I bought my daughter the chocolate heart cake and it was absolutely perfect, she loved it! Their cream-filled donuts were super soft and airy, with a light cream that wasn’t overly sweet. The milk pillow bread is my personal favorite. The staff here are all so nice, helpful, and genuinely friendly. I’m so happy they opened a location close to my home! Highly recommend.

The food is always fresh, and the tiramisu latte hits the spot every time.
Great selection of pastry and dessert. Nice indoor seating
The food is good, and the coffee is okay. The service is counterservice, so you have to order and wait. Pick it up before you can climb into the balcony for a seat. The balcony seating area is pretty sparsely furnished. The seats are well and really not made for someone my size or weight (me: think 310 lb. & 6'7" half the seats are low.) I had a croissant and coffee that's it. They seem to have Wi-Fi but I for customers, but I didn't spot password details. The customer Wi-Fi seems to be TLJ_Customer ., but you need a password to log into it. Therefore, I can't give you any details on speed. We were sitting upstairs and I didn't feel like wandering down to get a password when my 5G connection was fine. I spoke to the folks at the counter and there were very friendly and tried to give me their secret password and how they do it but there was no reason for me to use it. My suggestion is that they post a little picture with the password on it upstairs. Or post it on the sign behind the counter area.
Absolutely must give more than 5 Stars to this very wonderful shop- not only are all the OFFERINGS truly delicious - every special pastry - and the cafes/ hot chocolates, etc. but the STAFF SHINES- SO WILLING AND CARING TO PLEASE : WITH MAJOR SHOUT-OUTS to Manager, Annie, and to Dylan, Maymuna, Salsa, Fone, and Wenting! THIS SHOP IS NOT TO BE MISSED!!!! What a true delight!!! THANK YOU ALL!
I come here almost every other day. I get the same thing always cappuccino. It’s my go to spot when I want to chill charge my Phone or meet up with a port nail date. Perfect spot for me and the staff always treat me good. They started to remember my order too so I’m feeling special and recognized in this space.

Lots of seating and amazing fresh baked bread everyday, costumer service is great. They greeted me when I came in and then she even offered to warm my bread
I visited for the first time. The cappuccino I ordered was perfect. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the place is very small. I ordered pastries, which weren't anything special, but delicious like other places that offer the same.

I liked the coffee. However, I wish they would allow us to use our own cups rather than require us to waste their paper cups. Paper cups are bad for the environment, and they are lined with plastic, which is bad for human health. Sanitation is not a viable reason, because nothing except the liquid the customer will drink will touch the cup anyway. The liquid itself was boiled, which means there's no way bacteria could have entered it. Starbucks in Chelsea had an issue of mold in their ice machines, but I think Tous Les Jours is better than Starbucks.

The service was great. My matcha Frappuccino was good. The Ube donut was okay but tasted chewy. The place to eat needed to be cleaned. There was hair on a seat.
Wifi sucks and is slow beyond comprehension, impossible to even attempt to do work there. Food is pretty good. Coffee not bad. They even gave me a free water which was super nice of them.
There's usually a decent crowd here. Today, there's an older woman blasting her music, saying she's praying. She wouldn't turn down the music. The lady behind the counter said something to her but to no avail. Can't even have a cuppa without people getting all entitled. 😱🤔😡
The coffee and other drinks are actually quite good. But the space just feels uncomfortable. The seating area feels more like a hospital waiting room than a cafe. It's not cozy at all. Plus, there is no restroom access (which I'm not sure is legal for this many seats?) I really want to like it here but something about the space just feels off!

I recently tried the tiramisu Latte from the Elmhurst location and was immediately hooked. I came to the Forest Hills location to get the same thing and quite frankly I was totally disappointed. What a waste of money!

I usually go to Paris Baguette on 71st Continental in Forest Hills, but decided to try Tous Les Jours across the street for the first time around 8 AM. I picked a pastry with sausage and cheese, expecting a savory item — instead, I was shocked to find it covered in a sweet glaze and sugar throughout the dough. It tasted more like a dessert than breakfast. The dough was soaked in butter. When I politely asked the employee if I could exchange it, she abruptly cut me off mid-sentence and turned her back, walking away without a word. Completely rude and dismissive. I ended up throwing the item in the trash — a total waste. The Caramel macchiato also was far from good! Extremely Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning
I decided to stop by on August 7 because I wanted a change in scenery after frequenting most of the coffee shops in Forest Hills. This was a mistake. The young barista acted incredibly rude and passive aggressive. All I did was pick up one of the wrapped pastry items (which are on display in the front FOR CUSTOMERS TO BUY). Two seconds later, the barista moves the item back in place — acting as if I am not allowed to touch the items. Please train your staff to be polite. These micro-aggressions clearly translate to customers like myself who are trained in reading human behavior or anyone who expects basic decency when ordering coffee. Secondly, I asked for water when she gave me my coffee and she went to attend to the next customer prior to finally responding to me. Worst customer service at any of the Forest Hills coffee shops — AVOID THIS PLACE! Thank you.
Was excited about it - and went there a couple of times. but their service really let me down. Passive aggressive behavior their staff is really appalling. Seems the staff is serving better on ‘certain’ folks - while completely ignoring others. Unless they learn to serve everyone equally, they won’t last long in Forest Hills.
Overpriced with very limited selection, and the service is downright rude. There were no napkins nor basic necessities upstairs which was annoying. I ordered a hot chocolate and you know what, I was made to wait last, watching people who came after me got served first just because they ordered coffee. No apology, no explanation just ignored! And when I finally got it, the hot chocolate didn’t even taste good, completely artificial and watery. Absolutely the worst. Never coming back!
I’m disappointed with the way free samples are being given out. It seems like the male employee is selectively choosing who receives them, rather than offering them to every customer. This kind of inconsistency feels unfair and unprofessional. It gives the impression of favoritism or bias, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. All customers should be treated equally, and I hope this issue will be addressed to ensure a more respectful and inclusive experience for everyone.
I bought a birthday cake, but it wasn't fresh. I had ordered it a day before picking it up. I even asked the staff, 'Was this made today?' and they said yes. However, I don't believe it was. The sponge was dry and the buttercream tasted stale. With so many bakeries around these days, we all know what a truly fresh cake tastes like. Furthermore, the quality of the chocolate was quite poor, which was unexpected given the bakery's reputation.
I went to get coffee and pastries with my boyfriend, and while I was waiting for my coffee, a homeless man came into the store and asked people to buy him food, which they did, and I thought that was nice. However, the homeless man opened the glass door and grabbed a pastry with his bare hands, without gloves or supervision. He didn’t even use tongs to get the bakery item, and the workers just stood there staring. They could have at least said, “I’ll get the pastry for you.” I’m concerned about hygiene because his hands were dirty and he was grabbing the pastries. Because of this, I won’t be returning to this bakery. I prefer Paris Baguette.
I preordered and prepaid for a birthday cake for my son’s birthday. When I arrived for pickup, the store was closed due to severe weather, and I did not receive any notification. While I understand closures for safety, better communication would have prevented a very disappointing situation on an important day. The store did process a refund the next day. But this situation could have been avoided with proper notification to customers.

I don't like their service at all I came in at 7:10 in the morning and they didn't say hello to me and turned me away from the door, saying that they work from 7:30 but their website says that they are open from 7:00 in the morning and it seemed strange to me that they were serving other customers from 7:00 in the morning
