This has been a place of comfort as we recently had a difficult time. The staff is always so kind even though they know nothing of what we’re going through, they go out of they’re way to make us feel welcome. We enjoy everything about this treasure, from the yummy coffee to the delicious food to the delectable cinnamon twist. Most of all though, the staff is the best

I haven't even finished my coffee yet and had to give this place a 5 star shout-out. Fantastic service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down best Iced Vanilla Latte I have ever had, so glad they recommended it AND even double checked that I liked it before I drove off. I'll definitely be back and recommending to friends.

Delicious coffee and excellent customer service. Definitely will be returning, even if it's a bit out of my way. I got the creme brulee (hot) and it was delightful. Not too sweet, which is how I like it. I got it with whole milk, but I'll be trying their house-made almond milk in the near future! I also got their espresso chocolate chip muffin and it was so good!

i usually do not review but i had to leave one on this place because the service was AMAZING. it was my first time here and was not disappointed. the cashier helped me and my sister chose the drink that we were craving and took the time to help us figure something out. she truly went above and beyond. when i got the order it was exactly how i wanted it to be it was PERFECT. only thing i regret is not getting a large 😂. the coffee is very high quality and u can tell they put a lot of love into the drinks. very clean establishment and not very packed ( went around 3pm on a monday). so glad i found this place because it’s my favorite spot. 1000x better than starbucks and around the same price. this place deserves all the success coming it’s way. again thanks to all the workers there for being so nice, patient, and promptly serving us the drinks. here’s my order if ur wondering: •••small iced hazelnut latte with half and half and simple syrup••• it taste sweet and milky but not overpowering u could still taste the beans of the coffee

Klatch is the best, I was so happy to see this location on our way to Las Vegas. I love the way they do their coffee and they have the best cold brew. I can't wait for them to expand to more places. Klatch has really good food and the quality is incredible. You gotta check this place out and you won't be disappointed. I love this place and can't wait to go back.

I really don't want to share one of my newly discovered secrets as it's not near as busy as the most well known chain I was originally driving to, and had been previously for months before trying this place. The service, atmosphere, staff - all combined with very flavorful coffee are just amazing! It's my new go to - to break away from the (you know the one) corporation on almost every corner

First came a couple of years ago while we were out this way for my kid's football game. It hit today on our way to Vegas, and it's still great, like we remembered. Great service, great coffee!

Always a wonderful experience. The coffee is delicious. The Creme Brulee latte is a favorite of mine. It never disappoints. The people are friendly and professional. I love that there is a local alternative to the big brand generic coffee house. Klatch is a place worth visiting regularly.

Vanilla latte and the creme bruellet latte are outrageously delightful. Vanilla latte regular or sugar free are both devine. Food is filling and equally delicious. Blueberry pastry is an addictive treat, even though with my gluten intolerance, it is sooooo delicious. Eat up, drink up, smile and be happy with Klatch Coffee.

They take coffee seriously. Brewed coffee is a controlled pour over. :) and our barista was absolutely gorgeous 😍! This will likely be a stop on all my future travels!!

At Klatch Coffee in Fontana you feel like you already are in the forest but you really are closer to the 15 Freeway. It is a very calm and peaceful place and the coffee and the food are very special. You can bring your laptop and have a wonderful and very pleasant afternoon. I love too the blue berry muffins and the panini sandwiches are stupendous. Enyoy!!!

Enjoyed a delightful indoor afternoon experience here at Klatch Coffee in the very northern part of Fontana before meeting a client in Rancho. PROS: Modern and sleek design with warm light flooding through large windows. I was greeted by a similar warmth by Ali on the way in. I asked her about the Turkish delight seasonal latte, and she described it so deliciously that I immediately began to desire to taste it. I ordered it for inside, and she obliged me. The bathrooms were clean, the tables were disinfected, and the temperature was chill just like the music selection. I sat down near an outlet on a table that did not wobble! When the Turkish latte arrived, she carefully tiptoed it to my table so as not to disturb my work, or spill one drop of the tantalizing mixture. And, I am so grateful so did not! I could smell the essence of orange wafting from the cup's heat. Divine. I took my first sip, and I knew I was sipping true latte love. Before, I left, I thanked the affable store manager, and master barista Jorge for a wonderful experience. Tschuss, ciao, and Dios le bendiga! ⚜💚⚜ CONS: None.

My card / app was giving me problems trying to order which I later realized my order didn’t go through. Arriving the manager happened to be here and was super nice to push out my coffee order. Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t yet! 💘

Love this place but my order is wrong sometimes but people are nice and chai is great. I recommend buying the chai, especially if you have a little bit of a road trip.

