Luisa has been the best server I have experienced in a LONG time. Customer service came second nature to her, it was like breathing. She is kind and smiling, and made everyone including/especially my 7 year old daughter feel HEARD and special. Shout out to the entire team as well. The host made sure to sit us away from the bar especially when i mentioned that I do not drink. Luisa there just isnt enough words for how incredible and attentive you are to EVERYONE, i watched how you were with every single one of your tables.. they are so lucky to have you. The back of house and the chefs thank you. the food came out in perfect timing and tasted the best ive had at chillis in a long time. Hands down will come to this location again

We got there 35-40 minutes before closing and they said we were welcome to eat comferbly. Service was the best We had en long tiempo. Waiter was very helpful. The vibe was great after Superbowl sunday rush earlier. Food was decently priced. Everyone was willing to be aocial and conversate with us. We rwlly felt more than welcome. Food was cooded perfectly and the taste was chef's kiss. We were last ro leave and the were very nice conversating and excellent service. 10/10

Chili's is amazing! My wife and I go here at least once a month (you get free chips and salsa via the app if you do so). The service here is so good, and we like the food. The 3 For Me in particular is incredible value (I get it every time). I can't recommend this place enough - It's seriously so well run.

Chili's, how I have missed you. I came in with my wife and we had the Cajun Shrimp Pasta along with an order of the Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada under their 3 for Me menu for lunch. The food was tasty and the service was fast. While the atmosphere inside was a little dated given this location has been in the neighborhood for some time but we didn't mind it. There were a good amount of people inside and we were pleased to see how this location is doing well. I think one of the biggest thing I appreciate about Chili's is how they really are sensitive to the rising cost of everything and kept their prices affordable versus the fast food chains which seems to be all about a cash grab for microwavable foods. I definitely enjoyed the food here. While it is not premium, it's a good hearty meal that everyone can enjoy when they're hungry at an affordable price and that is truly the biggest take away here!

This place is our go-to for dining out for dinner. Not only because staff is always friendly but food always taste great (great value for your money as well). Even when they are busy, it seems we get a table faster than what is expected. A very special shout-out for server named Luisa. We started requesting her exclusively due to her ALWAYS prompt, ALWAYS courteous and ALWAYS friendly service. Even my daughter loves choosing Chili's because of Luisa. I have been going to Chili's ever since I was a little girl, and it has always been my favorite place to eat. It has always brought memories from my childhood. The service at this specific location has always been the best, from the moment we come into the restaurant to the moment we leave. One thing that has always been the same is that, for some reason, we always get seated at Luisa's tables. She is always attentive to what we want and is so friendly. It is to the point that my mom and her always give each other hugs when we go to eat. We have been coming to eat at this location for more than five years, and Luisa's service has definitely been the best we have experienced.

We have two small kids and the host sat us in a section with small children/babies. So whenever our kids acted up or got a little loud we never felt judged by other patrons. Our server Melissa was super nice and helpful. The food tasted great and was a good value.

I went here right before closing with my friends. Despite this, the staff were incredibly respectful and kind. The staff may not have been happy to see us but wow they genuinely seem like amazing people. The food was also amazing. This might have have became my favorite restaurant. Litterally 10/10 no complaints and an enjoyable time.

After moving within the city, we hadn’t been back in a while, but on our return we were thrilled to see Melissa still here. Dec 2025 Food was good as always. Very busy and almost no parking. 2024 Both styles of Quesadillas were great but the Brisket version was the best. Busy but plenty of room. Easy parking. Very good food. We asked for our fries extra crispy and they arrived perfectly cooked (wish they would change the frying oil, a little bitter). The Loaded Mac & Cheese was outstanding. Great waitress. Everything was perfect. We were so full that we took home half our meal. We have lived here for many years and have never seen this location, hiding in plain sight. We will return.

