Great specialty potato menu items! Had the potato tornado and garlic onion waffle fries, which were both delicious, particularly the latter. Highly recommend for a quick snack if in the area. Tasted very fresh and was served hot! The potatoes were the perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Our barista was very very friendly and helpful. It was an absolute joy of an experience that I dream about at night. My wonderful barista made me feel at home and reminded me of my own mother with her flowing ponytail and lovely demeanor who died in a car accident two years ago. It is safe to say I will be coming back!!!!
Wonderful people that go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. So many options for drinks and snacks. I love the fresh fruit tea with the no syrup option to get a healthy drink without having to worry about sugar. The Hawaiian tropical is my favorite. On days that I want to indulge, I get the rose tea with cheese foam.
My friend told me that they’re tea was amazing, so I stop by when I was passing through, I was hungry at that time. I ordered the Passion fruit honey green tea, and one eggette, trust me they are awesome. Their place was clean service was nice, and I grabbed a seat, I started working on my project, what can I say, this place was very great. I will recommend to all my friends.
We have been coming here for over 2 years and it’s by far the best tasting food and drinks. It’s definitely rare to find boba locations have serve both good food and drinks. Con - the prices, but I think that’s just the Bay Area. It adds up quickly when you bring your family of 4. Wouldn’t come here often. perfect those occasional outings with family. Another con is how long they take. Always Always order ahead.
Ordered the Oreo Tornado and Crème Brûlée Thai Milk Tea—absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
I was scrolling online and happen to find this restaurant. I have to say, this interior really looks nice here. It’s very decorative and advertising since they display foods on the walls. The spam musubi especially with Cheetos? Gotta try those in the future. This restaurant seems to be known for making gourmet, specialty fries. The potato tots are crispy and very delicious. I love how everything blends in especially the bacon and BBQ sauce. Also, they serve like other dishes like rice bowls and ramen. It made me wonder how the restaurants are able to keep up with everything given that we have plentiful options. I haven’t tried their drinks yet, but sure am going to the next time I stop by. I just didn’t had a chance since I drank something earlier. And probably will try spam musubi in the future!
This is a family favorite! The Crunchy Shrimp are a must-order—perfectly crispy and a huge hit with the kids every time. And you can't leave without trying the Eggette with strawberry and sprinkles! It's the perfect sweet ending to our meal.
I can't believe this place has been so close to home and never showed up on my radar! I visited for the first time and was really impressed by both the ambiance and the diverse food menu. We started with the crème brûlée Thai tea and mango sago drink—both were delicious, though I would recommend using fresh mango. We'll definitely be back to try more from the food menu!
Really cute place and yummy food and yummy drinks. The menu is very interesting because there's such a wide variety of food. Chinese crepes were great and surprisingly the quesadilla was very good. Love the fries too! Food does take a bit to come out sometimes. Ordering ahead helps a lot!
Lots of really good snacks and food, drinks and desserts! Love many of the fruit teas like the Mango Hibiscus tea and the musubi and different curly fries combos are yummy! Quite the variety of things to choose from~
This place rocks!! Located at Artist Walk, across from my job makes it even more enticing. All staff attentive to me as soon as I walked in door. The set up is perfect w music at a proper volume. And the food... Yummy for my tummy!!
This place is the best in Fremont/Newark because it serves good food and has good boba. Free wifi too and place looks great. I got the pesto linguine, creme brulee thai tea and mango hibiscus.
Not gonna lie, I thought the food was really gimmicky looking from the photos. But the jian bing is good - it’s fresh, crunchy, sweet, and savory. Pairs well with a fresh fruit tea. Definitely recommend, but also ask for some hot sauce + pork floss in the jianbing if you can.

Tried the steak bento this time; like the chicken better. The fries, though, are always good, no matter how you get them. My companion got the potato tornado this time - fun to eat as well as tasty! Chili fries, yum. The grilled dumplings, we both agreed, will be a staple for our orders. Of the specialty drinks, the matcha milk tea is the best: not too sweet, good balance of tea and milk. 👍 They were busier than our usual experience, though, and the staff didn't quite know how to handle it, but that will come with experience, I'm sure. I am glad they're becoming popular and successful!
Food takes forever to come out and the whole place is very very expensive. Tastes pretty good though, especially the drinks. Place is a little small but it's nice. Just the wait times are absolutely terrible. Also don't think anyone cleans the tables, and the bathrooms are situated in the most offbeat area humanly possible. You have to actually travel to make it there.
