Such a nice restaurant with lovely staff. The owners are here often and make tofu from scratch. Side dishes are all made fresh too!! Yummy food and reasonable prices.
We had the vegetarian hotpot, it was super yum. The crispy rice in the bottom of the pot was super delicious along with all the toppings provided. We ordered just 1 pot and it was good for 2 of us. Everything tasted amazing. Definitely recommend 👌
Great Korean food , services was excellent, highly recommended..
I would go back! This place was delicious and that's why it gets so busy! Most of us got the tofu soup. I got chicken and tofu soup medium spice. It hit the spot. It was spicier than I was expecting but not too spicy for me. It was at a surprisingly perfect level of spice. The biggest hit was the pancake. My dad thought it was a pizza! That made me laugh! But it was very savory. The beef bulgogi was really good, good cuts of meat, cooked well. It was flavorful. No chewy bits. It was a good portion as well. It was on the pricy side (~$22).
Great place to get yourself some authentic Korean food! Price is good, not too expensive. Great for family gatherings or for sharing food with friends. Food portions are quite big can easily share! Tried their beef tofu soup (not in photos) and was a perfect 1 person portion size, everything else was quite share-able. Loved their seafood pancake, perfectly crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. The bibimbap could have been better, I think because the rest of the rice was a bit too soft/mushy for my liking; I liked how the bottom part of the rice that touched the pot hardened/became crispy from the stone pot’s heat - it’s a good solid meal none the less. And the assorted side dishes are all delicious. *hint, you can easily make your own bibimbap from mixing all the side dishes! Hahaha BONUS: they give you a small green tea ice cream for dessert - for FREE!
Service is good nothing to write home about, but for one person running during lunch service no complaints. 5 stars because nothing negative to say, first Korean place all the bonchon was eaten specifically the fish cake which I don't typically eat. Unfortunately I took the photo too late from the lunch meal. Split the galbi tofu soup combo which was just enough, and the mandu was a nice topper.
I have a new favorite place in Fremont 😊 You cannot go wrong with Korean food anyway. It always rocks. I ordered the mondoo -- or something like that-- tofu soup. It was dumplings/potstickers. Green tea, purple rice, cold fresh egg, sizzling tofu soup, all the pickled fixings... I was in heaven. Caveat Emptor: try the medium heat first.
Veggie tofu soup and sides were very filling and good. It's very clean inside and service was quick

Their homemade tofu is some of the best I've ever had. I also had the bulgogi stone pot which was very good. This is a above average restaurant for Korean food in an area saturated with Korean restaurants.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our meal here. we got the kalbi meal set and it was so delicious. the waitressses were so friendly and attentive. loved it! will definitely be recommending this spot to anyone who loves homemade korean food
Delicious homemade Korean food made with love and care! The e Korean pancake was the best I’ve ever had. Portion size was huge, a lot of fillings and perfectly crispy! Will definitely be coming back with family and friends!

Awe man, I've been here a couple of times and they do not disappoint. The Korean BBQ was cooked to perfection. Yum, I cant wait to come back.

Went here for the first time with my wife. We ordered their daily tofu, stone pot chicken rice and kimchi tomato stew. Took a little while for the server to take out order because they were short one server that evening. Good came out quickly. They provide the usual Korean side dish appetizers while your food is being prepared. Portions are good sized. We were not able to finish everything. The stone pot rice dish was very good. But the kimchi tomato stew was excellent. Very flavorful with lots of tender, juicy pork. Excellent mixed with the rice that was provided. This is definitely over dish you must try. After we were done with dinner, they provided us a complimentary cup of cold pumpkin juice. Somewhat sweet with a hint of pumpkin flavor. Very refreshing but unusual as dessert. Plenty of free parking. We didn't have to wait even though it was a Saturday night. Definitely will come back again. Update: Came back again and had the spicy pork ramen. Pork was flavorful and tender. Ramen had bite and was tasty as well. Good sized portion. Very good overall.
Main dishes are good but their kimchi are better than their main dishes. Seat allocation is proper so it is comfortable to enjoy the food.
It's a good place to eat tofu. The owner was kind and very attentive. It has a variety of Korean tofu foods, other than just tofu soups. Tofu soup with beef was authentic and spicy enough.
Expect tofu house Like many other tofu house, they serve mainly tofu soup, stone rice bowl, and seafood pancakes. It’s pretty decent and delicious.
Overall is nice and good to try

Mom's Tofu House has been on my radar for some time. I have decided to give it a shot today and it was definitely a good experience in turns of food. The customer service though was close to non-existent since they were really not paying attention to my wife and I. Given that we were one of two or three customers in the entire restaurant, there's definitely room for improvement. Their fried tofu was surprisingly good. Give this a shot if you do come in, I think you would be genuinely surprised just like myself. The tofu was breaded inhouse and you can definitely taste the difference.

The side dishes were sub par. The kimchi were too acidic… the rest were decent. The japchae was too rough and wasn not oily enough. The galbi and soup were quite expensive and not worth. The soup had way too much tofu. The portion of the galbi was tiny. The flavors were nothing special. The gochujang sauce for the spicy chicken was a little bit clunky and weird. The sauce was a little on the thicker side. The sauce was… okay at best.
Mediocre food, pricey and small portions; no service; flies inside the restaurant but no one cared apparently; plus parking situation was horrible. I don't recommend and will not be back again