My mom in the summer can still feel cold and she will wear a winter coat inside a restaurant. We came into Chili's and the AC was up high. When ordering mom asked for something hot as a beverage. Outside of coffee they didnt have anything so my mom asked if she could have soup, salad, and burger in the 3 for me deal and Sandy the manager was more than happy to oblige. She even brought over 2 hot waters with lemon. Alex our server was very attentive and as usual the food was exactly what we expected. Thank you Sandy and Alex

My grandma and grandpa are "local celebrities" as loyal customers dining around the town often, either alone or with family and friends. We meet up with them here for family dinners some weeks on Sundays, and the staff is always on top of taking special care to honor all my grandma's dietary restrictions and peculiarities (like getting the salad on a plate, not a bowl!). The place is clean and staff is moving and attentive; all the stuff you'd want out of a place to sit down for a meal. Special thanks to Mel and Luisa who always take time out to come and say hello to my grandparents and make sure they're getting their needs met when they come in!

It’s been years that I went to Chili’s. Quite some things have changed the last time I went. I’m glad that it’s still located at Fremont Hub, where I usually go to. The place seems to be a bit narrow in terms of height and kinda small though. Great service from the waitress! I want to get the Big Smasher Burger and she told me that it’s part of the “3 for Me” deal. Selected Drink + Appetizer + Course starting at $10.99, which is a great deal! The food tastes amazing. The chips and salsa portion is really big for one person haha This will be one of the go-to places to dine outdoors. I heard that there are more good dishes to try out and will be back for sure.

Food is delicious great hamburgers the mushroom and Swiss burger is excellent! The mozzarella sticks are good size and excellent. Great drinks. Tatiana are server was friendly, professional and did a great job thank you Tatiana!

This is the second time in a year and a half that we've come here and both times have been pretty bad experiences. We had to wave down a server to take our order. The food was pretty good, but I felt like last time there was more of it. The staff, overall, just didn't seem to want to be here.

They have great deals! We got the 2 for $25! Two steaks with your choice of sides plus an appetizer and dessert. Thats why they get 4 stars. They flavor was really good, only my steak was over cooked.

update: 02/22/25 Definitely improvement in overall quality. The quality of the egg rolls was much better than in the downward days, but still lacked in crispiness. The mozzarella stick was good. Standard Fare....nothing fancy.

We were served quickly and the staff was nice. The good was good too. I'm giving 4 stars because we ordered margaritas and they were so full of ice and we could tell the alcohol was less-come on they charge so much for these cocktails they might as well make it worth it.

Friendly staff. Fast Service. Clean Restroom. Food Appearance good. My husband liked his hamburger. My fajitas was ok. No flavor or seasoning on the chicken. Onions over cooked. Soda, the machine mix ran out of syrup that makes the soda. Cheesecake delicious. Waitress was good. I'd return but I would not order the fajitas again. Probably the ribs.

Although the dish portions are shrinking and the prices are going up, the food was great. They need to bring more staff and do some cleaning and updating the decorations and the outside area.

The food was good and hot, the service was good until we told waitress she should inform customers that Sour Cream is an extra charge when taking it to go. Then she shut down even with an $11 tip.

Love a good chili's and we had a great t server. Just the seating felt a little odd. The bar and tables around the bar were just seat yourself no matter how large your group was. Tables around the restaurant were open but still a 15 minute wait. Maybe short on staff, but why allow bar seating to just sit and have a bartender over worked? But overall great food and great server.

I have stopped going to chili's for a while because they cut back on quality and quantity. I gave them another chance... It's only gotten worse. Chilis... You forgot the basic principle of keeping your customers happy and coming back - quality, quality, quality. Many places cut back on portions but what keeps them coming back is that they return to the good tasting food. Your steaks aren't even cooked to order, its a coin toss to see if you get what you ordered. You are better than this Chili's.

I usually enjoy Chili's, but this last visit at this location was not the best. The food was not seasoned. My spouse and I ordered food that was prepared relatively quickly, but when we started to eat, we didn't taste any seasonings. The food wasn't hot but rather warm almost room temp. Our server was very nice, but her server in training (a young gentleman) was not good. When he brought out the side salad, he tossed it on the table, spilling almost all of the croutons. When he saw what happened, he abruptly walked away and never came back. It was an odd experience.