Creme brûlée latee is my favorite. Never disappointed when we come here. Everyone is always genuine and very friendly. I wish there were more of you especially in the High Desert but Fontana is still reasonably close to me and worth the drive.

So happy they've built one on the other side of the 210 in Fontana. Coffee & food tasted great and they use fresh ingredients from sprouts to make their food and the service was supper efficient. Breakfast wrap was AMAZING! I've never had salsa like theirs before and if you love spicy, you'd definitely love it.

Therrese made a great food and drink recommendation. Avocado toast and the bees needs iced latte. Both were so good! Avocado toast, add an egg and chipotle mayo. Although they did forget to add my cucumbers, which was a little disappointing being that I didn’t realize till after I left. Otherwise, this order was 10/10

New Healthy stop for our Vegas Trips! Get the Avocado toast !! It is SO GOOD! Also got the Creme Brule Frappuccino and it was next level! Definitely worth the stop.

Excited that they are opening a Fontana location. I have been getting my coffee at klatch for 5 years now. Klatch is honestly the best coffee you will ever have. I tried several coffee shops all over the place and Klatch is still my favorite. Rose is the best barista, she keeps the store in Ontario very clean and organized. I hope she manages Fontana location.

Baristas who know their product. They give you history of Klatch, share knowledge of beans they have, and a great description of what to expect. I, undoubtedly, give Klatch coffee a huge improvement over your typical coffee shop. Btw, try the cold brew with just splash of heavy cream and be amazed that no sugar or sweeteners are needed. The coffee is that good! A treasure to have by home for the coffee lovers in the area. Update: another successful run for coffee. My advice: grab the Crazy Goat coffee beans. Delicious! The employees are great and each give a different perspective on coffee.

5 Stars for Klatch. One of my favorite coffee shops in the area due to the quality of the coffee, and options they offer. Definitely recommend an iced vanilla bean latte with an extra shot of espresso or a hot vanilla latte in a ceramic mug for the extra kick to start the day!

Really impressed! They even had an experimental bean processed in a way that I haven't had yet!!! The latte was well balanced and beautiful foam. The barista was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I had the goat cheese, honey and lavender toast which was super delicious. A perfect snack to carry me the rest of the way back to LA. Will definitely visit again to and from Vegas. Thanks!!!

I came to their drive thru got a oat milk Capp on tapp and it didn’t taste like it normally does so I got down and went to order a new drink instead Jeremy who I believe is the manager helped me get the coffee that I actually wanted and was sweet enough to make me trials of which coffee I liked better ! I honestly didn’t think they would do all that but I appreciate it and he deserves a raise for treating customers like this ! I’m gonna keep coming here even though it’s 20 mins from my house ! Customer service was A1 !!

It’s very very cold in this place though and it sounds like the staff is unable to change this, so I’m hoping corporate sees my comment and addresses the issue. There’s no reason a coffee shop should feel like a freezer :) Also the music is a bit too loud, which is distracting if you’re trying to work and interferes with listening to your own music on headphones. P.S.: the internet does not work - please fix asap.

I started coming here all the time after a teacher from platt college recommended them! At this point they recognize my order bc im here so much(sorry!). They were so sweet and tried to help me when i didnt get to use my app and then the manager and owner (? I think?) comped my order even though i was totally fine with paying! I have been coming to the klatch since middle school 2014 at the rancho location and this is my first time ordering inside at the Fontana location. Amazing coffee and amazing food. Ordered a vanilla latte blended and iced lav latte with two turkey pesto paninis made fresh from their subway style sandwich preparation station. Very big and filling and overall flavorful. Genuinely amazing coffee shop from the menu to the atmosphere and the workers. 10/10

As someone who has never been here before, my first experience was VERY good. Candice and Dylan at the window didn’t disappoint at all and were very welcoming and fast at their duties! The show off sandwich was incredibly tasty and fresh and the coffee is top notch. Would easily come back again the next time I’m in Fontana!

Whenever I’m in a new city, I look for a local coffee shop. Klatch did not disappoint! They greeted me when I walked in and answered my questions. I was intrigued by the drink, Oatmilk Capp on Tap and they offered me a sample which is so helpful when trying a new place. The drink is cold brew concentrate, vanilla syrup, and mixed with Oatmilk on tap. They also make their own syrups! The owner/manager(??) chatted with my daughter and I and made a variation of the drink we were talking about for us to try! This coffee shop is a great representation of good quality customer service. Thank you so much! Next time I’m in the area I’ll be back! ☕️

My wife and I decided to have a coffee late at night and we didn’t realized the shop was about to close. We placed our order and Trevor, an employee, was kind enough to allow us to enjoy our coffee inside the store after hours. We really enjoyed our Vanilla Late and enjoyed Trevor’s friendliness. Today we were celebrating our anniversary and this gesture was the cherry on top on an awesome day for us. I highly recommend Klatch Coffee Fontana. Keep up the great customer service.

