The fact that there are people working tonight 1/27/26 7:15pm (currently freezing temps and icy roads), serving us food is 5 star in and of itself. But they were all very nice and friendly which made it even better. I would be mad having to work, but they didnt show it all. Nice to see friendly service from time to time, its rare nowadays in fast food.

For being late and walking in 50 minutes before closing the environment was cleaning, inviting, and friendly! I just want to say thank you guys for being friendly and welcoming. Eventhough it was late and I know you guys are probably tired because you're a cross from the school and probably be very busy all day, the food was great! I think I found my favorite location, that being said thank you again see you guys soon! 🤗

Just went thru the drive thru and I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to have fantastic service at Chicken Express on Berry, after having dealt with Popeyes on Alta Mesa and their absolute horrible service, I hate to admit it but I was expecting the same, and oh boy was I wrong. I was greeted with a friendly hello at the mic and even friendlier people at the window, just all around great service. Thanks so much guys! OH and thanks to the last gentleman who handed me my food and gave me the heads up on the UBER HOT chicken legs that just came out of the fryer!!!

The food was very fresh and the portion sizes are amazing. The staff was very friendly and listened for exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially since the kid seemed new to the job.

I love your 2 piece chicken dinner. Closing time is 10 PM and at 9 pm started cleaning floors which had pine sol Smell and it's a powerful odor. 5 stars

Alright, buckle up, folks, because we're about to embark on a flavor-filled roller coaster ride at Chicken Express. Now, before we dive in, let me just say that my taste buds are ready for anything, and I ordered the infamous 4 tenders combo with fries and a cold, tantalizing Coke drink. Let's get saucy, shall we? So, I strutted into Chicken Express like a peacock on a mission, craving some crispy goodness to fill the void in my soul. With every bite, I anticipated a symphony of flavors that would make my taste buds dance the tango. But alas, my friends, what I encountered was a slight misstep in the poultry paradise. The chicken tenders were salty. I mean, saltier than a sailor's vocabulary after a day at sea. I couldn't help but wonder if they had accidentally dumped the entire Dead Sea onto my plate. Now, I appreciate a little seasoning, don't get me wrong. But these chicken tenders were trying to turn my mouth into a salt lick for deer. Now, despite the sodium overload, I have to give credit where it's due. The tenders themselves were cooked to a crispy golden perfection. It was like biting into a nugget of joy, just with an added kick of salinity that left my taste buds yearning for a hydration station. And speaking of hydration, that cold Coke drink was the oasis in the desert of saltiness. It was a refreshing symphony of carbonation, sweetness, and ice-cold relief that made the chicken-induced parchedness momentarily bearable. As for the fries, they were the unsung heroes of the meal. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned without being overly aggressive. They were the sidekick that stole the show, balancing out the intense flavors of the chicken and providing a reprieve from the sodium onslaught. So, my final verdict? Chicken Express, you've got potential. With a little restraint on the salt shaker and a continued dedication to crispy perfection, you could become the Casanova of fast food chicken. Until then, I'll be sipping my Coke and pondering the mysteries of life, all while nursing my sodium-riddled taste buds back to normalcy.

Food wasalright, but the workers were slow. I dont know if it was just one of those days, but super bummed for the laziness and lack of wanting to help.

Best chicken I’ve ever had, we don’t have these restaurant chains where I’m from and this chicken in THE BOMB!! I really enjoyed their recipe and it goes great with their tea, this kinda southern comfort food is what I live for. The servers were also very courteous and the girl working the drive thru was very friendly, Alyssa was very understanding of my speech impediments and was more than courteous. Food was delivered fast and more than satisfactory! I will definitely be coming back here soon!

Goin' downhill here. The strips were shriveled and dry. The Coke Zero tasted like Big Red or strawberry soda, maybe dirty fountain nozzles or lines. Even the regular seasoned salt was actually the spicy in the wrong package. There are also a lot of flies in here today, and the tables and floor are a mess. Pull yourselves together, I know this place can do better. Edit: Gave this place another shot. Place was smoky, no AC. My order was better than last time, but maybe they need to clean or maintain their ice or tea situations, because there was a chunk of mold or something in my cup.
