A great bar, decently busy. Everyone pretty much knows each other there. I believe every Saturday there is a 9 ball tournament. The interior is pretty good, hall way to the bathroom is on an incline so do be careful if you are drinking because you could stumble and fall if you are intoxicated enough. There are two tvs in the bar, hosted the duke and north carolina game recently. The bartender wasn't really friendly she looked like she didn't want to be there, complaining with and attitude but didn't bother me much. Pretty decent bar in the area.

This is the quid essential local bar / restaurant. The staff folks are down to earth friendly folks. At the time I was there the customers were friendly hard working people frequenting a local place.

We went in to get some steamed clams. We were told it wasn’t until 5. So we said we could wait and get drinks at the bar while waiting. 5 comes around and we ask the bartender (I believe the owner) if we could get a table on the dining room side. He didn’t really acknowledge us. The patrons told us to just pull some tables together in the bar area. We asked the bartender again and he waved at the tables saying there were plenty. We were essentially made to sit in the bar. The food arrived and it wasn’t bad at all. The lady that took over was super friendly. I doubt we will be back. The interior does need deeper cleaniny.

Had never been and will never go again.....walked in on a Friday evening to feed the kids before the game and never got seated....so as we proceeded to seat ourselves the server cam out and I asked if it was ok that we take that particular table she said it would be 30 minutes before she could get to us.......poor time management.....poor service.......poor scheduling.......poor THEM for missing out on a party of 6 that were hungry for steaks and always looking for a place close to home