Let me update my eat-in and to-go experience Eat In: We had come here with my family friend. It was a nice experience, great food, good customer service as well. Waiter and table service was very good, appreciated. If you are not a vegetarian then you will love this place. Good selection on the menu for sea food and non veg foods. Waiting time is little bit high, but that is OK. To GO: Normally I have been using their mobile app to order and choose pick up option. Most of the time you have to wait more than what they promised. Also make sure the to go food is for you or have all your ordered items before you leave from the restaurant. To the management:Please improve the TOGO service, seriously. Reducing 2 stars because of the continues TOGO experience from this restaurant.

Food was good, basically chain standard. Service was good, but could be better if the wait staff would actually write down our orders. There was a lot of guessing on the drinks and we were wondering if we were going to get the right cups back. We had come here as a group of six for a business lunch.

I ordered the Cajun pasta and it has no flavor. Our appetizers arrived while we were eating our meal. Our server is very attentive and professional. Last time I had the nachos and they were burned. They make great burgers that's about it. They should just do burgers. Their menu is not great as far as choices and number of items. 30 years ago Chili's was so much better!

The food was good, but the portions were small, and the service was very slow. The table before us got better service and checked on more frequently, and they came in after us.

Shrimp tacos asparagus and street corn. Corn was delicious. Asparagus was tastful but but cold. Tacos a bit bland shrimp was cold n overcooked. Went in at beginning of a rush. Maybe that effected my tasting experience. Would go back tho even just for the street corn lol

Good place to eat for non-vegetarian, limited vegetarian option. I ordered platter (pics shared) that came with boiled asparagus, rice, black bean patty, kidney beans curry, 4 pcs of bread (Indian chapati). Don’t try half tea half mango drink, it’s pathetic. Overall taste was good.

The service in the bar was amazing. Our server was fast, friendly and efficient. Restrooms were not in the greatest condition. Some of the drinkware appeared dirty.

The food is okay. I mean it’s a chain restaurant it’s not really a fine dining place so you get what you pay for. I got the eggrolls as my appetizer but there was barely any filling in it. It was almost empty from inside and just a flaky exterior that seemed deep fried so really greasy and heavy on stomach but no filling in it. Pasta was kind of dry not much sauce i was expecting a bigger portion of meat because i got chicken and shrimp both. Its an okay place. The service was great.

Been on Wednesday night around 9pm. Food was serviced quickly, good staff. Except salmon that they didn’t cook properly or what! ended up puking 🤮 next day! Otherwise everything else is good!

When we first got there the hospitality was great. It wasnt busy yet and this was a Thursday. We waited for out food for about 20 min or 30 and when I got my steak that I asked for MR.. it was well done. I ask for it to be remade because the cherry tomatoes weren't even roasted (they were supposed to be) . I even told the manager. I was thinking that they would offer a discount because we waited long and they messed up the order. I finished my food while my family was already done. we asked to pay and that took another 20 min of waiting. On top of that, I overheard one of the servers say, "now how to do you do this stupid loyalty program". The attitude was bad. It was another disappointing experience.

Food was great, service SUCKED. The staff was non-existent practically. Took FOREVER to get our drinks and food ordered and received back. It was just plain ridiculous. The staff that I did see, were busy standing around chatting. Our waitress kept playing with her hair....I'm like seriously?? Did you not read the food handlers manual??? Stop touching your hair! Yuck. Never coming back to this location. Don't recommend this place at all.

The food was decent as well as the prices...buy the service was awful! The server was courteous but getting us any par of our meals took forever. We waited almost an hr after we had asked for the desert we ended up getting it to go and had to wait another 20 min just to get it boxed up😬

We decided to give Chili’s one chance to convince us to become a repeat customer. The food was ok. My husband was never offered a refill on the strawberry lemonade. We made the mistake of paying on the ziosk (#97)part way through the meal, and the server never came back. We ended up just walking out. Not worth our time.

Who thought it was a good idea to discontinue the nachos????? Please bring them back, besides the good times, molten lava cake, it was the only reason why I’ve been a loyal customer for 25+ years!!!!!!!!

I've been to other Chili's in this east bay area, and I usually order to go. I left my number so that they can text me when my order is ready, bit for some reason, no one texted me. I had to finally go inside, and the lady that took my order was surprised that I was still there. I asked another gentleman how long my order was ready, he said 10 minutes! Why am I leaving my number, and not one server bothered to text me? Very poor service. I will go to Union City or San Leandro Chili's. They always let me know when my order is done!

