Love this store, was very Clean and the staff goes beyond to keep you Satisfied!! I drive all the way from Gadsden, Al just to eat here at least 1 time a week. When i tell you my fries or ALWAYS HOT AND MY BURGER IS ALWAYS SO FRESH… AMAZING PLACE TO EAT AND SO DELICIOUS ♥️😋

Yum!! I believe most of them all are pretty good!! I only get the chicken fingers. I am not a onion or Milo's sauce lover, so the chicken finger snack meal with the best fries in the world will always work. Maybe a time or two the dries were not fresh but that's why you have to make sure to pull one out before you take off and make sure they didn't pull one over on you and give the last of the old batch,lol. Now the one thing you will not find anywhere else, that's better is their BANANA🍌 shake!! OMG!!! The best!!!!

Improvement of service since the last time I was there. Food was good, service was pretty quick and efficient.

The workers at this location are special. I ordered a #2 with only 1 request, please go lite with the salt on my fries. Instead the sandwich maker didn’t add the top bun to my burger. I’ve not ever had this to happen before. I feel my appetite dissipate. Plus, my sweet tea doesn’t taste like the usual Milo’s brand. I should have driven to the Milo’s in Bessemer, AL. The Bessemer Restaurant is the best Milo’s around Birmingham.

Absolutely disgusting, the food was cold, the cheese on the hamburger would not even melt. I would’ve complained, but I already drove home and found this out. I will never shot Milo’s again, not that you care. I would love to really tell you my mind but children might be reading this

8:45 order food the fries were cold so I came into let them know that fries were cold the door was unlocked. Some girl was very rude when I informed Her about the food. Some one else outside had the same issue the food is never fresh.

After pulling out of the drive thru with my order to what had been an extremely aggravating experience with the rude girl in the window, I had to go inside and speak to the manager about the discustubg service I got and how my order was just thrown in the bad and go off.
