever be my first impression.

This place needs more people. Everyone is working really hard to please. Everyone Im a business owner, and I understand customer service is the key to success! When workers are short staffed, it is impossible to give you good service. the staff here are definitely good workes in my eyes, but they need help. It is just my opinion. The morning is the beginning of the day, and you don't want to be short staffed during rush time. i love this Dunkin

I ordered 2 drinks , 2 donuts and a breakfast sandwich. One of the drinks was wrong , I asked for it to be fixed , the cashier was rude & said no that’s what you ordered. Then I got home & saw she gave me the wrong donuts. I have never had an issue at Dunkin but this time was very disappointing.