So far everything has been great here. Love the Show off Sandwich with the salsa on the side. All drinks are amazing. Toasted Cinnamon twists-- amazing. They're also a lot more down to earth, and friendly here, compared to Rancho and Ontario. Surprisingly, they had a root beer float on their menu, so of course I hade to try it. Did not disappoint.

No Starbucks between Las Vegas and Los Angeles but no worries, this KLATCH COFFEE is a better version than Starbucks much to my delight! They have healthy breakfast from kitchen on site. Drive-thru is an option too especially this branch is just right off fwy 15. I can continue my drive with much energy and big smile on my face again :)

We've been coming here every Saturday as our family tradition. We get large cappuccinos every time. Coffee has always been great! about 2 months ago, something happened and we were told that they don't make large cappuccinos, that it's not a traditional size, even thought it's on their drive through menu. So coffee ever since has bit more miss and not a hit. It's been tasting bitter or just like milk. I hope the store reads my review, and goes back to making the delicious creamy cappuccinos we came to love! Unfortunately if the coffee continues tasting sad we will be forced to look for a new coffee shop.

Food was great. I'm not a coffee drinker but went with a group who is. They love it. I got a delicious sandwich 🥪 just egg cheese and avocado 🥑. Delicious 😋. Kinda echoey in there not ideal for a long time stay, but okay to eat. Not sure where the trash can was lol just threw my stuff away outside. Also I got a medium drink.. the cup was super small... I was surprised it was a medium, but it was pretty cheap.

When I first started going to this location service was top tier. Now it has started to Fall dramatically. Service needs to be top tier again. When I order drinks with no ice every single time never fails. They put ice in it. They need to really listen to their customers and their orders.

Nice coffee shop. Seems like a step between Starbucks and some of the fancier coffee shops (Blue Bottle/Inteligentsia). The Golden Latter was an interesting experience it had turmeric and cayenne. It was a good flavor for a drink sweet and somewhat spicy (I don't mean hot). However I don't think it's was a good "latte" as the coffee flavor is fully covered by the turmeric and the cayenne.

Definitely a different stance on this place after talking to one of the associates. He did explain the rushes and other inconsistencies and why they happened. Dude actually communitcated and he has always given outstanding service. He definitely does care about the customers.

I echo the gentleman review above this. The seating inside can be a bit uncomfortable if you plan to stay for any length of time. The coffee is good, but sometimes a hit or miss with the barista, and they are a little slow. I think this will get better over time and I excuse it because it is a new establishment. Other than that, its great to have them in the neighborhood. I look forward to their improvements.

Their coffee is delicious, but every time I go it seems like the wait gets longer and longer especially in the drive thru. I literally was the only car and had to wait 15 minutes for a Large Patio no whip and they still got the order wrong. Not the first time either. You can see the workers standing there talking and laughing not paying attention to orders.

The last few visits I have made to this Klatch have been less than enjoyable. My most recent this morning was met with poor customer service, the morning staff makes no effort to make eye contact, or be pleasant. They seem stressed and overworked, though the inside is pretty much empty. The food was good, but the shot in my latte was bad. Not sure if they are dialing incorrectly, but the shot is bitter, and lacked what I typically expect from Klatch. Overall, I am disappointed in the level of service offered at this location and even though it is convenient to home, I can't see myself coming back just to be left disappointed over and over

Coffee is 5 star…. But the wait time for 2 black coffees, I hope this isn’t the norm. Do better Klatch.

I ordered an iced vanilla chai from Klatch, and it was okay. It was a spiced chai with no vanilla flavor, but maybe there was an issue with my drink. The workers were very friendly. It's a drive-thru location, but there's also seating inside and a bathroom.

Alright coffee. But the place gives Cafeteria Vibes. It's why I like Starbucks. They're spots are chill.

I've been coming here since I moved out her so last 6 years and the quality of the food has gone down and the pastries are nasty now. I think they changed their baker or Ingridents unfortunately the coffee is probably the only good thing but this time I went through drive through my coffee was not filled to the top so for that price point its not worth it I'd rather go get ice coffee at McDonald's. Do better Klatch especially if your charging premium prices!

I came in drive thru Took like 10 Mins just to give me my avocado toast while they’re in the window on their phones. People are trying to go to work there was only one car in front of me to so it wasn’t even busy.

