So far everything has been great here. Love the Show off Sandwich with the salsa on the side. All drinks are amazing. Toasted Cinnamon twists-- amazing. They're also a lot more down to earth, and friendly here, compared to Rancho and Ontario. Surprisingly, they had a root beer float on their menu, so of course I hade to try it. Did not disappoint.

No Starbucks between Las Vegas and Los Angeles but no worries, this KLATCH COFFEE is a better version than Starbucks much to my delight! They have healthy breakfast from kitchen on site. Drive-thru is an option too especially this branch is just right off fwy 15. I can continue my drive with much energy and big smile on my face again :)

Very good coffee, most important thing. Secondly, customer service was excellent. Thirdly, very clean and spacious. Got the cold brew, caramel coffee and it didn't disappoint. I recommend this place.

I came in drive thru Took like 10 Mins just to give me my avocado toast while they’re in the window on their phones. People are trying to go to work there was only one car in front of me to so it wasn’t even busy.

Had 1 Ham & Cheese Croissant didn't want croissant bread they offered me sourdough instead, I agree also an easy ice Matcha latte. The sandwich was very cold just warm not toast, presentation in the box with no gra, I paid $8.10 dollars for that very lack presentation. The Ice matte latte was good but too much ice I told with easy ice the girl who took my order wasn't there so the new one didn't know about she offered me 2 sandwich I had to show my ticket had pictures but didn't have this option here.

I’ve been to this Klatch location for years and am noticing the quality of product go down. For starters I ordered the breakfast wrap and was told there was no chipotle tortilla and I could only get it with gluten free tortilla that I would get charged extra for. Why not make it free for the inconvenience? That’s not the reason for my rating though. I ended up just getting my drink which was an iced honey bee latte. The drink I was given was a bees knees which includes an orange peel. This is the fifth time that this happens where the employee doesn’t know the difference between the two drinks and I end up paying more for a drink I didn’t ask for. Also, the latte was HALF honey. More honey settled to the bottom after I took this picture.

Ordered an iced creme brûlée latte and it was a disappointment. Nothing is worse than ordering coffee and being handed a cup that looks like milk with syrup. It just absolutely lacks the flavor of coffee so I just threw it away. The line took about 15 minutes with two cars in front of us.

Wanted to get an unsweetened matcha latte but was disappointed to learn that the get a premade matcha mix that's sweet so no option to get it not sweet. Their chai latte is pre sweetened as well. A bummer that they don't give you the option to choose, I think that should be up to the consumer

I asked for the new white chocolate raspberry scone. Once I arrived to work I was going to take a bite until I something off so I decided to cut a piece off the scone, I noticed the color was off looked nothing like the menu to find out I was sold a moldy bread.

I visited this establishment on a Thursday evening. There were two employees. The took 10 minutes to take out order. No acknowledgement, no welcome, no hey we’ll be right with you or thank you for your patience. When the guy came over to take our order i was honestly taken aback. I had my order memorized but because we waited for so long it took me less than a minute to remember it. I ordered 7 drinks, i knew it would take a while for me to get the drinks so we sat on a table. When our first batch came, the employee accidentally dropped two of the drinks. He apologized and stated he would give us a free blended drink of the same one he just dropped. He wiped down the table with napkins and I finished cleaning the table. He came back to give us the remaining 3 drinks and all he said was thank you for coming. He didnt give us the extra drink he promised. This was my first time here. We came because of the tik tok video we saw for Klatch Coffee. We instantly didnt like two of the drinks we ordered but didnt want to go back to get something else. I was just so over the bad experience. The coffee is okay, not the best. Definitely will not be recommending or returning.
