The drinks were good as usual. But the food wasn't so great. The onion rings taste funnel cake batter.... yucky!

You can just tell these people do not like or care about their job. They seem highly annoyed and make it a horrible experience to even try and order . Makes you wonder who manages this place because I would never hire any of these people.

Ordered a cookie dough blast extra cookie dough and a dirty Dr Pepper. 30 min later I got a cup of milk and a cup of bitter brown carbonated water with no flavor. This place is terrible.

It was 8:50 PM Sunday night and the employee tells me over the menu speaker that they're close for the rest of the night. The web site says they're open till 11:00PM. I'm bummed now I have no food to take home without having to make another 10 min drive the opposite direction home to get a meal.

They suck and the drive thru is rude.. I drive Uber and they don't turn the order part off. So orders just come in and im wasting gas... And they need to clean up!!!!

If I could give it a 0 I would. This location has turned me off from sonic for good. I have been three times and each time was a terrible experience. From broken machines to speaker not working or just not answering at all through the drive through. Today in particular I can through the drive through at 10:30 am. The young lady at the window said the mic wasn’t working so she asked me to pull up to the window and i did. I was greeted with attitude and felt rushed although there was no one else in the line or any pull in spots. She then proceeds to drop my bag of food on the floor in front of my face and hands it to me. This is honestly disrespectful and is crazy to think this is allowed. Please check the camera footage because if they were willing to drop my food on the floor in front of my face, who knows what they did in the kitchen. This location needs serious help or to be shut down permanently.

What are yall doing? 02/25/2026 10:23pm I came thru the drive thru. Asked for a chili cheese tot medium and a SMALL mozzarella. And a large root beer. Root beer flat. Yall give me a medium mozzarella stick. Chili cheese FRIES which are always DRY that’s why I ask for tots. Yall forgot the marina sauce. I called but no one picks up. Quit being in a rush to close everything down and focus on at least getting orders correct. My dog and I come through all the time and it’s like every time I get the younger folks. My stuff is ALWAYS messed up.

My food cost 19.90 for 2 meals. I get home to eat my combo cheeseburger and you could have assaulted someone with the freaking burger .. looked old and tater tots were frozen with warm ones. I am disappointed and disgusted. That sonic should be closed for infinity and I am reporting to the city. That store should be inspected!

I could go on and on about how terrible this Sonic is. This Sonic is seriously unforgivable. You will be waiting upwards of 20 minutes to get any kind of food here no matter how busy it is. This place is right next to my girlfriends apartment and it always baffles me how they are never prepared and how they take about 10 minutes per car to serve food at what is supposed to be “fast food”. Today I went to pick up a mobile order and there was no one at the speaker after about 15 minutes of waiting, people were pulling out of the line because no one was taking our order, I waited because I had already placed my order and couldn’t leave. So I waited another 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. Words can’t describe how terrible the service always is and truly you should never ever come here. Whoever owns this place should be absolutely ashamed and Sonic should reject their ownership because it’s a stain on the franchise

We got just drinks and pretzel twist. My son‘s orange Fanta float had a plastic lid to something in the bottom of the cup. We will be in touch with the owner. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary and unsafe. Do not go to this location. We should’ve listened to all the other reviews that talked about how horrible it is.

Services were so terrible I could cry and the man was so rude and careless I had a number 7 and a kids meal they brought mines out as a regular cheese burger with garlic butter no bacon no onions I asked for it to be fixed First Lady walked off ignored me I push the button again the man was very rude touched my burger and took it back put bacon on it brought it back and was very nasty and mean by then the rest of me and my son food was cold including the burger he brought back. I asked for a receipt since I wasn’t given one and he got more rude I come here every other morning for breakfast

I live 2 minutes away and I love Sonic but this location is horrible I no longer purchase food here because my order is ALWAYS wrong last week they gave me the lady in front of me's order and I received her order I always check my order right after pulling away from the drive-thru I walked in to let know is was wrong he took the bag of the items and I sat there and waited almost 30 minutes today I simply stopped by to grab two cups of ice so I made my purchase received my cups of ice began to drive away and realized they only filled up the cups halfway literally one of the cups wasn't even halfway filled. Like damn you can't even get a cup of ice right ?? !

Just stopped to get a light snack for me. My mom and my daughter barely anybody there. Waited 20 minutes. Food was cold when we got it and wrong. I wouldn't stop at this Sonic if I were you. And the icing on the cake is you don't know how much they charge your credit card or debit card for because you can't see the screen

My wife went to go pick up or order that we where waiting over 20 minutes for and they rudely replied with it’s only 2 of here what you want us to do. She asked for a refund and she told us to go through the app to do it rudely and walked away. Say less!!

If there was an option to select zero Stars, that would have been my pick. As fast paced is this place is, I could not comprehend how in the hell they bring my tater tots out freaking cold. Perhaps somebody ordered 10 orders before me and they decided they didn't want their tater tots so they saw that they had those tater tots already sitting on the shelf so they just decided to give that to me. Ordered food from kiosk 15 at the pumps, waited 30 mins while employees watched us through the window, walked past us delivering food to others (wasn’t even busy). Finally asked what the deal is, they said they thought we left….not too bright, these people. Can’t comment on the food because we never got it. Got a refund though! Not even a sonic fan so choosing to never eat at sonic again has never been easier.

I ordered a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger Combo through uber eats to receive a soggy smashed up bun with condiments thrown on it. No patty, no cheese, nothing. At first I thought this was some kind of a joke because how stupid and incompetent can someone be to not notice they missed the most important part of the BURGER. Whoever made it or lack of thereof clearly was working with their eyes closed. What a disgrace. I'd never go back here again even if it was free. The people who work here clearly do not care about their job or their paying customers to be okay with displaying such terrible and disgraceful food handling. This Location needs to be closed down. Someone needs to be held accountable as i can't even imagine the other things they have done to other peoples food. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this terrible Location. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Horrible is an understament looking at this picture. What a shame

I got door dash from this sonic, and ordered a shake and popcorn chicken. It took a bit of time, but not terrible. However, I didn't get a spoon or straw. Then after I began to eat I took a bite of a large piece of jagged plastic. I say wow that's annoying and continue eating... Then I find another large piece of jagged plastic and a styrofoam or rubber like white substance in the shake... Seriously? I could only eat a few bites of thks before throwing it out. Terrible!

Ordered a simple drink on the app and checked in as directed on the app. This was at 7:55pm. I waited for 15 minutes. In that time I saw four staff members taking a smoke break. A car arrived about ten minutes after me and went through the drive thru and for served first. At this point I went to the door and a young woman with a head piece came to the door. I told her about my order and she turned and grabbed it from the counter. So apparently my drink was just sitting on the counter. I was give my given the drink order without an receipt. The app was supposed to make ordering faster and more convenient. Apparently not at this Sonic. Poor management and efficiency of service makes this a horrible choice if you are looking for a quick drink or in a rush.