So, I think these reviews are not made by real people or relatives. I live in the neighborhood near Klatch and we voiced some strong concerns. Although it might have gotten a little better, they still aren't the best even compared to their other locations. On top of all that, they are extremely over priced. My last a final straw after giving it a few months to improve, cam about 2 weeks ago. 19.00 for three coffees and two or the three sucked! I tried to stick with them but I just cant. Back down the hill I go to Starbucks or Tea Leaf. I hear there is a new coffee shop in Renaissance, maybe I'll give them a try. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Had 1 Ham & Cheese Croissant didn't want croissant bread they offered me sourdough instead, I agree also an easy ice Matcha latte. The sandwich was very cold just warm not toast, presentation in the box with no gra, I paid $8.10 dollars for that very lack presentation. The Ice matte latte was good but too much ice I told with easy ice the girl who took my order wasn't there so the new one didn't know about she offered me 2 sandwich I had to show my ticket had pictures but didn't have this option here.

I’ve been to this Klatch location for years and am noticing the quality of product go down. For starters I ordered the breakfast wrap and was told there was no chipotle tortilla and I could only get it with gluten free tortilla that I would get charged extra for. Why not make it free for the inconvenience? That’s not the reason for my rating though. I ended up just getting my drink which was an iced honey bee latte. The drink I was given was a bees knees which includes an orange peel. This is the fifth time that this happens where the employee doesn’t know the difference between the two drinks and I end up paying more for a drink I didn’t ask for. Also, the latte was HALF honey. More honey settled to the bottom after I took this picture.

Slow decent good coffee. Won't be coming back Large vanilla bean latte is now 6.95 so it's over 7$ with taxes. On top of that when you pay with a card, there is an automatic 4% transaction fee on top of the 8% sales tax. We're almost at 15% extra to drink here. It's good but it's not worth an extra 15%. Oh, you also can't skip the tip without them pointing out that you have to click a smaller part of the menu to skip it. This led to reduced service quality in a very obvious manner. Sorry but a 1$ tip on top of 15% for using my debit card is not appropriate in this current cost culture. Will no longer be going to any coffee shops or tipping enabled establishments for the foreseeable future.

Tried to get some coffee about 20 min before closing. Lobby was closed for some reason and the worker rudely motioned for us to use the drive thru. We didn’t.

I think there is something wrong with the food here. I’ve been multiple times but the last two times I got really sick with food poisoning. The first time I thought it was just because I had take some acetaminophen with the coffee the second time I got a sandwich and coffee and an hour later I was violently sick. I notice other people have been commenting issues with expired/ mishandled food so I definitely think they are not doing something right. Service is good , cute place but won’t be going back. Someone from the health department should look into them.

Coffee is good, we've been here twice since we got here in Cali. But the service is very slow, 30min for coffee I think that's is too long and the cookies I had is bad..

Love the coffee, however the last two times I've come here to get coffee once at 6pm and the other just now 7pm, the doors are locked. I stop on my way from work, get my coffee, use the restroom and get back on the road. The store hours say open until 8pm.

Extremely slow service. Waited 10 minutes for the car in front of me to order. Thought maybe they were special needs but no waited at the speaker for a long time before they asked what I wanted. Maybe only 1 employee?

I usually come here every now and then and the food and service is always great. I ordered a chipotle grilled cheese and after a few bites I realized there was a big piece of paper inside. Please be careful when ordering food here and always double check. Sad that the workers didn't see this, it was not a small piece of paper.

Hazy day latte it’s terrible I can’t even put my finger on what it does taste like but it has like a burnt chocolate taste to it and the milk taste sour

Ordered an iced creme brûlée latte and it was a disappointment. Nothing is worse than ordering coffee and being handed a cup that looks like milk with syrup. It just absolutely lacks the flavor of coffee so I just threw it away. The line took about 15 minutes with two cars in front of us.

Wanted to get an unsweetened matcha latte but was disappointed to learn that the get a premade matcha mix that's sweet so no option to get it not sweet. Their chai latte is pre sweetened as well. A bummer that they don't give you the option to choose, I think that should be up to the consumer

I visited this establishment on a Thursday evening. There were two employees. The took 10 minutes to take out order. No acknowledgement, no welcome, no hey we’ll be right with you or thank you for your patience. When the guy came over to take our order i was honestly taken aback. I had my order memorized but because we waited for so long it took me less than a minute to remember it. I ordered 7 drinks, i knew it would take a while for me to get the drinks so we sat on a table. When our first batch came, the employee accidentally dropped two of the drinks. He apologized and stated he would give us a free blended drink of the same one he just dropped. He wiped down the table with napkins and I finished cleaning the table. He came back to give us the remaining 3 drinks and all he said was thank you for coming. He didnt give us the extra drink he promised. This was my first time here. We came because of the tik tok video we saw for Klatch Coffee. We instantly didnt like two of the drinks we ordered but didnt want to go back to get something else. I was just so over the bad experience. The coffee is okay, not the best. Definitely will not be recommending or returning.
