Everything awesome is awesome and love coming every weekend with my family. The only thing there was homeless man running a scam standing inside breezeway pretending to count change and we gave him money to buy food. But he pretends to walk in and walks back to breezeway again until he has enough to go on his bicycle to buy beer. I don’t mind giving just don’t lie to me.

Only time I come here is for the ice cream which is pretty good and the price is good. Large area for seating compared to other locations I've visited.

Unreal ice cream. The value alone makes it worth the trip in the fact that the ice cream is really delicious definitely doesn’t hurt I’ve never had bad service here. I love Braums so much. I’ve been waiting and still am waiting for a location to pop up in Saginaw. I hate the drive all the way to lake worth for ice cream. Although.. Their ice cream is definitely worth the drive. Also! The chili is something to talk about! It’s phenomenal 😍

I got the # 1 with cheese and everything tasted just fine. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I asked them if I could get some of the fries when they were hot out of the grease and they did what I asked and got it served to me within about 5 minutes. The burger was good, the fries were great, and the Diet Coke even tasted better than a lot of other places have tasted lately.

This place has never disappointed and has never changed their recipe for good tasting food and shakes. I always recommend this place to everyone.

My kids enjoy going to braums after we leave the casa manana. They love the food and ice cream. I don't care much for the service. It always seems that the workers are distracted when we give them our orders. I also always have to clean a table myself for us to sit at. Again, my kids love it, and so we will, of course, be back, but I don't care much for the place.

My first time in a Braums. I had tried their food through the drive thru, though. I had a bacon Cheeseburger and it was good. The bacon was crispy and the burger was warm. I don't care much for the crinkle-cut fries, which is what the burgers come with. However, I didn't ask if there were alternatives. They have some coolers with deli and dairy items to purchase. The other half of the building has booths and tables to eat your food. I didn't have ice cream, but our daughter got some cookies and cream. The service was good, but the establishment and restrooms needed some cleaning.

Alberto came to the rescue after waiting line for more than 20 minutes for an ice cream. Our ice cream and shake were outstanding… worth the wait. This place had a few flies flying around that may need some attention

First time being here. Not from Texas. Ice cream was great, food wasn’t bad - they got my order wrong. But it was still tasty. The kid taking our order was SLOW, and didn’t offer any specials.

Good groceries, customer service just not much variety

I am really disappointed to have to say this. Braum's was one of my favorite hamburger places. Unfortunately, after getting my hamburger today, I was let down for the first time. They used to big and juicey but today the one I got was thin and dry. It was also much smaller than in the past. It seems that they have made changes. I don't think I will be going back any time soon.

I understand it's hard to find good workers, but when you've got more people at the ice cream counter than you do the drive-thru, pull some employees off the back and put them in the front. And I have a hard time believing that your bathroom lights "automatically shut off at 11pm, and we can't turn them back on". If you're going to be open until 10:45, there will still be customers in the building 15-20 minutes later. If that's frustrating, then close at 10:00.

There was plenty of employees present. The young lady at the register was having problems but nobody was interested in helping her, even after she asked. The food did not take that long. Food was hot and the order was correct.

This Braums is clean. The staff was not friendly and very rude. They don’t help you at all if you have any questions regarding their menu. They treat you like you’re an idiot. The ice cream is sub par but the food is decent for what it is.

In my opinion the food quality had dropped over the years . Burgers used to be thick and juicy! Now it's more like a dry charbroiled hockey puck. Frys are still in my top 5. If I return, I'm definitely dropping the burger in the trash next time.

I love the remodel and the staff is always been nice. They occasionally doe get my orders wrong but have always done right by replacing it during another visit. But this cashier is making salads by the drive-thru window where money is taken😕. You would think with the new upgrades they would have a prep area for this. I hope no one's swallows a dime or a penny. This just doesn't seem sanitary to have it all up by the window. At first I thought it was plants and it looks nice until I notice the cart of all the vegetables. After she took my money she been put her hand right into the vegetables and started back to filling up the salad containers. I'm glad I don't eat their salads but I'm pretty sure this is against the some kind of food safety. I don't want to eat that. This is only a picture but I did get a video.

Our visit to this location was ok. The service was slow and the store was not so clean. Restrooms no paper towels and toilet paper. Trash can by the front door was over flowing. I love eating at Braums but this location needs to step up. Employees need to move at a faster pace. I believe it's poor management for not instructing employees to keep the location clean and work at a faster pace. Out of the bronze that I visit in the past this was the worst. Ice cream still good but the environment was not so inviting.

