Went through the drive through. Could not hear or understand the employee. This is not the first time. Told them we were having trouble hearing them, but they did not adjust. We had questions, but could not get them answered. And their prices have gone way up. Yikes! We’ll have to try again sometime. We ended up passing.

I just ordered breakfast at the McDonalds, got 10 minutes down the road and discovered that the employee didn’t put a fork in the bag. I guess I just eat my scrambled eggs and syrupy pancakes with my bare hands! 🤷🏽‍♂️

Slow, to go order, large fry half full, didn't have time to go back. Actual photo of my large fry as it came out of the bag! Check bag, none in the bag. I've noticed that they aren't filling them up all the way like they use to but this is ridiculous! Went in this morning and it took 12 minutes to get my order, one worker ask me if I've been helped, I said my number has been under now serving for 4 minutes. She walked over looked at the line where they were putting the orders together then walked over and cleared all numbers under the now serving section. I guess the made everything good! 😞

Every single time I use the drive thru at this mcdonalds I have to pull around the corner and wait, anywhere from a few minutes to up to 10! Whats the point of using the mobile app or the drive thru if neither of them are convenient? Thought the drive thru was supposed to be faster and more convenient. How I waited five minutes in my fries , weren't even fresh

Do not i repeat do NOT order doordash from here they will let people steal the order from the shelves and not want to do a goddamn thing about it, as a result of this McDonald's being so careless you will not receive your food because of their mistake because they will refuse to help anyone and not remake it because they let someone steal it because they don't want to make sure that it's the actual Dasher picking it up.

AWFUL! I used to always go years ago and would get AMAZING customer service and fast food. Now everything is terrible! They rush me throughout the entire order, they give me the wrong item or will put something I asked for them NOT TO, and will always forget to add my sauce such as ranch or ketchup! It’s like this every time and I debate coming here now. Would definitely not recommend

Edit 11/23/25: Avoid this McDonald's if you are a doordasher the staff are rude, and that's if they even help you and when they do your order has been ready and string you along saying they're still preparing it. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, staff is rude and I'm waiting for at least 10 minutes before getting helped when I'm here to pick up doordash

Went through the drive through , they asked me to please pull forward. I pull forward and waited for over twenty five minutes and I had to go in to get my cold food. I Spend twenty eight dollars getting food and They gave me 2 small free frapochino cards " to compensate me". Totally BS!!! I should have known because the people in front of me.Their order was wrong four times. They sat there just as long as I did.

this has to be one of the worst mcdonalds i have been to.. i asked for extra whip and around the cup and they told me they cannot do it because the owners said it was not allowed and they can’t do it because of that. i have also asked for extra cheese on my burritos and they said they can’t do that either even when i said i would pay extra for it. this being the only mcdonald’s in fremont sucks because the owners if they are telling me the truth are the worst!

Stop charging full price for you expired apple pies, BS throw them out and tell people you don’t have them. Last 3 times I have got pies they have been expired, very unacceptable.

Completely messed up an entire order. A triple cheeseburger ketchup only was ordered. Was given a double with the onions barely scraped meaning they just took an old one. Double Big Mac no onion had onion and only 3 patties. Only gave us one of the two fries. Can’t believe how utterly pathetic an entire shift could be.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Every time I come here, the service is EXTREMELY SLOW. I have waited over 30 minutes one night for only a Happy Meal and 2 large drinks (placed the order through the app about 7 minutes before arriving). Today, I placed an order (Double Cheeseburger and large drink) through the app for curbside 5 or 6 minutes before arriving and still waited in my car for over 10 minutes (they are not even busy)! Also, I have NOTHING against people who aren't white, but staff can barely speak or understand English which makes ordering in-person very difficult!

Ordered 2 collectors meals and a hamburger and fries thru drive thru, first you forget one of my nugget orders and your drive thru worker gave us dirty looks when we told her we were missing am order. Then you don't even fill our large fries that we paid for! Do better mcdonalds, do better!!

If I could put 0 stars I would with the experience I had. I ordered bacon Qtr cheese with no cheese or mustard, I got home and it had cheese. I went back and it was remade. I opened it to double check it and it had no bacon and I told the employee. The employee took it back for the bacon to be added. When I tripled checked it driving home it had a hair! At this point I’m not even going back. SMH🤦🏾‍♂️