I ordered the Triple Dipper which was also introduced on a TV commercial, but the taste was not as good as I expected. My son didn’t say anything about the food which means it wasn’t delicious. Also, the price ($18.39) was not cheap compared to the quality of the food. Applebee’s offers a variety of meals at lower prices, and better taste, of course. I won’t be ordering from Chili’s again.

Terrible food quality. I wouldn't feed this slop to my dog. Medium rare steak was well done with the taste and consistency of a bicycle seat. The 'steamed' broccoli and mashed potatoes weren't any better. The whole meal tasted like everything was just pulled out of the freezer and zapped in the microwave. Portion sizes of the broccoli and potatoes were on the smaller side, too (a good thing in this case). I could've gone across the street to the diner and gotten an exceptionally better meal with more food for the same price, which is what I'll be doing from now on.

Don't go to this Chilli's! It was our marriage anniversary (busy day of family stuff so not really celebrating), 4 brown people (2 adults & 2 children) & we tired from football practice. Just to set the scene! We waiting an hour & 15 minutes to get our food & it was not all correct! A table of 4 adults that came in after us received their drinks & food before we did. The waiter went to them before coming to get our order. We are usually 20% or more tippers; our bill was $95, but with service we received, I think my husband left none. I usually say no matter the service, leave something, but I couldn't even state that case. We will never go back to that Chili's again! I will be reaching out to their corporate office as well because they should make sure they doing it right. They also tried to seat at least 3 groups including us in the middle table, we all requested different & they did not clean after each group got up!

Edit: thank you for the response but I doubt I will be coming back. My grievabces were shared with the manager and wait staff multiple times and no actions were taken to make the experience more comfortable. If I'm opting for indoor seating I should atleast have the option to close the shade. Or be assigned a new table. Further please provide food for young ones before you serve adults.

Shame on this restaurant. I ordered a burger, the meat was so undercooked and extremely salty. I hope I don't get sick with this horrible food. I don't recommend this place at all. And of course, I will never go back. You don't even deserve 1 star.

I don’t usually like to complain, and I loved this location for a long time. But the kids working in this place definitely need more training. I ordered the chicken crispers, 5 piece with specific sauces. I received 4 pieces of chicken and only 2 of the 4 sauces. Yet on top of all that, we waited like 15 minutes before anyone even came by and we had to get the attention of the manager in order to get our server to even notice us. As much I love Chili’s this location needs some work. Just be glad I don’t work for HR or I’d be causing some chaos right now.

I ordered from this store a few days back and found that the quality of the food was the worst. I went to the store and ordered a To-Go order for 12 piece Bone-In Wings and found after reaching back to my place, that they were black from inside and they were not of good quality some were too chewy and some were melting. Also, the sauces they were tossed in didn't give the wings good taste. I am not going to buy from them until they assure a good quality.

The management really! needs to work on training it's employees. The service was horrible, the attitude of the the server was horrible. The server never came back to ask how's everything, never even came back after taking our order. We had to go find her to pay our bill. We asked the hosts if we could get a to go box & he literally ignored us. I understand being under staff but, bad manners and poor training are unacceptable. I blame management I will never visit this place again. You lost my money over the simplest aspect of business. The food could be horrible but, at least treat me like I'm important and you want me to come back. Ridiculous.

I'm right now In this restaurant and the person who brought the drinks threw them on the table, that was not the problem, he just saw it and left, he did not ask anyone for help to clean it, the service is really terrible.

Instead of telling me that I can pay with tablet on the table. Two different waiters told me they will hand me the bill. I waited at the table for 40 mins no bill. Another waiter that was a guy with cornrows told me I can just pay using the tablet. I really wish I did not have to wait 40 minutes just to pay my own bill. A simple explanation would suffice. It was just rude that the other two didn't even tell me they were just pretending.

Are the waiters trained not to smile? I come here all the time because its across the street from me, but everyone, except one guy, is rude and unwelcoming. Especially today, the new indian kid at the register needs to be trained.