It’s the go-to spot for my friends and me. We love getting the chicken and trying out all the different drink combinations. I would avoid their beef foods besides the Gimbap. I dunno. I just don’t really like the flavor which I think is affected from baking soda used to soften meats. Just a guess but there other better things available. Also just be aware that even with ordering ahead, it can take some time for your order. It’s not super fast, but it can be worth it if you’re in the mood!
Food was good. However, the wait time mentioned while ordering (15 mins) was misleading! Took 40 mins to get an order of Tofu bento & their signature fries. If you are not in a rush, this is a nice place to grab a bite.
Cute fusion place but very pricey. Got an entree, side, and drink for almost $30 total. Wait time was about half an hour. Takeout only. The food was good and there are many options. Unfortunately the bubble waffle varieties are N/A at the moment.
The place is very spacious and is well designed. The decor on the walls and shelves give a rustic and calming atmosphere. In regards to the menu options they are also aesthetically pleasing but are a bit overpriced. I found their displays very helpful for selecting what to order. They can reduce their menu selection options a little bit because it was a tad overwhelming.
Neat spot with some interesting selection: croquettes, egg waffle, crepe, spam musubi, pasta, milk tea, and a few others. It's a bit much to choose from, so I haven't tried everything. I had the Fried Potato with Prince Noodle and a Crème Brulee milk tea. Both were very good! The fried potato was a potato croquette with corn and cheese, covered with crushed noodles and topped with mayo and furikake. I love that the container turns into a little box for if you can't finish your food; very cute design!
Portion of the steak cup is pretty decent, but I tend to find their crepe on the heavier side of flavor - too salty and spicy for me. Waited for about 30min for our two items on a Sunday noon.

Not what you think. I went here thinking hmmm a place that does stuff with potato’s . Nope. The place has potatoes on all there signs too. Turns out it’s a trendy high school hang out or something. The kids that work there are nice but seemed spaced out. Anyways I’m here and I wanted potatoes so had some waffle fries, I also ordered popcorn chicken and a tea. They seem more like a boba tea place but they don’t sell boba just blended tea with fruit stuff in it. Don’t go here if your hungry or expecting potatoes. Or if your over 21. The waffle fries about $6 were good but Chic Fil A ones are better and not so deep fried. The Popcorn chicken about $6 super salty and the tea well taste like pure sugar juice. Won’t be back, not hating just not my cup of tea.
Food is really good but the food prep is really slow, especially if you order any fried items, even when it's not busy. It's not too bad when you order drinks as they prepare those fairly quickly. The place is clean and well kept. If it wasn't for the long wait to get food they would get a higher rating, but if you are in no rush and are willing to wait a little bit, the quality of the food and drinks are good.
Been here 5 times. They’ve consistently taken a long time to push out orders. Good food and drinks but if you are in a rush I would definitely go somewhere else. I ordered one of their fried snacks and it took more than 30 minutes. If you want to try this place out, I would recommend ordering online ahead of time to lessen your wait time…
Came to this place multiple times, but had bad experience today. I ordered online and arrived at the store after 30 mins. Knowing that it may take up to 45 mins to make the order, so I just kept waiting. There were tons of Indian girls around noon. The store was very crowded and noisy and I ended up standing there for another 30 mins until I got my order. There were some other people also waiting for a long time to pick up orders. It took 1 hour for me to get my popcorn chicken and friend potato, but the food was not good at all. The chicken was hard to chew and potato did not have much flavor. I was very hungry and looked forward to my food but got very disappointed. The whole process made me tired. Obviously they did not have enough staff to make food on time. Also I did not see them wash hands to make food after taking cash from customers…
This venue is a victim of their service & capabilities. The food, especially the sauces, were quite well made, well-seasoned and tasty (unagi bowl & curry shrimp bowl were ordered). But ... We ordered based on the photos on the menu. Food: Now I'm not so naive that I expect the food to be a perfect match of the photo; however, there was a radical difference. The unagi in the photo was swarming the bowl, looked well cooked and crispy. The unagi I received in the bowl was undercooked, chewy, filled with fat, and there were only four tiny little strips. The sea weed and veggies were also barely existent in the bowls, while their picture also showed huge portions. The shrimps had their tails and shells on, and were cleaned poorly. This is clearly lazy preparation. Which baffles me, because - Service: It took 42 minutes to receive our bowl. These are food items that cook in under 5 minutes. And still, will all that time, they couldn't cook the proteins properly, nor could they clean them properly. The bowls were served with clumpy & sticky rice, which is normally fine; however, very difficult to eat with forks, as the clumps simple fall off every load. I asked for chop sticks, as would be standard with any unagi bowl, as well as making it easier to eat; but they were unable to provide any. It also took 36 minutes to receive our lemonades, which were loaded with sugar. I definitely couldn't make it past the halfway mark they were so sweet. Atmosphere: Very loud, very noisy. Often difficult to hear, and often painfully loud. It kicked off my tinnitus something fierce. Upon entering, I was eagerly searching for a handicapped seat, as I am disabled. It was a struggle to get to the restaurant entrance, as you have to park in the back and walk all the way around to the front. As this point, I could barely stand and was shaking. I saw that there were two patrons sitting at the handicapped table, with no visible disabilities. I had asked them if I could sit, and they simply stared at me, watching me struggle, until I was forced to find another seat. I made it very clear to them and to the restaurant staff that the handicapped table was needed, and being used by patrons who later clearly had no issues ambulating. But, they absolutely did not care. And lastly, they have a fantastic selection of books on their shelves ... if only they were real. They actually spent money on fake books. It would have considerably improved the atmosphere while waiting nearly an hour for our food, if they had just thrown some cheap leftover books on the shelves. In summary, good sauce & seasoning on the proteins, but a lazy, inattentive staff that takes forever to make simple rice bowls. I most certainly will not be returning here. It's not worth the wait or the price.