Went in to order some burgers and banana splits . The lady Dana made our banana splits one had two strawberry scoops and one vanilla. The other one had all vanilla, I didn’t know we had to ask them to change the scoopers when fixing different flavors . I have a Strawberry allergy therefor when she fixed the all vanilla for me I seen a bit of pink (strawberry) from her using the same scooper . I politely asked her was that strawberry in the all vanilla and she looked at me as if I asked her about rocket science. I told her I couldn’t eat that can I have another one … this lady took the scoop off and threw it back on the bucket …. With an attitude as if that makes it any better . She was very rude even to the people who were ahead of me it almost made me turn around and go to a different location which I should have . As I waited for the rest of my food I was trying to get her name so that this review could be spot on . Under her name tag said assistant manger 😂. The only reason why this is getting 3 stars is because the food was pretty decent shout out to the young kids in the back . As for that assistant manger good luck .

How can a place look dirty after being remodeled makes my brain hurt. Anyways, the ice cream is delicious, the classic burgers taste great. However, their new cheese burger was just horrible, it it wasn’t for the milkshake I would’ve just thrown this burger to the trash. On a good note, they do have a small grocery store that carries good quality items.

Been coming to Braums since I was a kid and I live their food and ice cream. Love the limeade. The prices are reasonable. The main negative thing is every Braums is dirty. This location is no exception. I didn't see one person attempt to clean while I was there. Dirty floors, dirty counters, dirty tables, dirty walls, dirty windows, dirty registers.

I really love Braum’s, but this location will get a 4 stars because if their service. Getting ice cream for family and friends is supposed to be a happy and joyful experience especially when celebrating a birthday. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit….the staff rolled their eyes when we asked for fudge to be added to an ice cream cone and when they handed it to us it was dripping with fudge. I had to ask for it to be put in a cup. Really not professional. Besides that - the ice cream was good.

So we know that Braums is your typical fast food burger joint... But is it? This burger joint... has a local fresh market inside, so when you're done chowing down your meal, you can walk 30 feet and grab some basics to go. They have a decent selection of deli, milks, produce and meat's! Tons of ice cream products to choose from of course, but if you're in need for more than a meal, you can save yourself a stop on the way home. They also have a real nice ice cream counter with all your favs! BTW, my double qtr pounder with everything on it... tasted pretty darn good. I was surprised... Worth the stop, although it can get crowded around meal time!

Ice cream is amazing but the guy Jose serving the ice cream was so rude. I asked him if they had cookies and cream and he just looked at me with a ugly face and ignored me. No “thank you” or “have a nice day” was said. He just overall has a bad attitude. I know work sucks but its not hard to be a nice person

The ice cream very good and staff was friendly. The manager/owner not sure what he is was very rude and disrespectful to workers. He was also not in a proper uniform managers/owners should be dressed professionally.

The lady who made the smoothy spilled half on her hand, and then proceeded to make it, her had was clearly drenched with the smooth and the cup was saturated. I guess good help is hard to find smh

Dirty tables, soda fountains, restrooms(no toilet paper) and lots of homeless people. Two males not wearing gloves serving ice cream. One female constantly placing her hand over her mouth with and without a glove serving ice cream. Don’t eat here if you have issues with cleanliness. This place is gross. PS. Hats off to the two other girls serving ice cream while having to put up with someone asking for the manager because she didn’t like the ice cream she got.

I only recommend ice cream anything else is a waste of time because you will have to wait forever even if there is only 1-2 orders Infront of you with only one drive through order coming in that period. Horrible service, 4 employees on shift stop working to have a conversation (about personal lives) with a single customer and each other. had the chance to converse with other customers, sadly it was a shared opinion. It took about 8 minutes for my food to be done after they made my shake (and to call my order and I had to tell them the shake was part of my order) so it was melted. My fries were under cooked and my cousin's overcooked slow service still faster then my previous 40 minute wait time and at least there wasn't hair in my food this time.

first time getting breakfast here this morning no line got a big country breakfast with gravy. food was ready before i got to window wich was a red flag but ok i got all the way to work and no gravy no sausage and dry buiscuit . pregnant. hungry. tired. 12 long hours today no food. ya i should have checked but was in a rush as well . will not be returning to any braums super upset monday is already died for me

We came here on Monday and then around 10 PM took 40 minutes to get served. They should definitely consider hiring more staff the night shift. **** managers should retrain all the staff and remind them to remove your gloves after touching the cash register especially if they’re making banana splits. I had to call the girl out and ask her to change the gloves.

They will not add lettuce to the jr cheeseburger. Even if y8u are willing to pay for it....

