Oh my goodness, this brunch establishment was truly delightful! The billionaire's bacon and cannoli doughnuts were my absolute favorites! While the boujee biscuits could have been a bit softer, they were still quite enjoyable, and the mimosas were excellent, with the service being prompt as well.

Had a great time. Our mimosas were a bit sweet, however they were great about letting you adjust the syrup level. Our server was great. She had an unique name and I feel bad I do not remember. She was bubbly, helpful, and dancing. It made the atmosphere great.

Talk about high energy breakfast vibes!! Hash Kitchen is the place to wake up and get your day started and celebrate life!!! The live DJ and bumping tunes make it a ton of fun and gets you in the mood to eat some of the smartest and tastiest breakfast bites around. It’s loud but not deafening. Great for kids and big parties. The servers and crew are all about helping you and making you happy. Our server Dom was new but was solid with everything we needed. He balanced his tables well and stayed cool under pressure. He did amazing and did it all with enthusiasm!!!! We couldn’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu. The drinks are brilliant and delicious. We recommend the Bump’N’Rind. The Blood Mary Bar is the main attraction. You can build your own Bloody Mary which I think is brilliant and about time someone thought of it!!! Check out my pics for the plethora of goodies you can add to your Bloody Mary! A wide assortment of coffees makes all the difference as well! What an absolute pleasure it is to come to Hash Kitchen and see everyone having a fantastic time and respectfully letting loose.

Brunch with a live DJ. From the time you step into the door the music and friendly staff will have you moving and clapping! 👏🏽 we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere makes it easy to meet new people. We sat next to 2 other couples and discussed our meals and the music

100% a MUST!!! Hostess at the door was a bit militant, but she didn't ruin our fun! This place was such a vibe, we didn't want to leave! Food was excellent, the server was on point and the atmosphere is IT!!! They even have a Dj! I wish we had something like this in Albquerque! They accommodated 22 of us! All different ages just dancing, singing and eating. Can't wait to go back!

Service was great. Everyone was in a great mood and offered their services. Vibe was cool although it was a little on the louder side as an establishment. Food was good. I had the Banana french toast and I was a little disappointed because it only came with a half a banana and these giant pieces of toast and a waffle ice cream cone stuffed with sweet cream in the middle of the french toast. Too much cream and not enough banana to go with it. Also, the potatoes in the hash were really big for a hash style bowl. But the taste was good.

1st time visiting. Seems they want to compete with 1st Watch. Very similar decor and even took naming and few items close to their competition. The food is excellent and the pancakes are ginormous. The French Toast was delicious. That's where my positive review stops for us. If you want to continue the party scene to breakfast this is your jam. Live DJ and very loud music. We had a table of 8 and couldn't talk. It was too much for us when we wanted relaxing conversation.

Went after a graduation. The food was good, I’d rate it a strong 7.5/8 out of 10. I had the hash breakfast sandwich but My husband’s plate was really good. He had the barria breakfast tacos and the fruity pebble French toast ( which was HUGE). My matcha was mid, not enough matcha. But other than that, clean establishment, the music bumps the vibes to a 10. I would definitely go back.

First time visiting Hash Kitchen in DFW Alliance after finding it on Google, and overall it was a great first impression. When we walked in, we were greeted right away by two employees — always a good sign. The ambiance is fun, upbeat, and the music gives the place some real personality. We came during lunch so parking was easy and seating was plentiful. They’ve got a big menu, a big bar, and even a café section, so there’s something for just about everyone. We ordered a little assortment of items plus their signature latte. Presentation-wise — 10/10. Our server was super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. There was a slight delay getting seated because our original waitress… let’s just say she had to “handle a side quest” 😂 — but another team member jumped in and took great care of us. We also spoke with (I believe) John or Jonathan, who said he was the area manager. He was extremely courteous and genuinely happy we came in. As for the food — it was good, not quite “wow amazing,” but definitely enjoyable. The flavors could use just a little more seasoning, and I wish the waffles/pancakes were fluffier — but the presentation absolutely made up for it. With a few tweaks in taste, they’ll really have something special. Overall: great staff, great vibe, great experience — just a small flavor upgrade away from being a five-star spot for us. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Fun and loud. food pretty good. We order a variety of things to the table. All was good and fresh. Only disappointment was the potatoes. Despite had being on the menu (checked beforehand) and in the name of, no hash or hash browns available. Just some crispy but greasy roasted potatoes. Drinks were good with huge variety of adult breakfast cocktails. Lots of seating. Inside and outside seating as well as stools along one bar. Parking was tight but available.

Honestly, the food here just didn’t deliver. The Power Bowl tasted like it gave up halfway through — super bland, barely warm, and missing any real flavor. The Birria Hash had tender meat (points for that), but the potatoes were sad and the “cheese pull” was more of a “cheese nope.” And the Chilaquiles? Absolutely drenched in sauce. I shouldn’t have to play Donkey Kong just to reach a chip. The wait for food was 22–24 minutes, which felt extra long when tables that came after us got theirs first. Even the water tasted off — definitely tap, with a few mystery particles for extra texture. If you’re coming for the food, I’d pass. If you’re coming for the DJ, hope you like surprise-genre roulette.

Walk into this restaurant is pretty cool. The host was super friendly to us. Food came out quick and hot. My carnitas hash was pretty good. Had decent flavor and the portion size was big. The chilaquiles on the other hand. No eatable! The chips were beyond old I wasn’t even able to chew through them. The chicken tasted old. It was just a poor dish. Both dishes were plated beautifully.

Terrible breakfast atmosphere. Wanted to drink coffee, eat breakfast and talk with friends. Loud disco music in the morning. I will not be back and won't recommend. But if you love Lot's disco music in the morning, then this is your place.
