Very hit or miss here. I always order the same thing and it’s wild how many times they can mess it up. Sometimes I get a great cashier most of the time I get someone who barely understands English or this one younger white dude that try’s his hardest to act like you’re not there it seems. But oh well there’s limited options for fast food here so they’re just gonna keep scraping by with barely passable service cause where else are you gonna go.

I don't ever leave reviews but this guy deserves one! In town on vacation and stopped around 11:00 this morning after snowmobiling to grab some food for me and my family and the guy was rude and acted like he hated his job. I left it alone because it was Christmas. Stopped this same evening to grab my son some food and it was the same rude guy! Worst customer service! This guy is in the wrong industry! My kids asked for a frosty this morning at 11:00. They came back to the table and said that he said no. That it wasn't frozen. Asked for one for my son this evening in the drive thru at 6:00 and he said they were cleaning it. The frosty thing isn't the issue. It's the way he speaks to people! Do better!

Stood in line behind 1 person for 15 minutes while the staff just had that idiotic stare looking at us not waiting on us. Then they didn't have what they advertise on the menu. Pathetic service

Marcus at approximately on 10/11 @ 2 PM, drive-through they messed up a four person order and then as we were trying to get the right items and the order rectified, he accused us of having the food in our bags already and repeatedly. And the food that was wrong, he asked for it back, which was fair, but also insulting.

2 sandwiches for $3 and it’s still a ripoff. The English muffin will break your teeth and the egg is more shell than yolk. Vile.

I got a large order and one of the staff missed one Chili, when l went back he was very nice trying to give one but this old lady was rude. A latín person... Never coming again.

So terribly rude, worst fast food experience in my life. I asked for regular nuggets they gave me spicy, didn’t give me a receipt, I drive back through and say I got the wrong ones and they said, oh no you asked for that!!! If I asked for that why would I roll back through there?? It’s all good though, I’m going to go and enjoy my life and she will be at Wendy’s miserable for the rest of her life.