Stopped in for breakfast at 8:40 , left at 8:55 because no one would take our order, we stood at counter thought they might be put off by my noisy 3 year old. So I sat down and husband stood at counter. Very disappointed!!!

I always try to come here but lately there has been a lot of attitude with these teenagers. I just went through the drive-through and the attitude was just not it train your people to be more better and more nicer.

I asked for my burger to be extra well done, I received it barely brown. I'm assuming they were short staffed because it took about 10 minutes to be helped on the ice cream side. And the establishment was filthy, the patrons were having to clean their own tables.

This is the worst braums location I've ever been to. Extremely long wait times & rude staff. They always make mistakes & then don't want to fix it or give your money back. Not sure if it's poor management or what but it's been going on for years. If you come here be prepared to get pissed off!

Pulled up to the drive through with no one in line. No one answered the speaker to take my order. Sat there for about 3 minutes. Saw a car pull up on the other order lane and got assisted immediately. Then another car pulled into the other order lane and also got assisted immediately. I’m speaking to the speaker for assistance and finally got some help. Placed my ice cream order after the 2 cars were assisted. I told the team member why they didn’t help me when I was the first in line. No response. Completely unacceptable.

I've never seen a more unsanitary place. If you have allergies don't go here. I watched employees using no gloves, spilling food on top of other food. Trash thown everywhere, food debris everywhere and flies everywhere. There's no reason for the disaster area I witness standing in line. I couldn't help but wonder how food got to where it was, like in cabinets, unless of their free time they are having food fights between the employees. If I was the manager I would be ashamed. And clearly none of the higher ups ever stop by un announced. I will not be coming back. And I will recommend that opinion to anyone else who wants ice cream. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

If I could give a 0 star I would have. This store # 250 on 100 university drive in Fort Worth is the worst location I have ever been. I like Braums but this will never come to this one again and will not recommend wasting ur money on this location. So it was on my lunch break wanted to get me something to eat because I couldn't bring lunch. I went to the drive-through to order. I got to the window waited for my food. This young lady at the window handed my order was asking me if I got my drink, I was like I'm sitting here waiting for you and asking me if I got my drink? You suppose to be given me my drink. So I drove back to work only to find out she gave me a coke instead of sweet tea that I ordered. I had to drive back and go inside to get my order fixed. The older lady at the front just handed me a cup and hear, the drinks are out there as if I was dining in. Never apologize for the mistake or nothing. What got me really upset was when I Got back to work again to find out there was no silver, condiments or a napkin in the box and the sweet tie wasn't even sweet. so I called and ask to talk to the manager. All the manager could say was "I'm sorry I'll talk to them". I was like is that all you could say? I want a refund because I poured my tea away and couldn't eat my burger because it tasted like old made burgers sitting for days. No tast at all. And she was "well, if you want a refund you got to come back to the store to process a refund" I told her I'm on my lunch break and have already been there twice and I have to come back there again? I can't I have the order # all you have to do is to refund my money back to the card. She told they only do refunds in person so I have to come back to the store. I had to hang up on her because I didn't want to go off on her and also had to go back to work.

Took over 30 min to give me a milkshake, not a friendly customer service, and the tables were dirty also the floors. We couldn’t enjoy our food because there was a strong urine smell coming from the restrooms .

We ordered through the DT and had trash inside our vehicle from competitor so we decided to throw it away in the trash can inside. The older lady working the front at 11:53am had to make a unnecessary comment about us throwing away trash. Teach her how to nice!!!!!!!!!

Pulled into the drive-thru to place an order. Wait for a good 2 to 3 minutes before anybody even greeted me over the microphone. In the middle of taking my order another vehicle pulls up and whoever is taking my order stops taking my order and starts helping the other person leaving me pretty much speechless. Then a second person comes on the mic and starts taking my order again. I gave them my order and pull up to the window and lo and behold it’s incorrect. I don’t have time to deal with it at this point so I told them to refund it and leave. I try to call and speak to the manager just to let them know how bad of an experience it was, and they cut across me to tell me “we’re all very busy in here“. I am never going back here again, and I don’t recommend you do either.

I've been waiting in line for 15 minutes before they close the cashier tells me to hold on and she'll take my order. She did not take my order and intentionally waited until they were closed instead of taking the last car order but instead lied to me so that my time would be wasted for 15 minutes and more. These people did not have the the kind courtesy to tell me that they were closed or they stopped taking orders they just ignored me especially when I'm at the window trying to make an order. I'm going to make a call to the manager about this because this is unprofessional and people need to be professional at their jobs.

today was different my sandwiches were cold had no ketchup I bit into one and it was disgustingly plain. Never having this problem before I didn't check my order because I trust braums and have been going to many locations in the ft worth area for a couple of years now. it's to time consuming to come back and talk to a manager I have priority's thruout the day we won't be going back to braums at university drive. might go to McDonald's from now on! thank you Tim Bledsoe ps. McDonald's go to McDonald's unless you want two pints of ice cream you have to go in for that so they can't mess with you .

