Atmosphere is fantastic. Best diner I've been to since moving here. Staff were very nice and attentive. Even the staff that wasn't my assigned server were happy to assist me. I had the migas. Not bad but I felt like they were prepared for the blander pallet. Overall I'll definitely be back.

If you want to watch planes while you eat this is a great place to do it. Kids can take photos with planes after they eat. Friendly staff and fun place to eat!

Great place to have breakfast, brunch or lunch. Food was served with a smile and was perfectly prepared to our orders. The view of the airstrip right out of the dining area is very cool. Such an amazing place to share a meal.

Beside the runway at Fredericksburg Airport. Step back to the 50’s! We arrived almost at closing time, but still seated us. A slightly different menu with every food item named after something relating to aviation. Quite novel. Food and service were second to none. Don’t just drive by, stop in and grab a bite. It’s definitely worth it!

Cool diner done in a 40’s era design. We got to see some WWII era planes flying in and out! Food was good! Have to try the homemade onion rings!

This was a great place to fly in for lunch. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere can’t be beat. Food was a touch bland but not bad. I would have added just a little seasoning to the onion rings and hamburger but hubby loved his dish, forget what it was called but it was a brat. I would definitely recommend going if you are in the area and live airplanes and history. We will definitely be flying in again soon. Maybe even next week when we go flying again.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Classic diner feel and hospitality. I loved watching the planes out our window. Burger was seasoned and cooked to my liking. If I am in town I will definitely come back.

This place is so cute! I love the aesthetic inside and outside, it’s very retro. Seeing private planes take off and land right outside your booth is an added bonus. The service was good, food was okay. It’s nothing special- but it’s very affordable, so you get what you pay for. I’d definitely come here at least once!

These guys get points for being on the field in a 1950s style dinner. The staff are working hard to keep up with the crowd and the quality is good. They get a really big shout out for making the onion rings from scratch and they are awesome. Milk shakes are also very popular. Easy car and airplane parking.

First time here. Located right on the runway of the FBG airport. You can watch the aircraft taking off through the many large windows. Looked like an old fashioned diner and we enjoyed that. Shakes and malts made there, which also made it have that old fashioned feel. Servers were nice but don't expect them to greet you when you come in. Seat yourself. The food was good, not great. Meatloaf was flavorful but a little dry. Eggs were a little dry & overcooked. Onion rings looked delicious. Had a yummy flavor. But texture felt like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. Waffles were good. Sausage links yummy. Loved the coffee. They were out of bacon when we got there, but saw a BLT on someone's plate and it looked thick and delicious. You'll spend $12+ on a meal. But pretty common in FBG. We enjoyed being at the airport. Keep your expectations simple and you'll be just fine. All in all, we enjoyed our meals and the airport ambiance.

The atmosphere was great and the waitress was nice. The food was average and bland. Fried pickles were overbreaded. Onion rings could have been good if the breading had any flavor. Crispy chicken wrap was ok, but could use more flavor. Bf said chicken salad sandwhich was ok. Good sights, less than average food.

The place is great. The food was really reasonably priced but not good. Got the breakfast biscuits ,gravy and pancakes . Biscuits were the worse I’ve ever had . Pancake was not good. . Maybe it’s the time of day we went. (We went at noon.)