The drinks here are great, but the food here is gimmicky and average. We tried the BBQ Beef Crepe and this American Cheese filled Croquette - the croquette was very crispy but really only tasted of the packaged noodles on the outside, and the crepe had a strange taste in that reminded me of propane or sterno...it wasn't very good. On the upside, the Coconut Fruit Sago drink was delightful - it was so good we finished it before taking a picture. I'll have to come back to try more of the drinks, but won't come here to eat any of the snacks which are overpriced and average at best.
This place was okay. A little pricier than other tea places like this, in my opinion. I would highly recommend the mango hibiscus tea - that was definitely the star. We also got a matcha latte (it was your standard, nothing special) and the potato tornado (great flavoring, but felt like it wasn't much).

Love the food but the club music was SO Annoying constant BOOM BOOM BOOM. I wish they had a person in charge of music here instead of letting random workers play their crazy music. It felt like a loud night club instead of a nice snack place. Waited for 30 mins and my ears almost fell off.

Really impressive presentation and packing for just meh food. I love masubi and their menu offered some decadent options. But rice is one of the main ingredients, and their rice was mushy and lacked any kind of flavor. Where was the sauce? Or even sushi rice? Some vinegar even? Bland, mushy rice with good masubi toppings... just does not make good masubi, especially for the price. Fried chicken was also bland and although we ordered fries extra crispy, they were still undercooked a little bit. No plans to give this place another try.
The website is beautifully arranged. I perused their menu and did not see any vegetarian items. Maybe I just missed them? Wanted to ask if there were any vegetarian items on the menu, so I used their website chat tool. It would not send the message. So I called the restaurant and they answered on the second ring. After saying hello, I asked if there were vegetarian items on the menu and they simply hung up the phone (disconnected the call). I guess I won't be going there anytime soon. 🙄
The spicy sauce for the Chinese Crepes are extremely salty!!!! Not edible! Do not Order!
BEWARE of this place! We were served rotten fruit in our drinks and it was growing mold! We will not be back! Also, the customer service is non-existent! Service is rushed, and the person helping us treated us like we were invisible. Zero stars, and two thumbs down. We will not return.!!!
Why am I waiting 45 minutes for one order of fries in a completely empty store?
Fast food cooked slow. Astonishing to hear “it depends” when asked about the wait time. (Spoiler: took 42 minutes.)
I ordered the Tonkasu ramen. It didnt show up on the various menus but was on the website and the staff said it was on the digital menu orderer. After I ordered and paid for it, I sat down. Seating is a long narrow area with surprisingly uncomfortable, low, chairs. I gave them a one star rating because of the delay in food delivery. About 5 minutes later a staffer came over and said it was going to be 35 minutes more for my order to be ready!!! There were only 3 tables seated and most had their food. Only one woman was in line ordering. Why the delay? I read other reviews and this delay seems to be a chronic problem. Hey manager what's the problem? Those wait times are unacceptable and you are losing customers. This was my first time there and I wont bother to come back. Also they dont have drink machine, so you just get it from the staff. I dont know if they have free refills or not. The staff members themselves were very polite and apologetic. The problem is in the kitchen apparently. And the management.
I placed an online order at 5:30. When I saw that they hadn’t accepted the order, I called the store. A woman told me that it was because the pickup time hadn’t arrived yet. I repeatedly confirmed with her that the order would be ready on time, and she said yes. However, when I arrived on time, they still made me wait another 20 minutes. so terrible service!