I recently visited Braum’s and had a very disappointing experience. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but they also gave me a ridiculously small portion of ice cream for the price I paid. This visit was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed uninterested in fixing the issue, and I ended up leaving hungry and upset. For the amount of money I spent, I expected better quality and service. I won’t be coming back anytime soon unless things improve.

This Braum’s location totally and purposely did not answer the drive thru call button. In fact, we had to pull up to the window after 5 cars’ orders had been taken. When arriving at the window, we asked her if the lane we were in was broken, she said wait jist a minute and closed the window and did not take our order. This is ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. Very rude that little girl was. I professional staff.

Zero stars!!!! Asked for a brownie sundae with no nuts and they failed to inform me there are nuts in the actual brownie. I have a severe anaphylaxis nut allergy. When i called to complain and inform them ( and ask which nuts are in the brownies) the manager wanted to debate on technicalities on whether I said no nuts or no nuts because of an allergy, as whether that made a difference of if the request should’ve been honored. ESPECIALLY because nuts are included in the brownie regardless of if it’s an allergy or not and I was not told. Very unprofessional manager and wanted to go back and forth when they were wrong.

Service here has been getting worse and worse over the last couple months. Today alone it took 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. This is ridiculous.

Took 23 min to get my order that i felt like i was in line waiting for a bucket of freshly cooked chicken 😏. Not to mention i was on the window and there was a vehicle waaaaaay in front of the store waiting as well amd they forgot about them. I stop taking photos of the timer after 16 to 17min I would have left but they swipped my card already. It was not even crowded but the long line was the result of the slow service and oh yeah, they forgot my bacon in my burger 😏😏😏😏😏😏. They new crew working there is going to run this place to the ground. I blame management , please train your staff properly and never leave a fast food joint without management .

Horrible service. This is the second time I’ve tried to order from this location and both times the drive thru has helped other customers, and said absolutely nothing to me. No hello, please wait, nothing. Yet when you drive around to the window, an employee is sitting at the register just looking out the window. No help, nothing. I would give this location zero stars if I could. My daughter and her friends visited today and the cashier Miracle was extremely rude! She snapped her fingers at them and said " what do you want, hurry up, I'm busy" when one of the kids asked for oreo ice cream she said they were out even though they were looking right at the ice cream. So they left. I called to complain directly after and the manager said she would address it but still felt the need to report online. Get rid of the garbage! It'll make everyone's job so much easier!

I’m mortified ❌😳 at how disgusting their kitchen area was, literally trash ALL over the floor. The ice cream area was such a mess and so unsanitary! Then I’m seeing staff touching bananas ( for banana splits) and the ice cream scoops and other things with no gloves then touching the cash registers then going back to helping other customers without even washing their hands and having ice cream and crap all over them. There was ice cream spilled and melted all over the floor and they just left it and didn’t clean it up, one lady dropped lids onto the counter of all the crap and mess and didn’t throw them away just left them there, I’m so disturbed and confused how management is getting paid to not do their job. This place is so unsanitary it’s wild. Corporate needs to come look at this store and someone is going to get fired and others need to be retrained. Unacceptable. 🤮🤢‼️

Incorrect order and had to ask for corrections on missing or wrong items FOUR times. Bro, it really is not that difficult to bring them out in a timely order. By the time all the items were finally brought out, 20 minutes had passed since we finished eating. Manager (I think, since he was the only guy back there out of uniform) also smarted off and wasn't apologetic over the wait, lastly and most importantly, he was so rude to his own staff. The subpar service is probably due to him talking down to them like they're petulant children.

Hands down the most disgusting Braums in the city. Food is always old, place is always a mess. I knew better than to stop but here we are. They are always hiring, so I'm sure management is a nightmare. Got a big eye roll from a manager for asking them to clean one of the ten dirty tables in the place. Fries and tenders were cold and old. Stick to the drive thru and cold food if you don't want to lose your appetite.

I would subtract 5 if I could for the filthiest and unsanitary conditions of this place. There are flies all over the place (spot the flies in each photo if you like). The nut toppings sit open on the counter with paper towels laying midway over them. Only the paper towels get changed. There were flies on the edge of the nut toppings. Trash overflowing and I didn’t dare check the restroom.
